Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I made telephone calls to Avas about the flower arrangements; each time I was placed on hold either the customer service representative informed me they were going to speak to their supervisor about the issueOn my last call, I spoke with someone named, "Remy" who agreed to call me back when I gave him my telephone number; Remy ask me if I can take a picture of the arrangements and, I said no because, Daleville is another city and, I live in Roanoke I never received any calls from Avas Radar Funeral Home contacted me about the flowers and, stated, "the flowers are Not what I ordered" and, ask me if I want the flowers I informed him, "No." The Director informed me, "he was going to set the arrangements in another room so it will not go to the church." I agreed I informed the staff at Avas, I was not going to pay for the order because I order a Spray for my mothers casket, not a stand up arrangement I further informed them, this was not acceptable Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:the flowers were sent for delivery for a specific occasion and now it is too late to replaceI would appreciate my refund as soon as possibleI am disappointedYour advertisement and the gentleman who placed my original order did not stand up to the what was promised

As requested by the customer, we did refund the two orders in question and offered our sincere condolences too. This order was placed on line and if the customer had any issues with Avas flowers prior to placing the orders, the orders should not have been placed. In our commitment to customers satisfaction, we have made an offer to refund 50% of the total charge. As this order was kept, we could not offer a full refund in this case. My apologizes for the issues mentionedAs the customer was told, we were unable to find any order for this customerThe $money mentioned was temporary placed on hold by the customers bank until the order is confirmed by Avas, which it never wasThis order for whatever reason, was never processed or deliveredThis customer was notified through an email of the situationThe bank should reverse the temporary hold on the customers money and the points used will be placed back to the customers account within the next daysSince we do not have the customers money, we were not able to offer a refundThe customer needs to contact her bank to resolve the issues of a reversal of the $thank you for your understanding, Robert
