Let me say that Ive regretted signing up for WOW Cable & Internet Services Its been One problem after another and one BIG LIE after another ranging from installation to a price I was promised I have never been so disgusted
on or around Feb I paid with a check over the phone to a representative and received a conformation numberLater to find out that the Customer Service Rep recorded the checking account information incorrectly and WOW wanted me to pay all these outrageous fees because of the Customer Service Rep negligenceI tried calling on March, and April to speak with a supervisor only to leave a message and NO returned callsThis situation was NEVER resolved

I called WOW to set an appointment for a technician to come out and fix my internet for 06/28/between 2-5pmI was home all day and apparently the guy decided to not do his job and instead left the flyer that he came by at 2:pmI found the flyer at the front of my house at 2:20pmI called WOW to let them know the issue and got hung up on twice by two different employees who claimed they were trying to get into contact with dispatchThe internet is still not working and WOW has yet to fix the problem!

my video service never seems to be working right for the past couple of months I have been on the phone with wow trying to resolve the issueThere never able to resolve by phone they have to always schedule a service tech and when scheduling it's always on there time not considering you Work as well I've have 5techs out in the past month in a half the issue gets resolved for a short period and then eventually starts acting up again there video service lacks....Channels on certain tvs in my home won't play and when calling the reps are either dry with there tone or reading from a scriptIt's like your paying for a car but can't drive it because the Pedal is missing

in oct-nov I discovered my internet rates went up dollars I called wow to cancel because they said they could not keep rates the same spoke to over seas personcome to find out they did not cancel service as I was told they did so my account rep worked out a deal and y rate went up dollars so now they are charging me for the month I cancelled service because I was told it was cancelled this resulted in late fees etc now they say they have no record of me asking for cancellation of service they say I owe dollars now

WOW have asked for a manager to resolving a billing problem, a lady answered the phone does not speak English, asked for a manager, been on hold for a manager for mins, they keep telling me I cannot speak to a manager They raise my bill every month Horrible Service Called WOW asked for their address or email to write a complaint, they said they don't have one

I have been having trouble with my intranet, video and phone service since March Our phones have no dial tone, you try to use the intranet and there is no connectionThe video freezes while you are watching TV and then you get an error message that it cannot read the cable card and you have to call for assistance and you have to wait on hold for over twenty five minutes

A few years ago, when the cable TV changed to Digital, I rented Digital Adapter from WOW On July 18, 2016, I have no more need of the digital adapter and returned the device to WOW and I have a written receipt, and I was told by WOW that I'll not be charged for the digital adapter for the futureHowever, as of today, the charge of this digital adapter still shows on my bill and I have to pay it I called WOW customer service more than times At first, WOW staff told me, just wait to next billing cycle and the charge would be taken off Every time, nothing happens and the charge is still on my bill

I saw WOW prices on their website and they are reasonable, much less than TWCBUT
The prices shown are not the real pricesI had a lot of questions, based on my experience with TWC, but the rep I was talking with kept insisting that I allow him to create a "package" to meet my requirements so he could lock in a price (not the same as on their website) and set up a tentative install dateI never got answers to my questions, and after about times of his insisting that I allow him to lock in a price, I told him I was p* o*ed and didn't want to continueNow, after having read all these reviews, even TWC seems like a breath of fresh air by comparisonVery disappoingint!
