the business has still not answered my questions nor have they explained why they provided a partial reimbursement for the first such mishap but not the second. Further I have asked on multiple occasions to speak with the supervisor via telephone and UHaul has consistently refused to do so including this pregenerated response that answers none of my questions or includes the manner in which I could speak to the supervisor as requested. The response is not acceptable as it does not address any part of the complaint rendered to UHaul or the Revdex.com

for the transmission cooler that she paid for online but states she did not receive. Ms. [redacted] relayed that the hitch order did not include a transmission cooler and was not part of the hitch work order, which she states may have caused the confusion.

Ms. [redacted] asked Mr. [redacted] to call back if he wished to take the settlement. Please be advised we do not take partial payments. Ms. [redacted] relayed that Mr. [redacted] did call back and agreed to come into our Center on February 21st to pay half of what he owes as settlement and then will vacate the storage unit within 24 hours.
