score.1. Why would American Express open an account without income verification?2. Why American Express never mailed me a letter stating they type of income verification they need?3. Why in the Revdex.com response American Express does not mention anything about income verification I have provided to Lory at the Financial Review as a fax which had my recent pay stubs. And I was asked to reapply. When I reapplied I get declined because American Express has canceled my account.4.How AmEx could block then cancelled my credit card in around two week of opening of the account and card activation?5. It has not even been one billing cycle and AmEx closed my account. This has caused my credit score drop very significantly(50plus points)Resolution: I provide all of my income verification and AmEx reinstates my credit card.

over 11 year of old customer, and american express want to review membership reward after spending over 8000 in 2 month, where required to spend only 3000 in 3 month.what is point of having amex platinum card & not honor what they promised prior to get card and cant use their benefit when needed. simply not happy with their no reason review policy & time frame.

[I received a letter in the mail stating that their targeted offers and the actual points departments do not communicate and therefore amex believes that it is ok to deceive me .  I was under the impression that since I received a targeted offer with my name on it, that they wanted me back as a customer.  The Revdex.com should advise amex to not mislead customers and to communicate properly within their departments. I have yet to receive the promised and targeted,  50,000 membership reward points. ]

American Express and I see that I have not received any adjustment of points. [redacted] still shows that I would receive 60,000 miles by signing up for an American Express Skymiles card.

The business so much favoring the Merchant and just disregarding my documents while closing and resolving the case in favor of the merchant based on documents provided by them a year back. Card which I didn't receive, citing terms and conditions of the card. However, since I never received the card in the first place, any terms and condition that depleted its balance through fees should not even apply. In addition, the "monthly maintenance" fee is unusual in nature, and almost seems designed to exploit the situation of non-received cards.Sincerely,

the aforementioned issues.  I was in contact with AMEX on [redacted].  Was told I would be reached out to by Monday, 04/**/17 and here we are.  No response from their customer anti-service.This is one issue to another with this company. 1. Forgetting to put my payments on auto-withdraw2. Sending to collection without speaking with me3. Called back, sent to Revdex.com and got the file sent back from collection to AMEX4. Paid Amex 01/**/17 and the file was shipped back to collection (in bad faith)5. Run around6. Run aroundThis is simply put; bad business.

I have attached a letter I received in the mail 12-*-15. As we discussed yesterday, that you were told by American Express they would mail me a check. As they have also told me in my past phone calls. As you can see now I am being told on page 2 " [redacted]" Why is it my job to handle this. I feel I'm getting the run around from this company and have been since Sept. **, 2015. First I was told they would mail a check within 7-10 business days. I never received. Called 1 month later. I was told they would put the money back into my account within 7-10 business days. Never received.  Now this. Please handle this matter promptly. I feel my next step is to hire an attorney.
