responsible for the issue. They are saying it is traveler's responsibility to "[redacted]", which we did. And also traveler needs to contact Airline to make sure the information is correct, which is not a common practice or part of user agreement. When a ticket is booked and confirmed, traveler would expect the information is correctly collected by booking agent and sent to airline. If there is additional step for traveler to confirm, a message should be sent to inform traveler, which is definitely missed by American Express Travel.

Revdex.com with an official complaint being as specific as possible. According to a document I received by mail from American Express dated 03-**-17, they indicated I was properly, informed about the credit card application process and result. Nowhere in the letter did they addressed the issues I raised with respect to the telephone application. For example, the provision for a cash advance of 75% of the credit limit of $1400.00 was not addressed. I made it clear, the agent I spoke with stated this on record. The American Express response to the Revdex.com did not address this issue. In addition, I made it clear; a record of the telephone conversation with the sales individual that day would validate my claims including her reluctance to assist me once it became apparent, I was unhappy with her solicitation procedures. American Express did not provide a transcript of that recorded call. With respect to my requested resolution, apparently, American Express does not think I undersatnd the difference between the terms of cash advance and balance transfer. I do understand the difference. I suggested as a resolution to increase my credit limit from $1400.00 to $4000.00 and allow me to obtain a cash advance of $3000.00 under the interest terms associated with balance transfer. Under the circumstances, I think this is a fair resolution and most certainly, within the capability of American Express. If not, I ask the Revdex.com to pursue the investigation by reviewing the log of the original telephone call bewteen myself and the sales agent. Thank you for your time and effort.[redacted]

self serving. Part of his response was to say don't bother us anymore.They were able to resurrect the correspondence at the tail end of my complaint that contradicted what I had been told telephonically and on chat with them earlier, those conversations they couldn't resurrect. [redacted] and [redacted] let you make a copy of your written chat, American Express doesn;t. It is obvious that I need to divorce myself from AMEX as they are not there to protect their customers,but to cover there mistakes made to their customers!!!

My minimum payment jumped to $6900.00. Please see attached letter dated March *, 2016.Of course I have not been able to meet that minimum payment due to obvious Reasons. Amex pushed me into becoming past due after charges were made due to decreasing my credit limit.· Credit department requested my 2014 tax return and my current check stubs to prove I am back at work at the same salary since January of 2016. Everything requested was forwarded.· It was declined.· I have arranged payments for $900 per month, however the minimum payment keeps growing and I am being reported to credit agencies. This is due to my credit limit being lowered in 2016 after charges were made in 2015.· Please see letter dated March *, 2016. Second paragraph Program Overview confirming I am enrolled in their program and I will be making lower minimum monthly payments, why the minimum of $7000.00 due on this account and I am enrolled in was not adjusted and I am being reported. · I have never seen such ruthless and un cooperation that I have received from American Express. They will force me into bankruptcy. I am willing to meet my obligations like I have since year 1991 without any issues as a cardholder.

AMEX on 1/*/2016 and they removed my late fee, I was not mentioned that my account is still considered a missed payment so I will be charged the penalty interest. and as I explained earlier that have other Amex cards with about the same credit limits and lower rate which I stopped using my other card because I was sure that this blue card will give my a 0% rate.and now I am surprised to see how I was fulled by the Amex company. Please understand this and credit me my interst charged for my promotional period

While the facts stated in the letter are inaccurate and still lack contact information of a specific person or department I can speak with to resolve, the underlying larger concern to me has been addressed. The 100+ American Express accounts erroneously generated under my social security number have been removed by the three credit bureaus and my credit scores at each is back to normal.
