I paid for a telephone pole in front of my home to be removed I paid on 12/10/ The pole is still there because someone from WOW must contact *** *** at ###-###-#### and tell him if the wires on the old pole belong to WOW and whether or not they are active

For more than two weeks my cable service has been experiencing degraded signal issues againThe sound would stop then the picture and when the picture would return, there was pixel break down and reassembling
Yesterday I called and had a technician scheduled to come out between am and today I specifically asked the agent to have your service man call me at ###-###-#### because I work minutes from my houseToday no one called, and I called WOW again the agent said someone called me at am, again this is NOT TRUEI told the agent I had NO missed calls in my call log therefore NO ONE CALLED!
I’ve been on the phone with WOW every since am and no one is trying to get this problem solved, I asked to speak to a supervisor; maybe I’d get a call back in hours
Could someone exhibit some honesty in customer service and fix this problem, soon

I was a loyal WOW customer for many years and had to change providers when I moved as WOW was not available in my area I contacted WOW to shut off my services and was advised that I should return the equipment to avoid charges During that same conversation, I spoke to an agent who advised that I would not have any billing issues as I was paid in advance This was in late August after I secured and had new services installed The equipment was returned and I thought I was good with my account On August 26th, I received a call from a collection agency stating that I had been sent to collections for a non payment for my final bill with WOW I was totally shocked as I hadn't heard anything from WOW in four months I am still receiving forwarded mail to my last address and also go to house several time a week to secure mail as the home is still vacant Nothing had been sent to me nor has anyone attempted to contact me regarding this matter I am truly disappointed that WOW sent

*** -- a competitor of Wow - offered a contract buyout I found Wow!s service to be mediocre and decided to switch In order to be reimbursed by *** for the buyout -- Wow! needed to provide a final bill with the Early Termination fee listed They did no such thing After nearly an hour on the phone AND an email submission -- they could not produce a bill to showed this fee They offered to "look into it" and physical mail me whatever they find They could not produce a case# or phone# to follow up
When I cancelled Wow! - I was going to wait until a final bill was produced but Wow! sent threatening letters about collection unless I paid ASAP After I paid them on time, I was punished by not recieving documentation for itemized Early Termination fees I feel like this run around is purposeful to annoy people who switch away The early termination fee was $

I am years old and recently sold my home and moved into an independent living facility In MayMoving was hard enough and now my old cable , WOW Cable Company, located in Carol Stream, IL, is withholding $ WOW is claiming I did not return a piece of equipment!!! I have been a loyal customer, individually for years and for 20+ years when you consider the time I was married as well When I divorced and took over handling of the payments for our internet service in 2008, I set up automatic payments from my banking account to ensure that I never missed a payment If you check your records, then you will see $payment coming out every single month religiously for years Originally, I was with Sunflower who was bought out by Knology and now Wow! My experience with Sunflower and Knology was excellent However, I have been very disappointed with experience with Wow!

WOW is charging me an Early Termination Fee and I believe this is an unfair business practice since WOW does not provide service in the area where I've purchased my home If I was able to continue my contract with WOW at my new address, I would have, but that's not possible because WOW does not provide service to my area I have emailed their Executive Office, but the response was not favorable At this point, I would have been happy with WOW cutting the Early Termination Fee in half, but that option was never mentioned
