I ordered a sweater on November 3, and have not received itI emailed them and they told me the batch was larger than expected and that the order would be delayed, and I have since emailed them twice asking for a refund and have not received a response

I ordered a sweater on 11/14/and as of today, 12/7/have not seen my purchase or received a response from my emails to this company

I ordered a pair of leggings back in early November and have yet to receive themBrave New Look processed the credit card charge immediately and have made no effort to deliver the product, answer and emails or phone calls placed to find out the status of my order, or offer any resolutionI believe this is a scam online store and they have no intention of ever delivering productThey should be prosecuted
