Wow is charging me $1,dollars for equipment that their technician has already collected
When we moved from our old house to our new one we had Wow come and install new equipment at our new house
At that time our old equipment was turned over to the technicianNow Wow is claiming we owe them 1,dollars for equipment that has already been returned
I’m being forced to pay for their technician’s mistake? This is fraudulentI refuse to pay this bill

We set up an appointment for June 12, for Wow to come and install cable and internet, however when they arrived the techs informed the line had to be underground, I told them not to proceed until I spoke with our landlord They informed me it would take to days before anything would happen, they informed me that if the utilities company came out and flags placed and I didn't want to proceed to contact them The companies came out yesterday, I then called WOW and asked them not to proceed and cancel my order Well I receive a call from a neighbor claiming that someone was in my yard digging, called wow and then instructed me to get the name and company of who was doing the work, So I leave work and lose timeWhen I get home they are gone, and I try to turn my TV on and its not working claiming no signal, I look outside and there is along wire hanging there and it looks like wired cutcall wow back and they inform that they cant get anyone out to fix there mistake until

Billing practices changed againOf course you can't make a payment arrangement withou being disconnected first because then they wouldn't be able to charge you $

I think there line of questioning was to trick the consumer and used your statements against you in the future with the recorded statement I never used any data

I was advised that my original call would be pulled and listened to to check if I was informed of the contract rules about moving (which I never was)

Existing customers are treated poorly and customer service is absolutely terribleWorst Company I have ever dealt with

WOW charges an early termination fee for moving out of their service areaYou cannot physically obtain the service at the new home and you still payStay away from WOW
