Dear Ms***, BRG has been contracted to collect on debt attached to your nameIn December of is when you first called into our officeThe representative you spoke with was professional and provided you all of the information pertaining to the debt including the creditorThe
documents that were sent to you were showing the payment dates and amounts that you yourself agreed to along with the original creditorIt was explained to you how to sign in and view those documentsOnce your payment arrangement was secured you agreed to receive courtesy payment reminders to your phone number It was not until you defaulted on your arrangement that the representative attempted to contact you againNot only once but several times did we assist you in modifying your payment arrangement. It was not until February 5, 2018, after months of working with our office, that you provided us your attorney’s information and terminated the phone callAt this time we have made the decision to discontinue collection efforts, your account has been returnedYou will not receive anymore phone calls from this office Regards, BRG

I just wanted to add that I was very disturbed by the phone calls and frightened because I was accused of something that I did not do! It was a very uncomfortable situation, not only for me, but also for my sister, who received phone calls from the same business and I also received phone calls to my homeI hope I will never, ever receive any phone calls from your business ever again!
