I ordered three of these bracelets that they are selling on Facebook I paid for them it was an offer and it is a continual offer on Facebook by two get one free I received two of the bracelets which they are the incorrect bracelets that I ordered in the first place I have contacted them every week since I receive the bracelets back in October or November and I am not getting any response all I want is the other bracelet that I am that I have paid for I would’ve really appreciate your help

weeks before election day, I ordered a "Nasty Woman" T-shirt from Brave New LookI never received the shirt, I contacted them on occasions to request a refund and never received a responseI tried to look up their business info for a phone number and could not find any registration with the State of California nor a phone number

I placed an order with Brave New Look for t-shirts -- this was Oct When placing the order, it said "Orders are produced and shipped when the time expiresYou can expect your package to arrive in 1-weeks." There was hours until the time expiredSo this order should have been processed Oct and arrived within 1-weeksThe order still has not shippedThe t-shirts, as per the website, were printed only on Nov If you go to Facebook and search for Brave New Look (the name of the company), you will find a plethora of similar complaints

I never received the pairs of pants I ordered with the businessI tried contacting them through email & twitterThey do not have any phone number to contact themI have received no responseI am out $I do not have the luxury to be out that much money

Very disappointed with the bracelet I purchasedThe quote is printed on a sticker and stuck on the braceletThe paper doesn’t even fit the bracelet properlyBracelet also has metal spurs on it

This company accepted my order and took my money August 13, 2018, telling me I’d have my purchase within days; it has now been over weeks and they had the audacity to refund the shipping cost, keeping both the cost of the shirt as well as the shirt!
