Calibri, sans-serif;">As an initial matter, we would like to note that *** ***s complaint with your office is entirely without merit as he mis-used our service for unauthorized purposes, in violation of our terms of use. We have accordingly terminated his membership with us. As background, we host a membership program that allows consumers the ability to, among other benefits, obtain rebates for shipping charges they may incur when shopping online and receive 10% cash back on products purchased from various online merchants, which is paid out in the form of a check each calendar quarter. Consumers enroll in our program online, which involves their providing personal contact and account information for program billing, and reading and agreeing to our terms of use, which, among other things, prohibits the use of our program for commercial purposes We believe that *** *** used our service for a commercial enterprise, in violation of our membership terms. The purchases he made for which he seeks the 10% cash back benefit were for gift cards and various other high volume orders. In our experience, accounts displaying these types of characteristics typically involve a commercial enterprise, and as a result, we terminated *** *** membership, which we have the right to do under the program terms. As a courtesy accommodation, we issued MrCoulier a full refund of his membership fees. However, we refuse to honor his rebate requests due to his misuse and abuse of our program. I write in regards to the above referenced complaint submitted to

experienced when doing business with our company and trust that this
letter
will address her concerns.
Our records show that on May
5, 2014, after making a purchase on ***.com, Ms*** was presented
with an offer for a membership to our Freeshipping.com program with her ***.com
order confirmation. Ms*** clicked on
the offer and arrived on our order registration page, which provided full
details about the membership program and how she can try the program at no cost
for days. The terms on that page
explained that if she did not cancel her membership by the end of the trial,
her membership would automatically continue and the monthly membership fee
would be charged to the credit card account that she provided. Our records show she cancelled after those
days and that is why she was charged the membership fee of $

completed the registration process by providing her full contact and account
information and clicking a button that states “I agree to the Offer Details
and the Terms of Use & Service” just
below the offer terms. Shortly
thereafter we sent Ms*** a welcome e-mail with full information on how she
can access and enjoy her program benefits.
The rebate she submitted for
the shipping charges would be paid out in 3-weeksThis information was
outlined when she submitted the claimI have processed the claim for her now
and she should receive the $check in 5-business days
Since we value
and strive to please our customers, immediately upon receipt of your letter we
refunded back to her card the full amount we charged and stopped all further
charges. Again, we apologize for any

I placed my order in mid- July After countless calls with customer service over the next two months, and getting the same answer (it's in the warehouse, it's backordered, we're moving, etc.) I finally received the products I ordered on Late September The products were fine, however after combing back through my bank statements I noticed $charges over the past months from this company I called back and they advised that I may have been mistakenly signed up for the VIP package, which includes 10% off and Free Shipping The woman on the phone at "** *** *** ** ***" assured me that both charges would be refunded, and I would be refunded the free shipping and 10% off on my card, and that I would see this within hours days later, I called the same company back, and a different representative told me that "** *** *** ** ***" is not the company that runs the VIP portion, and I would have to call a different line I asked her to check my account for any notes from the call days prior, and there were no notes My "VIP" account was not closed or any other action I called the VIP Line, and was able to get my VIP account closed When I explained the situation to the VIP representative, she very hastily told me that "** *** *** ** ***" representatives DO NOT have the authority to make changes to the VIP accounts She did refund the last of the $charge that I unknowingly incurred, but not the other I then called back "** *** *** ** ***" and explained what was going on, and they basically said even though one of their company's representatives assured me that this would be handled one way, now they just can't do anything to remedy the issueI would never, ever recommend this company to anyone This has been nothing but a headache from the moment I ordered the itemsIn my opinion this "VIP" package they shove on their customers is an absolute scamThe customer service is terrible for both companies

***’s check. The check was sent to her on 9/30/for $10.
The check is a real, live check. The top portion of the check is the
check stub, showing the check number, amount paid, date it was sent, and your
name
The next portion includes the rebate number, rebate description
and the gross amount
The bottom portion, which you must tear off is the actual
check. This is the part of the check that you must bring to the bank
If there is anything else that I can clarify I would be happy for

While we were investigating M** *** *ccount we noticed that she had the previous membership Immediately upon finding this, her account was cancelled and she was notified via email I apologize for the confusion, however *** *** must agree to our terms and conditions prior to joining Since *** *** *as unable to take advantage of our program we immediately issued the monthly refunds back to her account These should have posted to her account by now

different email address to be able to be registered with ***Opening of multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and conditions. When *** *** had signed up, he needed to check the box that states he understands and agrees to our terms and conditionsI have also copied our terms and conditions for reviewBelow please see an excerpt from our Terms of Use under section, “Free Trials and Other Promotions” Free Trials and Other PromotionsAny free trial or other promotion that provides membership access to the Service must be used within the specified time of the trialYou must cancel your membership before the end of the trial period in order to avoid being charged a membership feeThere is a limit of one membership and one introductory/premium offer per householdAs a courtesy I have processed those missing rebates. There has been numerous purchases that were made and I EXPECT to receive my money that I was promisedThis company already has numerous complaints regarding their lack of fulfilling the agreed upon service that they CHARGE for! Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint I see that *** *** does have $that will be paid out to her on 7/15/ As explained in our terms and conditions that she agreed to when she signed up cash back is paid out quarterly
This is also shown to her when she was active in her Saving's Center
I do see that there was one purchase that *** *** inquired about that did not show up in her account When we reached out to the affiliate network they reported that purchase data back to us and we did add that *** purchase to her account on 5/2/and also sent her an email regarding this

Our records indicate that *** *** Joined *** originally on on 5/10/and cancelled on 5/30/He submitted
and was paid his Introductory rebate of $for shipping charges on 6/14/
He then joined again on
5/9/and
cancelled on 5/12/He submitted another Introductory claim for $15, and a
check was sent on 6/21/This claim should not have been valid as we only
allow one membership and one introductory claim per householdHowever we did
honor it this time for him
As a courtesy I will have the check
cancelled and then resubmit the claim for payment earlier than the required
day wait It will take about weeks for
this to process, so *** *** should expect the check in about 14-business
days
