I signed a contract with WOW internet services for monthI've only completed months of the contractI am currently moving to a new location and WOW doesn't service the locationAccording to the company, I owe for the remaining months on the contract because I broke the contractI feel that this is unfair due to the fact I would be transferring that service if they service my new locationI know that I owe something for terminating the contract but not the full contract amount But WOW takes no responsibility in this issueThis is an unfair practice

This is NOT acceptable In this age of technology WOW should have processed the credit on Monday, same day that I called in the morning notifying them of the error, and an automated bank credit taking to bank business days

I been with wow for several years and I had my on demand blocked form ordering movies and I got a bill this month saying someone called in on my account and ordered movies and I talked to them and I told them I didn't do it that they needed to go back on the recorded line and find out who ordered the movies and the guy I talked to said they would check them out and find out who got into my account and call me back in hours well I never got that call in hours or any other day and it has been about days but I want them to take these charges of these movies off my bill because I didn't do it nor did I watch them it would be different if I did this but I didn't call in and order these so I want them removed from my bill
