ORDERED AN ITEM AND HASN'T SHIPPED IN DAYS THEY JUST SEND EMAILS SAYING, WE'RE MAKING YOUR ITEM ESPECIALLY FOR YOU IT'S A METAL ORNAMENT

I purchased two shirts from this company on November 6, and was charged on November for $I received a tracking number and info that the product would ship on I have not heard from the company other than the confirmation emailI followed up with an email on to check the status of my order - no responseToday I got online to do some research, and found that many other people had experienced the same thingI paid for merchandise that is not ever comingI attempted to further contact the company but there is no telephone number available

I purchased a bracelet through this company for my daughter in law for Christmas in NovemberI emailed them several times asking when my order was to be shippedAfter numerous attempts I received an email stating my order had been shipped...the only to find out that my order was undeliverableI then finally received my order after Christmas at the beginning of JanuaryI opened it to see it and it is not what I ordered! On the packing list it clearly states what I had ordered only to find that it is not what I got! I have called this company NUMEROUS times and have left messagesNo one will answerAll it says is "no support agents are available to take my call"Please help!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They were Christmas presents....Nothing They do not reply even by posting a concern directly on their website They replied once via Email asking for information, which I provided, then they never replied I called the (*** *** number and it goes straight to Voicemail! Amazingly today I received an email saying my order shipped with a tracking number that is from DHL Global which certainly indicates this is coming from overseasI do not believe at this point that anything will arrive in time for ChristmasTheir lack of communication and customer service is totally unacceptable and they should have stated that product would not ship for two weeks and then would take many times longer coming from overseasWhether this gift ever arrives remains to be seen but they were quick to process my credit card on the front endI would seriously take a look at their history before orderingI for one will not ever be using them again but they are still on Facebook and continue to advertiseNot good business operation!
