Literally the worst internet provider I've heard experiencedEvery few months I start experiencing internet interruptions every weekend for at least a monthI don't understand how this website has one positive review, one natural review but negative reviews but still has an A rating which is ridiculous and makes me question this website as wellI PAY FOR INTERNET NOT INTERRUPTIONS

I have email addresses with WOW - on 1/my primary email stopped working Nothing on my end has changed I've tried multiple times to call customer service and wait on hold each time for over an hour and no one answers I sent an email on Saturday, 1/and still do not have a response and the email is still not working

My order form from the WOW rep clearly states media players @$per month plus taxesMy bill shows that I'm being charged an additional $for media players
My bill clearly states under the WOW! SERVICES AND BUNDLES section that only media players have been included, and in the ADDITIONAL WOW! CABLE TV SERVICES that I'm being charged an additional $for the remaining media players
WOW is telling me that the $is because of a different breakdown OR that the $is part of the TAXES, SURCHARGES AND FEES, which it clearly isn't
In addition, my contract was for months, why does my bill only state a cable discount for 12-months and NOT 24-months, which I was sold?
WOW also charged me for sending a tech over to replace their faulty equipmentUnbelievable...talk about business practices!
There seems to be multiple discrepancies in what I signed up for vswhat I'm getting billed for, which is not acceptable! Please help

Cancelled service and charged a cancellation fee which is unauthorized

I have been a customer of WOW Cable and Internet for approximately yearsFor the past two years I have lived in Denver, CO and provided internet service only to leasing parties of the houseWhen I recently went to sell my house and cancel their service (09/2018), I expressly confirmed with them that there was no remaining balance on my account and that all equipment had been returnedThey confirmed over the phone that was correctI then proceeded to have my house entirely cleaned and everything remaining inside thrown away to prep the house for sale

For 4-months my internet service has gone out every night between the hours of 20:hours and 07:hours with the occasional issue during the daytime hours I have repeatedly called and requested that the issue be fixed over the 4-months only to continuously get the runaround and treated as if my problem is non-existent when even their own data proves the issue is occurring I have been extremely patient with waiting for a fix but the service has gotten worse over the past several weeks and a complaint finally needed to be filed

We had internet service through Wow when we lived in Cleveland We then moved to Texas for my job I asked wow employees if I would have to pay a cancellation fee Multiple employees stated no because we are moving outside their coverage area Now Wow is insisting we owe almost $dollars Moving was for my job and I was lied to by their employees about my cancellation fee I feel because we are outside the service area we had no choice but to cancel the service They didn't make me aware of this at all

WOW has been a problem for years and now based on information provided by their staff of a termination date and final fees, we are being charged an early termination fee when we followed every direction and paid all they said we owed even after being charged for equipment we did not have The excuse is that they can't remove early termination fees (even if they are wrong)
They know we did not have the equipment yet billed us anyway and say they can only remove of the months fees

I renewed my contract with Wow of July of after being a loyal customer of yearsThe representative I spoke with informed me I could keep the same contract I had originally had for $dollars for months or upgrade to "gigs for just $40!" I opted for my same contract and speed as it worked fine for meTwo months later, I get a bill stating my bill was now $a month (dollars higher than before), stating that after my first two months of service, my "promotion" had expiredI called customer service and spoke with *** at emplee # *** and his supervisor Nina who were very unhelpfulAll they were stating is that it was expired, that their verbal contract to me meant nothing, and that I would have to add an additional months now to my service in order to have that same dealAbsolutely ridiculousI am extremely upset after being on the phone for an hour with no resolutionI would like my agreed upon contract or will be disconnecting my serviceI think it is

Since requesting change in phone number in 2016, which I received, my previously ordered, and received, (since original phone installation) non-published listing, began being listed online This issue was corrected for a period of time However, upon calling customer service around the date of 6-11-(approximately), to order increased internet speed, my phone number began being published again online I have made to telephone calls since then to customer service to get this issue corrected Each call took up at least hour or more of my own personal time, sometimes waiting as much as minutes for a customer representative to pick up I was told that with each call that the issue would be corrected It has not been My phone number is still available online through white pages

I signed up for WOW internet service in May At that time, I asked the sales rep*** ***, if I would be able to put this service on vacation hold when I went to *** for the winter He told me I could put it on vacation hold and would pay only $a month When Mr*** sent me a month contract to sign, I noticed that the vacation hold stipulation was not on the contract so I added it, signed it and sent it back to him I still have a copy of the contract I plan to put my account on vacation hold starting in January until May I was told by *** in their account research office that even though I was informed that I could by their sales rep, I cannot put my account on hold because it is an annual agreement contract which does not qualify for a vacation hold I asked that they honor their sales reps word but they refused I have to pay full price during the months I am gone and not using the service There was no reference to prohibiting a vacation hold
