Hello we have had wow for months we switch from Spectrum and I've had service calls since I got it my cable goes out at least to times a day my internet goes out the same TVs glitching called and complain now we're tied into two years and it's the worst cable we ever had and this is from Brunswick Ohio they gave us a $Credit One Time and that's this month and the 6th service person is coming out Tuesday nothing has been changed they come around they walk through all but we can't do anything blah Zay blah everything seems to be running now it is the worst cable I've ever had in my entire life

Internet - Cable - Phone after filing a complaint with the FCC regarding their billing practicesSo there wouldn't have been a valid reason for their technician to enter onto my propertyFor the past days, I've been without my phone and internet service; so I contacted my service provider to have a technician find the causeWhen the technician arrived, he checked the modem and coaxial lines leading to the telephone post behind my garageHe quickly discovered my line was intentionally disconnected, and reconnected to WOW! Internet - Cable - PhoneIn fact, once my modem was reset, I tested my internet connectionDisplayed on my monitor, was a customer service number at WOW! I have been getting WOW (internet only- no cable) since JulyMy husband usually pays the bill, but I noticed we are and have been getting charged every month for a cable magazine we have no use for and never ordered to my knowledgeI was very upset we've been charged for something of no use to usI called Wow and was put on hold close to minutes after I spoke with a man in customer service and asked to speak with a managerI was told wow could only reimburse for months of the chargesI would like all the magazine charges reimbursed from wow

Wow internet sold us on a certain speed and now they are stating that they can not garuntee that speed nor fix their own issues on slower internet speed I've been told that there is nothing they could do regardless or the lag time aside from having me hard wire devices to the modem

When I signed up I was offered cable service with a day money back guaranteeI wanted to try the service to compare it to my previous provider
I had trouble with the cable it did not work It also took out my internet service with I had with WoW
I had to troubleshoot the issue myself to determine it was an issue with the equipment
We decided that we do not want the cable service And only want to keep the internet

I recently switched to WOW from another carrier for cable and internet services When trying to decide which plan, I inquired about vacation holds I was told certain plans could not be put on vacation hold I told the salesperson I did not want a plan like that because I go away every year for three to six months and when I was with WOW a few years back, they only charged me $per month for each month I was gone Evidently I was still put into a plan that does not allow vacation holds, which I found out when I received my bill after I was out of town I had originally called and told WOW on or near 10/12/that I wanted my services put on vacation hold beginning 10/15/and gave them a date that I would return about 04/10/ Nothing was said to me about my account not being able to be put on a vacation hold So when I got the bill still charging me the entire monthly amount, I realized I had been put in the wrong plan after all I immediately called and talked to severa

Internet is the cheapest alternative for cable TV and internet service We have had a total of eight (8) academic years of WOW service - all of which have been less than pleasant For example, EVERY bill, EVERY month is a different amount There is absolutely NO consistency in the billing process Even after contact with customer service to correct these inaccuracies, bills were still inconsistent There is never a clear explanation for these strange billing practices - even after seeking clarification It is difficult to understand how this company survives with these billing practices and inconsistencies

She stated that dispatch told her that he went home and would not come back out to install my cable, despite the fact that I had a scheduled AND confirmed appointment She was apologetic and rescheduled me for Tuesday, July 5, between 6-p.m This is utterly disgraceful customer service If you weren't able to make it today, July 2, 2016, then DO NOT schedule me for an appo

My service with WOW was installed and everything was working when the installer left and worked for another hours My phone service quit working - unable to make a call or receive a call After trying on several attempts to get it resolved immediately I am now waiting days to hopefully get it fixed But I do have to sit and wait all day for the tech to come as I was given an all day appointment - like my time is not importantTo me this is unacceptable as I have not even had the service hours Of course the customer service individual indicated this happens a lot when they are porting numbers from my other cable company - not sure I accept that excuseEven though my other cable company was no better I should have just stayed with them at least I knew I had all my services

On or about January 4, our underground cable lines were cut during road repavingAfter to days of spending hours on the phone with your "Customer care" someone finally came out on the 9th to run a temp cable, even on the 5th day they were late getting out to fix itTo this day no one has responded to bury the lineWe were charged $for being graced with late serviceMy husband emailed you sometime in January due to the line still laying across the roadOur neighbors all have *** and they were taken care of days beforeAfter emailing you we were told the lines would be buried on the 24thThat order was closed as completed on the 26th yet no one ever came out to bury the linesThe lines have been unhooked days a week from 8-every day since January 9thWe are paying for services, (phone, cable and internet) that we aren't receiving
We haven't been offered a discount, a refund an apology or anythingLast week I even sent my Mom, in person, to your Panama C
