Sympathy Floor Basket 89.99 Banner That Says Godfather Banner That Says Cousin Banner That Says Nephew"Since Mrs. [redacted] complained that the banners were incorrect, we have as a courtesy refunded her for all 3 banners, in the amount of $30 back to the card that she used at the time of purchase:The order has been refunded - Amount: $30.00 vs Transaction [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business included inaccurate information in the complaint response I would like for them to acknowledge that no arrangement was ever received and no service was provided despite multiple attempts by myself to get the issue corrected And even after I contacted them a final time to get a refund, it took an hour on the phone with them to receive the refund Regards, [redacted]
