I ordered a pair of leggings from this online store and never received themThey answered one of my email which I asked for a refundThey don't do refundsI've emailed to see where my item is and I still haven't gotten itNever got a response from them after the first one which I have sent

Placed an order for three Dream Take Flight bracelet on Aug 15, On Sept 8, 2017, I received only one of the three braceletsI've sent several e-mails notifying them that my order was not completeThe company has not reply to any of my emailsI have contacted my credit card department to dispute the charges, but have not heard back from themMy credit card was charged $($plus $shipping)

This company will not cancel my online order and it hasn't even been shipped to me yetI ordered a sweatshirt (not custom) and then requested to cancel the order less than hours laterThey said they won't cancel my orderI'm guessing they won't accept returns eitherI will never do business with them againI just wanted my order cancelledIf they wanted people to be satisfied w their products then they would grant my request and cancel my orderOtherwise, they are just intentionally ripping me off! Ordered and item and paid for it on 11/28/16, they created a shipping label on 12/15/I still have no itemI have checked shipping status and there ahs been o change since 12/15/I want my itemThere are many other complaints on their Facebook page and several said they have reported the business to the Revdex.com*** ** *** *** ** *** ***

I placed an order on March with an estimated delivery time of March 15-17thAs of today (March 21)-- the product has not even been shipped to meI attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the company directly & requesting a cancellation of the order-- however, they are stating they are unable to cancel my order as it is already "processing" I should not have to pay for a product (or pay shipping to return a product once it finally arrives) that has not arrived in timeand has not even been shipped by the estimated delivery date

I ordered three of these bracelets that they are selling on Facebook I paid for them it was an offer and it is a continual offer on Facebook by two get one free I received two of the bracelets which they are the incorrect bracelets that I ordered in the first place I have contacted them every week since I receive the bracelets back in October or November and I am not getting any response all I want is the other bracelet that I am that I have paid for I would’ve really appreciate your help

On Nov 28th I received an email saying my item was shippedWhen I click on the link, it still states my item has not yet shipped, but has only been labeled with a shipping labelSTAY AWAY from this company!
