The lounge was at LGA (LaGuardia Airport) in
New York City.It's disappointing the letter simply says I'm sorryA card that has the one of the highest annual fee on the market ($550!) and you can't have anything other than a choice of bread, cereal and juice for breakfast at their loungehow is it marketed as a premium card targeted to travelers?Using Priority Pass from *** *** Reserve that I also have is more beneficial so unless American Express is doing something about it, this card will be closedThe partnership with *** was just another bad thing Amex did

The business needs to remove my name and anyone else associated, from TMF and MATCH LIST which prevents me from obtaining any type of credit card processing even of I don’t accept American Express.

had several factual inaccuracies but AMEX granted my requested remediation. I cannot recommend engaging in future transactions with AMEX until they fix theircustomer service model.

My response is, you are incompetent, and out of touch with your own executives I have been in extensive discussion with *** ***'s (YOUR own CEO) executive escalation team They have acknowledged that your handling of this issue has been both inappropriate from a customer service perspective, and technically WRONG They have provided me an official statement that YOU have repeatedly provided WRONG information to me, and that they will be taking up our mutual concerns (mine and theirs) with your management team Frankly, you have embarrassed yourself from the start I will be forwarding your most recent unresponsive 'too bad, now get lost' comment above to MrC***'s office for their ongoing review of your astounding ineptitude You deserve a prize.

call them directI did not get any confirmation from the company regarding my complaint and they requested it again (through Enterprise rent a car) which the charge was that I disputedThey were very happy to help me, *** * *** is my contact.

and not ALL of the balance transfers were done , when I call customer service for American Express , they tell me it is still pending , really ? Lies

credit the account because the merchant refused to issue credit to themThis is not an acceptable answer as the charge was disputed straight away and was still in the process of being disputedIt is entirely unclear as to why American Express paid the merchantThe American Express website clearly states that,"*** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** ***
*** *** *** * *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** ***Since my claim was made within days, clearly within the + day limits, the merchant was unfairly credited and American Express did not provide sufficient time for me to supply paper work to support my disputeIt was not until the second time I disputed the charge that American Express even asked for any supporting information such as contracts or vet reportsAs previously stated, American Express clearly outlines that I have a day period from time of purchase and did not provide sufficient time for me to provide supporting documentation before unjustly crediting the merchant
