I had ordered a sheltie sweater from the company and pad by visai got an email confirmation from the company but never got an email saying that the order has been shippedIt says on the invoice that they will be sending a shipping confirmation separately once the order is completed and shippedNever received an emailOn numerous occasions I have sent them an email requesting more information and no one has ever responded to meAnd I never received my order

I saw a picture of these wonderful looking leggings and sweaters on Facebook, their website looked wonderful! I started processing an order and I was told the items (per the website) were in stock, this was in November Perfect timing for Christmas, I thought They immediately charged my credit card and then nothing happened Nothing shipped The company lied about the merchandise being in stock, saying that they "each order is custom made" and the website listed a shipping date I believe in early December Still okay for Christmas delivery, not happy that I was charged before the merchandise shippedFast forward past Christmas and many, many unanswered emails and facebook messages to the company (and discovering that lots and lots of people have had the same problem with this company) and still no merchandise I asked them to cancel the order many times, but again was told that they can't cancel because they are custom made...despite of course not being made at all!
I receive a shipping notice with a tracking number...still hasn't shipped after two weeks They say they delivered an item, still haven't received I have sent numerous emails and messages and still no merchandiseDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is a SCAM! I ordered leggings on 11/14/and it's now 12/26/and I still don't have themAfter countless emails to the company, I've only been responded to twice with the same super lame, automated responseThe response offers me a 15% discount code with them LOL like I'm going to use that
They took my money, I've not received my item, and they refuse to refundAVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUEThey are AWFUL

I ordered an order for Christmas back in the beginning of December I received half of my order before Christmas which was fine however the other half was part of presents as well I notified them to find out where my items were I got a pair of leggings within a week it was not right I ordered pair of navy with stars I got one pair of red with stars I received and email response the plainly said I received may package with no other response to my plea of it was incorrect
