Monday (710/17) I called and ordered a WOW! bundle (phone/internet/cable) The rep told me after taxes it would be about $142/Mo for the bundleI agreed and had it installed Thursday (7/13/17)The installer was late to BOTH time windows he provided After installation I started going through the channels and I noticed some missing from the bundle I ordered days ago I called customer service and after a long wait I was told I ordered a different smaller package (with no *** ** which is my daughter's favorite, so that's wrong) and then she told me the bundle is now $167/mo I then speak to a supervisor who seemed helpful at first He even went back to listen to the 17min call I made on Monday to order service He then came back and said he heard no mention of $142/Mo from his rep and also didn't hear me ask for a certain package Which means he wants me to believe I was never quoted an estimate and never asked for a bundle I asked how I hear this recording because both wer

I initially had no problems with WOW and had them for years as a faithful customerPaid bills on time, no issues, etcThen I had to move to a new place that already had internetI attempted to cancel gracefully but after multiple calls with customer service, they refused to modify my cancellation charge of dollarsI was told during the contract agreement that I would be charged a small fee (less than $45), if I had to cancel for any reasonNot trueThey used this number to hook me into a verbal agreement and falsely advertised that it wouldn't be higher than $when in reality it ended up being I attempted to settle peacefully however, they refused to work with me to come to an agreement after notifying them of their practice

Sequence of events:
• Over a month ago the internet starts going down for hours at a time, every single day
• A technician comes out a month ago, says the problem is fixed, upsells us on higher speed internet, also commits to returning in order to bury a wire The technician never buried the wire, over double billed us, and lied in WOW documentation by documenting that the wire burying had been completed Also the same problem with the internet persisted for a month
• It has progressed to the point we cannot reset it, it goes out for days at a time now
• Call Summary:
o First representative says that cannot do anything to help
o I ask to be transferred to the US, somehow the second person is able to reset from their end
o The first person says that the second person cannot do any more than them every single time
o As of yesterday, somehow, neither call center can reset it from there end As the problems get worse, the service manages to get worse

We were so excited to connect wow internet in our new home with the advertised pricing and speedIt turned out to be nothing but a nightmare....constant drops, throttling and was generally uselessWe upgraded to the maximum speed, rented one of their modems, replaced the router twice and had three technicians come out and nothing made it anywhere near reliably usableSo about weeks into our contract and every good faith effort on my part to make this work I had to cancel and because it's out of the initial day period they've sent me a bill for $to early disconnectKeep in mind, I did understand this was an annual contract however I was told it was void if there was a problem with the service which there obviously was and it took weeks for them to send people, replace equipment, etcso I'm only being punished for trying to keep their service and make it workAfter multiple calls, the incompetent customer reps refuse to fix it and when I ask for a manager they just put me on hold and never returnI will continue to contact wow by phone and social media until this is resolved, I refuse to pay a fee to replace their poor serviceI never thought you could do worse than comcast, well done wow!

In Dec of 2016, I upgraded my WOW internet from 10MBPS to 60MBPS
When asked the technician if I need to upgrade my modem, I was informed that it's not necessary and just restarting would suffice
Recently in March this year, I reached out to WOW for Internet issues and they informed me that even though my internet speed is 60MBPS, my model can handle only 10-MBPS maximum
Over last 15+ months, I've been paying $extra for upgraded internet ($for 10MBPS to $80+taxes for 60MBPS) and so far I've been charged $($X 15) more even though I've been supplied only 10-MBPS

I called days prior to the 31st of January and made a payment arrangement but was still disconnectedI told the agent that my kids attend high school online through the Kprogram and internet was important and she assured me that as long as my arrangement was kept and paid by January 12th that I had nothing to worry aboutI was disconnected on the 31st and was told the only way to restore until the 5th was if I agreed to a $fee I could not get an agent on the line to help me so I agreed just to have it restored until I couldWhen I called back I was basically told there is no such thing as a payment arrangement and that it was only a "note" and that if I don't pay the 5th that I would be disconnected again and charged another $fee to restore service It seems like you just say anything you want to get the customer off of the phone and your agents are rude
