My cable television has not been working for two days! Called to troubleshoot and tech could not figure out what was wrong I was told that no one could come out to check my system until Monday I called on Friday! Tried to call again the next day, Saturday, and was told no one can help me and to call back in hours I asked the tech if he was serious and he literally said to call back for help
*I am paying for HD boxes and digital non HD along with Internet and Phone This is a major problem since no one can help me until Monday?!
I was on the phone with a tech for over an hour trying to troubleshoot last night because I am having friends over today to watch College Football but can no longer do so due to this issue Many people have to cancel plans

I called in mid August to have my service discontinued When asked what day I would like to have a technician come remove the modem, I specifically asked if anyone had to be home and was told "no" Since the residence was an apartment, I assumed they technician would get the property manager to let him or her in and requested the modem be removed on 8/21/ On 8/22/17, I stopped by to ensure the equipment was gone and return my keys The modem was still there, so I removed it, turned in my keys and called Wow I spoke with a representative who said I would have to drive it back (closest location is at least an hour away) or be charged $for it When I asked to speak with a manager, he "remembered" that they could also send a pre-paid *** box sent to my new address for me to return the modem I agreed The box did not arrive so I called again around 8/31/to inquire I was assured that another box would be sent and arrive in 3-business days It did not arrive either

I have been a customer of WOW since approximately August of During this time they have provided fairly consistent with minimal interruptions to my service I recently renewed my contract and was expecting to have service provided by WOW for the next months
However, a personal situation happened and I found myself moving to a new home that WOW does not serviceI asked them to provide service to my region, and received no responseI asked about canceling my service because WOW would not provide service to my new locationI was informed it will cost me dollars to do so, because I was breaking the contract
This is an unreasonable practiceIf you as a service provider are unable or unwilling to provide a service to an area then it should not be on your customer to pay a cancellation

I was never notified that there would be a one dollar charge to send me a billToday when I tried to sign up for E-billing to avoid this needless surcharge, I was unable to proceed unless I signed up for a wow email accountI called customer service and waited over minutes on hold ( they've never taken less then minutes to answer)I was told that I was correct there was no way to proceedI asked if I could have the bill emailed directly to me in PDF (or some other suitable format) and was told no, if it was emailed to me, it would simply be a link to their online site which would require me to register an email address I do not wantI do not understand why I must be forced to create an email account that will not be used, and will only serve as a potential informational liability (it's another online account that contains personally identifiable information that could be compromisedIt will not be monitored because I will not use it)

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH WOWI went online October 5th and signed up for new internet serviceI received an email confirmation saying Welcome to Wow, my appointment date and time, and an order confirmation numberThey didn't show upI called to find out whyI was on with a rep for about minutes before she told me she needed to get me to someone elseThis is where it really went southI was connected to Jeremiah, ID #***He started asking me my name, phone number, address, etcI can't believe I'm starting completely over! He then tells me this long story about Wow's internal process when an online order is placedI had to ask him to take a breath so I could speakWhile doing so, he cut me off several timesHe then insists I never placed an orderI explained I have the email confirmation up at this very moment and he continues to tell me I never placed an orderI asked for a supervisor and he tells me I wouldn't be able to speak to one but he can get my order placedI took his info and hung upI called back to get a number or email address for corporateThe lady insisted she needed my name, address and phone number first although I am not in their systemShe finally gave me a number, ###-###-####By the sound of the options, it seems this was for their internal help deskNonetheless, I waited on hold for minutes until I finally hung upI called back to my current service provider and negotiated a new promotion to stay with themI will never attempt Wow again!

I got WOW Cable as my TV & Internet providerI had to pay an installation fee for them to install my new servicesThe installer spent over hours installing because he could not get the TV or internet to work properlyHe did finally get things to work, however, for the next months I had constant issuesWhile watching TV, the picture would freeze & the cable box had to be reset; the internet would loose connection & the modem had to be resetThis would happen several times every day and I could not use these productsWhen I called WOW Cable to complain, hey would remote in & tell me there were no issuesThey offered to send a technician to my home to repair it for a feeI refused to pay a fee for them to repair their non working products & after multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issues with WOW Cable, I canceled my serviceThey charged me an early termination fee which after multiple phone conversations with WOW Cable was supposed to be remove

These guys are con artists! They removed my auto pay and tried to charge me late feesThey tried to change my monthly fee which I entered into a year contract and then to top it off, they charge me for some sort of cable "magazine" and I don't even have cable!!!!

Before I signed up for this cable service, I asked their representative if the bundle price included the cable boxes, DVR and HDI was told that the price included everything and the only additional charges would be taxes and feesI received the first bill and was charged for equipmentI called and they stated it was an error and it would be removedI received the second bill and they're again charging for equipmentI told them their offer states "Includes equipment for two tvs"I am now being told that I'm getting a DISCOUNT on the equipment but that's only for monthsI signed a two year contract because it states the equipment is INCLUDED

I rendered payment to WOW for services due, and they are refusing to acknowledge that payment, despite the fact that I provided a proof of payment from my banking institution

I arrived home from work around 3:p.m I notice that the contractors for WOW were planting a line and had dug up an area at the end of the driveway I then noticed that the water hose had been pulled to the end of the driveway and the water had been used I am not sure how much or how long they have been using it Around 3:a black male knocked on the door and asked to use the water to wash himself off Another black male was already at the water faucet getting ready to turn it on I told him that someone had already been using my water He stated, that they only pulled the water hose out to the end of the walk way I told him it was evident by the water around the walk way that it had been used I told him he could not use my water

I was going to switch to WOW from time warner because I pay too much at TW to only have internet part timeThey are to lazy to replace the cable line and have switched out boxes times in monthsI was happy to switch to WOWThey promised a better price for higher speeds and that they would re-install a new lineAfter discussing with customer service, we decided to keep TW phone until after wow came to do the internet so the worker would have no choice but to run a new lineI was at work when wows tech showed up and my elderly parents were there waiting on himEven though the service is in my name, he duped my parents into signing up for phone and said he'd come back after the number ported to install with the already established lineWhen I found out I was irate! I have been a wow customer since October, During my time as a WOW! customer I have experienced unreliable Internet service constantlyI have had numerous technicians (different techs, different occasions) come to my residence to find the issue of the horrible internet serviceThey take the money for the call, and do not fix or solve ANYTHINGThis last recent visit (6/29/16) I had a Supervisor and lead technicians come to my residence to fix the internet issue after numerous complaints and hours of customer service callsThey did not fix the internet issue, and blamed the cause on *** *** SIGNAL COMMAND! They told me the only thing I can do is moveThis is an absolute lie, the issue is there poor serviceNothing else
I purchased my home in October 2013, which is when I found out about the contract the city of *** has with WOW! which states that they're to be the only internet/cable provider in the citySo due to this contract we are forced to pay outra

In April 2016, when I made my payment online, I accidentally selected the autopay feature The amount for my bill came out of my checking account at the beginning of May I then called WOW customer service at *** on May 24th to cancel this feature because I don't get paid on the same day every month and didn't want to cause an overdraft The representative I talked to assured me that he would cancel it and no more would automatically be drafted from my checking account On June 8, 2016, the amount of $was drafted from my checking account and paid to WOW, which in turn caused overdrafts @ $each I called WOW's customer service again, talked to a rep (***?) who proceeded to tell me the best he could do was credit my WOW account for $ I told him this was unacceptable and I wanted to talk to someone above his pay grade I got a supervisor (*** I believe, but really couldn't hear what he said) who then proceeded to tell me he could approve up to the $to

Our apartment complex is.contracted with WOW Cable and WOW they are not!!
