I am rejecting this response because: No where on your website does it make it CLEAR that this is a policy, especially when I paid for a specific delivery timeThe only mention that the delivery was not guaranteed was on the receipt that was sent to me AFTER I had already paidIf I knew that the delivery was NOT GUARANTEED even after paying EXTRA, I would have never purchased the flowers in the first place.You pulled a classic bait & switch approach to take my $and the priceless moment that my Mother will never have of her receiving her flowersYou not only stole my money but have ruined a holiday that was supposed to be specialSHE STILL HAS YET TO RECEIVE HER FLOWERS days after the expected delivery date!Refund me completely Regards,

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for expressing your apologies.Although, keeping the flowers is a nice gesture, having to go to the recipient to pickup only the vase is disrespectful and rude.A contract was agreed upon delivery of flowers on June 13th Delivery on June 6th was a breach of contract.In addition, after spending over minutes speaking with a customer representative and manager, then having to file a complaint with Revdex.com - I, respectfully reject your offerMy request is to have a full refund
