I ordered a one size fits all bracelet from Brave New Look on March 16, I received on March 31, On April 2,2018, I contacted Customer Support via email, to inform them that I could not get the bracelet on and I am a small womanI requested a return label for a refundI was told that I signed a return policy,and they do not have a refund policyThere is no policy to sign or box to check on the order formI looked over my initial order and at the bottom of the page it states "refund policy"It stipulates that if their product is flawed and you request refund within days, your money will be returnedThe bracelet is flawed and I am within time frame specifiedI wrote a review as I told them I would and in return they sent me an email stating I could do a review if I placed an order and receive 20% off orderThe bracelet sale price was $plus $S & HAfter my second or third email to them I informed them that I would be contactinh Revdex.comThey will no longe

This company is a fraudOrdered an item, days later my account was debited for item, weeks later still not received item, and unable to contact businessSince then, have discovered numerous people with same complaintThey are robbers

This company sells fun and funky retail items in batches and promises to make them by hand as soon as the sale for each batch is overYou don't find out that it could take up to weeks for your item to come until you have already paid for you item and you receive your order confirmation emailThen you wait and wait and wait and have no idea when your product will comeBy about the second or third week, I started to get antsyMy shirt was a political shirt and I really wanted it for the electionI had ordered it in September and I thought that I would surely have it sometime in OctoberBut noThe four weeks came and went and every email that was sent to the company went unansweredAt one point, they did send me a shipping confirmation, but the DHL number they gave me was a reused number and wasn't for my productI posted it about on my own FB and tagged them and they responded (for once) and they gave me a new shipping numberUnfortunately, the package never actually made pas

Due to a miscommunication, I placed a double order in errorI tried to contact the company immediately to resolve the matterI never heard back from themThe order arrived too late to give as Christmas gifts (though the charge went through immediately upon order,) so I attempted to return themThe package was refused and returned to me at my further expense

In August I ordered a pair of shorts on line from a company called Brave New LookIt stated it would take business daysAfter my payment went through it then said it would take monthsIt came to $48.98USD which was converted to CDN dollars on my credit card which was roughly around $60CDNI received order confirmation emailsI should have received the product by the end of October When it did not arrive, I sent an email in the middle of November in regards to my orderI was sent a generic email to say that my order is being processedIt’s now January and I have not received my product, let alone a shipment confirmation and now I am wanting my money backAnd I want others to be aware that this company is taking peoples money and not giving them the product they request which is fraudulent! When they take a customers money, they enter into a contractThat money in exchange for the product and they did not uphold their end of the contractNow I just wan

I cannot believe this company is allowed to operate I ordered items (Separately) on 11/ The website claimed that the product would ship out within weeks of the campaign ending which was 11/ So items should have shipped out 11/ I received an email on that date stating that the products have shipped After a few days, I tracked the order online only to discover that only a shipping label was created It is now weeks later and that is still the only info for shipping tracking I emailed customer service twice and first time they stated that the had an abundance of orders, so things were slow The second time, she said she would forward the info to their shipping department and please patiently wait for shipping info to update Over a week went by and still no shipment I have sent at least additional emails, all which have gone unanswered The only silver lining in this issue, is that I used PayPal Of course, a complaint went unanswered so I have now escalated to a case and will let PayPal handle the rest Hopefully I get fully refunded This pisses me off I placed this order 5+ weeks before Christmas thinking it would be in, in plenty of time Now I am out gifts and almost $ Guess this is a lesson to never click on a Facebook link and order something DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Sounds like even if you do get your order, it is either not the entire order or the quality is terrible Another lesson, when ordering from an unknown company, do research first! It will save you a lot of headache, and some cash

I ordered pairs of leggings on 10/2/It is now 11/12/I was supposed to receive within weeks of ordering themThey keep sending me automated responses that they are behind in printing them due to demandI started to become suspicious and decided to look them up on Revdex.com and lo and behold, I believe that this company is a scamToo many other similar storiesI paid $and would like my money refunded through PayPalThey are making a fortune off of everyone that they're scammingThey need to be shut down!

I purchased from the ad on Facebook by Brave New Look-the ad read purchase Butterfly Pins get the 3rd free I did purchase and on the order there was no place for ordering 3, it said 1, or I ordered the two expecting to receive the 3rd one free, I ONLY received not and contacted the company and they said that I had to order and they would not change the order to send the 3rd Very dissatisfied with the company and their customer service, the ad also said order now in time for mother's day and they arrived about weeks after Would never order from them again or recommend anyone else to buy from them

I placed an order for a charm bracket from this compa y on December 9thThe say it shipped on December 18th and that I would have it before christmas according to automated trackingThe phone is phoney, nobody returns emails and when you message on Facebook they delete any commentsI have called my credit card company to dispute the charges

ReplyI asked them again yesterday, one month since it shipped, for yet another refundAgain, I got the same replyApparently I am not the only one who has had issues with this company regarding receiving ordersAccording to a Facebook advertisement for these same leggings, multiple people have stated they have never received theirs, but that this company was quick to take their moneyAll I want is a full refund, including shipping

Brave New Look is a company that advertises heavily on Facebook There are thousands of angry customer comments that are posted on their Facebook posts The complaints are largely the same -- the company takes immediate payment for merchandise that the customers either never receive or, after waiting months, receive merchandise that is grossly different from what was represented on the website The company does not have a phone There is a "customer support" email address; however, the company never responds to any emails The company never refunds any money to customers even those who never receive the merchandise When customers attempt to post truthful statements about the fraud on the company's facebook posts, the company deletes them If I could give them a negative rating, I would They take money and give nothing in return, in other words, they are criminals

I purchased an item from Brave New Look on November 12th According to their website, shipments would start within a week or at the latest weeks from the end of the campaign (time period for which they accept orders for a given item)The campaign ended on the 14th of November and they said my order would ship by the 21st or at the latest on the 28th of NovemberNovember 28th came and I received no shipping notification, which they said I would receiveI emailed them for a status updateReceived no responseEmailed them through their website again a few days laterNo responseSend them a message on facebook and then another on twitterNo responseAfter several weeks of reaching out and receiving no response I send another email and requested my order to be cancelled and for them to refund my money immediatelyStill have received no responseI submitted a chargeback with my bank to attempt to retract the money, but that's still being processedThis is a terrible compan

I ordered a bracelet from this store two and a half weeks agoI never received an order number and/or a tracking numberFinally I sent them an email saying that I never received my order notification from their businessThey sent me an email back with the order number with a message saying that it will be shipped first thing today on 08/22/but never got an email saying it was shippedMy brother also wrote them an email saying that he never got an order notification or shipping alert eitherI am fed up with this online store they have no contact number and when I contacted to find their phone number they had no record of itThis is insaneIts been almost three weeks and still no shipping infoWould never recommend this store/business to anybody!!!

I placed an order on March with an estimated delivery time of March 15-17thAs of today (March 21)-- the product has not even been shipped to meI attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the company directly & requesting a cancellation of the order-- however, they are stating they are unable to cancel my order as it is already "processing" I should not have to pay for a product (or pay shipping to return a product once it finally arrives) that has not arrived in timeand has not even been shipped by the estimated delivery date

Ordered and item and paid for it on 11/28/16, they created a shipping label on 12/15/I still have no itemI have checked shipping status and there ahs been o change since 12/15/I want my itemThere are many other complaints on their Facebook page and several said they have reported the business to the Revdex.com*** ** *** *** ** *** ***
