(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I appreciate how this company chose to resolve this, but feel as if this was not clear. Not very many people read the tiny print, and I was under the understanding that I was paying only $1.50 for a very basic résumé. I cannot imagine many people would agree to a $39 monthly fee for a resume service. Again, thank you for resolving this sufficiently and quickly.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I will accept the response if I am refunded the $196.65 which is the remaining balance from the $236.45. I am aware that it was my mistake by not canceling the account, however, I think this company could do a better job being more clear about their membership fees. I never received emails each month when my card was charged monthly. I researched the website and saw that many people had the same situation occur and they were being charged unknowingly. It seems the company was being deceitful. They can look on my account and see that the only time I accessed their resources was for the one resume. In conclusion, I was never told I would be refunded any money but the prorated fee for that exact month. I was told a refund was not an option. If I knew I would be given a fair amount of money back, I would not have needed to file a complaint.

Finally, [redacted] was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming [redacted]'s access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on December 4, 2013 to our recurring monthly service at $39.80 per month.'' Accordingly, on the 15th day and every month thereafter, [redacted]'s card that she provided to [redacted] was charged $39.80 for the applicable month of service.
At this time we are unable to consider providing [redacted] with a refund as she is disputing a chargeback with her Bank. Upon determination of [redacted]'s dispute with her Bank we would be willing to further revisit this matter.
We look forward to hearing the outcome of [redacted]'s dispute with her Bank.
We trust this addresses any concerns you may have.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2014/02/25) */
On our recent Credit Card statement. It appears that the company refunded 3 months of the 7 months they stole our money. We NEVER used the site except for the very first day for 10 minutes and the site failed for us so we moved on, not knowing they got our credit card information and would charge us. We are NOT satisfied till we get a full refund, because any money they take from us is illegal and stolen without our consent.
