I am lodging a complaint with the representatives at WOWOn May 17th at 3:18pm I contacted WOW collections at During the conversation, I asked what date would be the last day to pay my past due balance and I was advised to pay by 5/31/On 5/21/18, I called WOW again to confirm my payment date and was connected to the automated messaging center where I selected a different payment date in errorLater this month on the 28th, I called again and spoke to operator KatyKaty looked into my situation stating that the last day for my services would be May 29th, however, she did see where I initially called and spoke to someone from collections who entered May 31st as the last day to pay in her notesAfter a few conversations between Katy and her supervisor while being placed on hold, Katy came back and assured me that the date was changed back to May 31st giving me the very last day to pay before services would be disconnectedBefore we ended the call, I asked Ka

Been getting charged for an upgraded service that I never received
For months I been trying to get the fraudulent charges off my bill

Today I received my monthly internet bill from WOW! To my surprise the bill increased in price by $13.00! When I called customer service the representative stated "every year WOW changes the discount price!" What discount price? It is a scam too increase the companies profits The definition of discount from the Webster's dictionary is: "a DEDUCTION from the usual cost of something, typically given for PROMPT OR ADVANCE PAYMENT or to a special category of buyers."
First of all I have had WOW internet service for over a year and have NEVER missed a payment, usually paying before the due date"Prompt or Advance Payment"
Second, WOW! never informed me that the monthly bill will increase after a year or any time at all This is how they treat a loyal customer?! They need to re-evaluate their principles Just remember WOW, without loyal customers, WOW would be out of service!

Rude customer service agent who do not want to clarify or rectify billing chargesI was told by an agent that I owe for December, February and march but not January and when I asked about my February payment and what that went towards a member of management would not assist and told me I want to argue and he's not going to argue when I just wanted to clarify what happened to my payments including my feb payment

Wow! every time I call them they say they will fix the contract issue and apply the credit back to my bill, but every-time they lie to meI recorded the phone calls a few timesThey are suppose to credit the account back with the previous amount that I was getting from beforewhich left my bill around dollarsI would appreciate it if they didn't lie to meJust admit you won't credit the dollars per month for the months that you promised
