I have been paying my bill every month for the full amount, then last month the balance due included another month -- suddenly I somehow became a month late on my bill
I called to have them correct this error, three times and end up getting into an argument because they keep telling me each payment I made was for the previous month, and can't tell me when it started -- when I missed a months' payment, causing me to become a month late
I know its their computer system that caused an error -- extra month charged -- but can't even download my billing statements because the file is either missing or corrupt -- for every month -- which is another example of a system error! i'm going to have to go over there to get my my monthly statements now and maybe banks to prove my on-time payments (with only late)

I have called customer service on different occasions regarding over an estimated feet of cable strung across my backyard after a cable install almost weeks agoI have requested follow up with supervisors, I have been told that my complaint has been escalated to a supervisor for reviewHowever, to date there has been no action taken on behalf of the cable companyI have informed that there this is a hazard and a safety issue

I am a new customer of WOW cableThe installers who installed the cable at my home damaged the siding on my homeThe installers drilled holes in the siding when running the cable wiresThe correct way to install the cable wiring would have been to install the cable wires under the house siding

My wife and I have been WOW customers since Sep In June 2016, we upgraded our internet speed to mbps based on the advertised price of $per month on your websiteA representative helped us make the switch over the phone
