Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/21) */
Thank you for the opportunity to resolve this complaint from [redacted]. We have reviewed our files and our records show that [redacted] signed up for our Resume Builder services on May 18, 2015. The copy online clearly provided [redacted] with a choice...
of full access for 14 days at a discounted rate, which automatically renews to monthly access for a monthly fee, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month but which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long. [redacted] chose to accept our offer for 14 day full access, which automatically renews monthly. On the page where [redacted] made that selection, immediately adjacent to the choice of subscriptions, the offer clearly and conspicuously states that the 14 day premium access ''automatically renews at $39.80 per month on the 15th day''. In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on June 2, 2015 to our monthly service at $39.80 per month.'' This page also provides information on how [redacted] could cancel before this monthly charge. Finally, [redacted] was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming [redacted]'s access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically on June 2, 2015 to our recurring monthly service at $39.80 per month.'' Accordingly, on June 2, 2015 [redacted]'s card was charged $39.80 for the applicable month of service. The product created, a resume, was credited under her name.
Although our monthly charges are not refundable, LiveCareer was willing to make an exception for [redacted] and provide him a refund of 2 monthly charges totaling $79.60. Our customer service team refunded [redacted] the amount of $79.60 as of August 11, 2015.
We trust this addresses any concerns you may have.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/05/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Hi, thank you Revdex.com for getting back to me.
However, I do not, and already did not, accept a partial refund, and a low one at that. As I had stated before, I do not have a single e-mail from LiveCareer in my inbox, and I have not cleared out my e-mail in over three years. So either the e-mail didn't go through, or it is nonexistent.
I'm not going to restate everything I said above, because it would be redundant. I contacted the Revdex.com several days ago when LiveCareer had refunded me a total of $109.45, however my claims were for a full refund of $597, otherwise I am unsatisfied and will keep pushing until my full refund has been met. I know it is highly possible to refund more than what has been given to me. I have read up on many more situations like my own, each with their differing refund amounts and number of months their money was taken.
2 and a half monthly charges is nothing compared to the 15 months I have paid to LiveCareer. There are still 13 months of money that I lost because of this, and for nothing in return. All I ask is that I get my money back, and I will no longer continue to persist with LiveCareer.

[redacted] with a choice of full access for 14 days at a discounted rate, which automatically renews to monthly access for a monthly fee, or an annual subscription that is pro-rated at a lower rate per month but which is paid upfront for access to the services all year long. In addition, on the purchase confirmation page it is also clearly disclosed that this subscription will ''begin immediately and renew on January 31, 2014 to our monthly service at $39.80 per month.'' This page also provides information on how [redacted] could cancel before this monthly charge. Finally, [redacted] was also sent an email to the email address provided to us on the same day confirming [redacted]'s access to our services and reiterating one more time that ''Your subscription begins immediately and auto-renews on 31-January-2014 to our service at $39.80 every four weeks.'' Accordingly, on January 31, 2014 the card which [redacted] provided was charged $39.80 for the applicable month of service.
[redacted] requested verification that she received information indicating her subscription would automatically renew to our monthly service at $39.80. Please see the attached email sent to [redacted] on January 16, 2014, confirming her 14 day full access, and indicating that her subscription "begins immediately and auto-renews on 31-January-2014 to our service at $39.80 every four weeks."

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/11/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have never seen before this document with the "hidden monthly renewals reference" and I never signed off this kind of agreement.
I paid on January 2014 the total fee to use LiveCareer's resume creation service, the resulting document was impractical with very low quality so that I decided to give up and never use their website, why LiveCareer have continued to charge me from February to September 2014 knowing that I didn't access to their website since the first try in January.
Thank you for your help but I think Livecarrer let me no choice but to solve this problem legally.
