Early July, when we came back from vacation, we noticed a transmitter box in our front lawn that WOW installedThis was done while we were out of town and without our knowledgeWOW spent days entering and digging in our yard without notificationsEven though the company did send us a card in the mail prior to the start of the construction, it did not contain any details of the project or the date they would be on the private properties, just the customer service number if we want to switch to WOW

I experienced complete service loss at 5PM CST on July 24th After about an hour of calls to Customer Service, the person could not complete my request because his computer went down After another hour of calls the soonest they could come out to fix the problem is days from original issue of complaint and loss of service They are unwilling and unable and unwilling to respond to time sooner than this I pay anywhere from a 125-a month for service and extreme lack of response to my issue is completely unprofessional and unacceptable I do not have service because my phone is tied to internet which puts me at risk I have no TV or internet which has impacted my job because I can not work out of my home In the total of 8_+ years I have had WoW, this is the absolute worst example of customer service I have experienced from any cable company I was with them from 2004-and to
Sunday night, the cable went out I called and was told there was an outage No one could tell me where the outage was The Rep asked me where I live When I stated I live in ***, his response was, "I think it is ***." The cable was out all Sunday and Monday I called repeatedly One rep wanted my social security number before he could help me It finally came on Monday evening Thursday, it went out again I called and called No one knew what the problem is I have no cable and they said they can get someone out to look at it Monday between and So, I am out cable services for six days I pay $a month for services They told me they credited $to my account I emailed the WOW corporate executives Someone from the executive office left me a message I called back She has not called I have left several emails and messages and no calls I just received my bill No credit and it is due at the beginning of the month
BEWARE- BEWARE- first off I wanna say I wish I could Leave Negative Stars, this company is the worst internet company I have ever dealt with since wifi as been out , Customer service never provides that they say on phone they lie, when they come out to fix the problems none of their specialist are even smart enough to fix the on going problems since I started never got over 32MBPS when I was paying for 100+ MBPS The On Demand Never works, They are worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire Life! I had WOW cable internet for almost years never missed a payment and never was late I lost my job was forced to move out of my house where I move to they did not have wow Service there they told me they was going to charge me early termination fee even though they don't have service thereis it really my fault that they do not have service there?
