We have been with WOW internet and cable for approxmonths*** has been glitching and buffering since day The technician recently replaced an outdoor cable that was water logged and inspected all interior wiring He stated that everything is working correctlyThere was nothing else that could be done to resolve this issue We are still experiencing the same problems I called customer service to cancel since we are not receiving a satisfactory service and they stated that there would be a $early termination fee I stated to them the circumstances we were in and they said they could not wave the etf

I had service days and had a hard time keeping it working I had to call them many timesit would not work so went back to bright house and for days of poor service they billed me dollars and are trying to charge late fees of dollars a month I refuse to pay them at allit cost me alot to get bright house to hook me back up and woo salesman lied to me to get me to try the srvice I would not tell anyone to try it

I have Internet through WOW and don't use any of their equipment in my home (i.eI have my own router)I called to cancel my Internet service hours from when I calledBut I was told that it's not possible to cancel that quickly and I would be billed for seven days from the date of the callShe said it's because a technician would have to "disconnect my cable from the pole" and that's how long it takesFirstly, I'm not too sure how this is my problem that it takes them time to physically disconnect a service that a consumers simply isn't using anymoreBut secondly, since I only have Internet, the only thing required would be for them to no longer allow (or authorized) my DOCSYS modem access to their network, which is done entirely through a computer account management system, and not by a technician on a pole

WOW customer service is so horrible that on a scale from to 10, being poor and being good they would get a - Their automated system said one thing then when I spoke with a person my bill went up $He assured me his computer was accurate, and of course like any good customer service (that is an oxymoron) person he repeated his script over and overI'm sorry, but if the "person" is only reading a script from a computer, why pay that personI also do not like to spoken to with condescensionI'm not trying to be high and mighty, but, a person who answers a phone for a living and only reads a script is not better than me, and if that is all they do should feel lucky to do so because they're work is pointless and does not contribute anything to humanity what so everI will never do business with them ever againI really hope they go out of business so they realize that in order to do business with the public, they need to "work with" the public and not just collect fees

Service has never been what was promised I order a bundled service of home phone, cable, and mbps internet Service was to be installed on Monday, November 13th, between 8am-10am Since no one called or came by during that time, I called WOW to reschedule for Saturday, November 18th to have all services set up at that time The technician arrived on November 18th and set up cable and internet but said that he could not install phone because the phone number was never ported the previous week

I have dealt with WOW Cable and Internet services for years On last year I asked them to cut off the cable services because of their price increasing practicesI once had a problem where one of their service techs referred me to a number to help me with internet problems and it turned out to be some scam where the person of Indian descent took control of my laptop and then stated that they could fix my computer for $I shared that information at the drop off center and was told that they had no clue why that employee would refer me to that other numberEventually, after getting rid of the cable I decided to forgive and give WOW a chance with the Internet onlyHowever, there seems to be a problem with how they do their billingLast month I called to pay my balance due and found that I was being charged for a re-activation fee I was told by the rep that the fee would be waived and that all I had to pay was $and my bill would be current and I would not have to pay again until July 18th the regular amount of $ So, I paid the $with the feeling of security that my bill was current and back to a regular payment On today I received a bill for 62.00, yet they say that they are not charging me the activation fee I spoke with different people regarding my account Their explanations made no sense since I was told that the payment I made last month cleared my account So, I am finding that they are lying quite a bit now, and this is not the first time, that I have been told one thing and new bills reflected another Either they are lying to get you off the phone, or someone is taking the money a pocketing itWhen I asked to speak with someone in their corporate office I was given information for their drop-off and payment centers, as if there is no corporate officeI am really tired of their deception and using employees that sometime don't speak plain English and do not know how to properly settle issues

I own my own ModemWow knows this and is intentionaly sending test signals to my modem which keeps turning my modem signal off and on all the timeThey do this to everyone that doesnt lease a modem from Wow so that you re thinking something is wrong with your own modem and you will have to use Wow's modem, when this is complete sabatoge on Wow's partThis is an ongoing problem with a lot of other people who buy their own modems instead of leasing a modem from Wow that needs to be addressed to the FCC as well as Revdex.com
