On JUN WOW was contacted by myself to resolve an issue with the cable service This issue had already been going on for a week or so but had been getting worse as time went on The issue was that both the image and sound started to cut out constantly on every channel This made watching anything on TV impossible and since then I haven't watched They sent someone out a few days after the initial call and the tech determined that the problem was an extremely low signal coming into the main box outside the house and everything in my house to include the digital adapter and wiring was fine The tech wasn't able to work on the box but assured me that a tier tech would come out and repair the box This never happened I called WOW again to get them to resolve the issue I stated what the tech said and asked if they could send out a tier tech that is authorized to repair the box They assured me it would happen A week later the tech came out and wanted to troubleshoot thing

I am being billed $for a service call that had to be made because of the negligence of TWO Wow! technicians! I refuse to pay for THEIR negligence The first incident of negligence was explained to me by the technician that came to my home on July 29, He informed me that the technician who came to my home in installed the wrong type of coaxial connector at the pole The second technician came out the previous Thursday, July 27th, This tech was responding to my neighbor's complaint of erratic service We both feed from the same utility pole and while this tech was checking all households with his metering equipment, he incorrectly re-installed the improper coaxial connector - resulting in no connection and an Internet outage over three day

I have been a WOW customer for around years and ever since signing up for service I have been getting at least or more calls a month from their customers saying "Hi you recently installed service at my address and I was given this phone number to call if any problems."
