Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

First and foremost, I have opened dispute...

cases repeatedly.  Repeatedly, American Express has ignored the evidence I have provided that they are dealing with a fraudulent business that has made false statements in its reply.  I have provided more than ample evidence to prove that the merchant in question is clearly providing false information, upon which American Express (when ignoring my evidence) has chosen to side with the merchant anyway, claiming that the merchant has followed its own policy properly.  They have not.  I have gone so far as to file a complaint on the FBI internet crime site as well, for which a false claim is punishable by legal ramifications.  American Express has clearly not taken the information I have provided about the merchant into consideration.  It is my opinion that the merchant is in violation of their merchant agreement by providing false statements and misrepresentations about their business.  American express is not acting in good faith, nor is the merchant, but when American Express handles merchants, they need to ensure those merchants are not fruads, which this one is.I have written the CEO of American Express who also claimed they "tried to call me" multiple times, which is utter falsehood, as I would have either had voicemail or a call record of them ever having contacted me.  I feel this is even more evidence that American Express is acting in bad faith.  I suggest since both Amex and that merchant are in the New York City metro area, that someone in Amex verify the business entity as [redacted] clearly shows no such business exists in the address that is claimed to be the "lab" and store front of [redacted]  It appears the merchant is either working out of a garage or apartment above other businesses and are not what they claim.  American Express is supporting fraudulent business activity. Also, American Express said for me to send my merchandise back to the merchant to facilitate the return.  Now the merchant has both my money and the merchandise and will not return it.  I have provided Amex verification of the return that was sent with tracked and insured postage with signature delivery required.  The merchant, failing to return my merchandise, should not be allowed by Amex to then hold onto my money.  This is considered unjust enrichment, and American Express being the beneficiary of fees collected on the transaction, is also the beneficiary of unjust enrichment. The case needs to be escalated internally within American Express beyond those who have handled it so far.  Every shred of what I provided has been ignored in every case.   Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am in receipt of a letter response from...

AMEX.  Please append the following reply to this complaint and forward to AMEX.   Thank you for your letter offering explanation of the problem, but it is clear you didn't spend any time researching before you responded.  You claim that the reason I can't redeem the reward credit is because my account "currently has a credit balance...."   That's a great response, but it's a huge red herring.  While, at the exact moment you decided to respond, I did indeed have a credit balance, that credit balance has existed for only a couple of weeks.  However, the problem, as I have clearly reported, has been ongoing for MONTHS now.  In addition, my account, as of this moment DOES NOT have a credit balance... yet I just tried to redeem my Rewards and, surprise... SAME PROBLEM as I have repeatedly reported.  Rather than try to toss this problem over the wall with a half-baked response, how about you address the underlying issue?  How about you issue the redemption credit that I have asked for, and that I am rightly owed, and that is NOT affected by the mysterious credit balance?  Your turn to step up and stop with the pandering excused.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:  American Express is erroneously...

alleging that I applied for a lower offer. Why would I when I had the brochure for the higher $250 offer in front of me at the time of the application? I called them soon after I made card charges for more than $1000 and tried to confirm the $250 reward. They wanted to confirm for $100, but we agreed I would email to them a copy of the brochure with the $250 offer. I mailed them the brochure advertising their offer and how to apply for the card, but they never responded to me. This was simply a deceitful offer by AmExp. They need to rectify it.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

First off, they have not replied directly to...

the complaint I made through Revdex.com but have mailed me a paper letter which I have only now just received in the mail on 1/*/16.  Now they are acknowledging that I AM ENROLLED in the offer on the appropriate card, but that I was not enrolled until 11/**/15 and my purchase was made on 11/**/15.  How convenient that now they have such specific information available to them that has only now come out of the vaults.  This company has the runaround game absolutely perfected.  I cannot believe that they will not honor this promotional offer even though I have met all of the requirements.  I only regret that I did not take screen shots of my account on 11/**/15 when I enrolled in the offer.  At that time however I had no idea that I was in for such a protracted battle over what seemed like a straightforward promotional offer.  So at this point I guess it is just my word against theirs.  NEVER again AMEX.  I will be taking my business elsewhere ASAP.  This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a financial institution.  No accessibility whatsoever.  You are only able to talk to automatons with no empowerment to do anything for your situation.  Only after escalating this through the Revdex.com do they then come out with specific information that had I been told this over a month ago I could have done something about.  Now it is too late, the promotion is long over and I am left with my word against theirs and yet another iron door slammed shut in my face.

Attached please find supporting documents to my claim.  Also emailed to [redacted] mailed copy to [redacted] via [redacted] Certified Mail. This is a marketing material I received and signed up for the offer.  It is evident (from my notes I made) that I was signing up for this offer.  I even made a note for myself that the cards will arrive May [redacted] - and you can see on the bottom of the advertisement page where it says "OFFER EXPIRES May **, 2017." I tore up this marketing material and was going to toss it when the cards arrived, but decided to save it in case I may need it and I was right to save it. I am asking for American Express to make it right by me as advertised and credit my account the remaining 25,000 points. I give Revdex.com permission to share this supporting material for consumers to make their own conclusions on my claim.  The same is mailed today to American Express: Certified mail tracking# [redacted] *

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company removed my name from their...

spamming list. But still refused to remove my wife's name and requested her to contact them to do so. We have made American Express aware of this harassment and they have acknowledge so-said harassment in letter form ( see attached). Since I am the spouse of the other party I am in my legal right to represent her in this matter. Again, we are making American Express aware of the harassment by their company and request  "cease and desist " from any future spam mailings to the addressed parties on original Revdex.com complaint. We will take further action this harassment is not stopped.
