Wow does not allow me to view my statements I do not receive paper statements I signed up for paperless billing in Someone at Wow at some point must have disabled my access I do not receive email notifications, I do not receive paper statements, and I cannot access my statement pdfon website So I am unable to view my statements During this time WOW changed my rate from $to $ So I can't access my statements and my rate changed I was not aware of rate change until I saw it on my credit card, two charges on my December credit card for $ Called and WOW adjusted rate going forward but refused to go back and adjust previous rates WOW should allow its customers to access their statements and not make changes without customers permission This is a privacy violation, is unethical, and is a poor practice from a customer service standpoint

Canceled WOW services within the days due to horrible reception, was told that I would not be charge anything since it was withing the days

My neighbor switched to WOW from a former cable provider and to get the cable to his house WOW ran the cable through my yardWhen the cable was ran, WOW cut my underground pet containment systemI contacted WOW and they graciously found where they cut the wire and repaired itAbout a month later my underground pet containment system showed an alarm that there was a breakI called *** *** ###-###-#### they came out, found the break at the connection that Wow had fixed*** *** said WOW did a poor connection and that is was not water proof, this was the reason for the break*** *** then repaired the faulty connection at a cost of $ I then called WOW told them the story they said someone would call me within business days to resolve the issue but never didI am not sure on the exact dates all these transactions occurred so in step three additional details I am putting in AugustIt was officially fixed on NOV by *** ***

about the end of march, beginning of april I started having problems with my internet I called customer service and there was a service outage in my area well I gave it a couple days it seemed to be fixedfew days later I started having problems again it was raining like it was when I first had problems so assumed there was still a problem needed fixed so for next couple weeks every time it rained I had problems with service laggy slow and disconnecting internet which prompted me to call back again they scheduled a tech to come out which I had already advised customer service had already troubled shooted all my equipment which I own from resetting both routers and modem to directly wired to my modem I was unable to be home when tech came late at night but my oldest son was home and had all the info I had given the customer service rep the tech was here ten minutes and blamed my router being bad even though it had already checked out good and been bypassed by wiri

Wow cable double billed my checking account

I cancelled my service with WOW in and was making payments towards the balance I contacted customer service and asked what the remaining balance was she stated it was $ I paid the balance to WOW A few days later I noticed it was on my credit report with CMI collections agency with an outstanding balance of $ I contacted WOW customer service and they stated that it had been turned into collections They never said that it had been turned in to collections Now it is on my credit repot as "Paid After Collections" That is not legal according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act It was never disclosed to me before I paid that it had already had been given to collections I made my payment to WOW not CMI therefore I have no relations to CMI I was never contacted by them to collect a debt

for over months, tv/cable been freezing up, going blank on many channelsLiterally dozens of service calls to no availNumerous complaints filed to company and higher management..continue to get charged full price for very,very substandard performance

The outside lines have been damaged since a storm around Dec 7th, The company keeps insisting that I have to take days off work so they can fix their outside service linesI am in the middle of a huge conversion project at work and cannot take time off They do not need to access inside my home to repair the issue I know they did a temporary fix outside (neighbor saw them) while I was gone on and the service improved for a couple weeks Now the cable service's stuttering/pixelating/cutting out is back I really need them to come and repair the lines outside permanently Can you help me?

I recently started services with wow on 1/12/18, my first payment of $was due 2/2/which I payed on timeNext bill came for $due 3/2/18, now I’m on a medical at work and don’t get my first paycheck till 3/30/which I thought ok I’ll be about weeks past due and I’ll make sure new bill will be paid on timeWell I received a harassing phone call stating my services were going to be disconnectedI didn’t understand since I wasn’t days past dueI called a rep and he stated I’m days past due, I asked him how that is since my due date is 3/2/that would mean I’m already when my bill is due on 3/2/18, then he called me stupid and I should have paid it feb 10th which I argued with being that I made a payment 2/2/18, he said well then you answered your own questionSo I asked to extend till Friday and was told to wait till it’s disconnected and calll back but I will have to pay $reconnect feeAgain why am I waiting if I’m talking to you now to make arrangements

I have moved out of the vicinity of where Wow Cable provides services I called to discuss cancellation as I am not able to transfer my servies and was informed that I verbally agreed to a year contract To the best of my recollection I believe that I agreed to a one year contract in which case my contract would have ended this month Wow is unable to provide me with any proof of my verbal contract via phone records I would like proof of verbal agreement via phone before I pay $cancellation fee I called to discuss possible options and nobody in the customer service area (incluidng supervisor) was able to help with this Instead they said that there is not way they can provide me with any telephone communication proof

In July I contacted our local (Ohio) underground utilities identification service and had all the utilities marked (per law) prior to installing a fence An unmarked cable was cut during the digging I immediately contacted the underground utilities identification service (O.U.P.S.) and filed a notice of cutting an unmarked cable O.U.P.S came out to the property and confirmed that a cable was not marked and was cut All utility & cable companies were contacted (including Wide Open West) about he cut line Wide Open West did not respond to the notification
In July 2018, Wide Open West installs a above-ground (temporary) cable on my property and sends a bill for $3,stating that I am responsible for the cut cable line
I followed all state laws and it was confirmed the cable that was cut was NOT marked prior to digging Wide Open West has refused to discuss this matter and has ignored the letters I sent to resolve the issue

Had Wow cable for years while on Military duty in Huntsville Hit retirement date and left Huntville, and returned ALL equipment to Wow that day I asked for them to shut down my account, which they confirmed and gave me receipt for equipment turned in Two weeks later I was billed for another month of service - agent told me it was because I had not turned off autopay Do I have to do that for an account that is closed?! I was billed for my may bill, and I called and they credited it down to and gave me a discount of $35/month for the next monthsHowever after paying the 195.67, I received my new bill for June which the total charges were they added the credit of back on making my bill I called them on June and was told by the supervisor that it was a one time credit and that since I didn't pay the they put the charge back on for juneSo basically they gave me a credit and then reapplied that amount to my new bill thus making the credit zeroThey outright refused to do anything about it

We moved from *** to WOWWow promised us that they will finish everything by the date of our business opening date, but failed, and we had to use *** for temporal internet and phone accessWow AGAIN promised us that they will do reimbursement of 50% of the *** internet and phone fee that was occurred due to WOW's faultThat was months ago, they're avoiding our phone, email, and everythingWe can't even talk to them now, and we're planning to sue them
