I just paid off my card in full I would
appreciate the business working with me to at least refund part of the interest I was charged It was an honest oversight on my part to not see the fine print in the letter to have to call in to activate the offer I was expecting 0% interest, but instead got hit with over $of interest over just a few short months It would be a goodwill gesture on their part to help me out, as I know other card issues would gladly do under similar circumstances

They are being
dishonest and keep lying about the fact that American Express cheated on the customer and fooled me to apply for Hilton HHonors CardsAfter paying $membership fee and spending more than $5000, I was told that I was cheated with the fine print and hidden term ( previous card owner)Therefore, even though I have met all the terms and conditions, they will not give me the 100,welcome bonus pointThis is an absolute dishonest and unethical business practiceIn fact, their own associates I spoke before acknowledged that I should get the welcome bonus points,The customer deserve better and American Express can do betterI reserve the right to file a legal claim against them

They refuse to admit their complete lack of customer service or reason for the reviewThe only thing they admitted to is the incompetence of their system when of their so called customer service specialist gave me incorrect informationThey got all they asked for in the letter and more nearly days before they responded to the complaint initially if they had shown the professionalism to have checked. Here is the deal, I am tired of them and this, if my cards are not re-instated within the next days I am going to escalate my complaint to the Attorney General of both New York and Kentucky, the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Kentucky Department of Financial affairs.

communication The letter from AMEX on 10/**/resulted in my opening an issue with the Revdex.com to assist with mediating Being charged for a service not provided, and Amex not voiding the transition, lacks integrity, encourages poor ethical business practices and is horrible consumer protection The company in question was given no less than weeks notice of issue, and asked for alternative to resolve to no avail At this time, AMEX purchase protection has not provide adequate coverage Numerous attempts to resolve with company included, offering a different mode of transportation (smaller), and/or alternate date No attempt was made by company and thus disputed with AMEX for protection

there was no new information requested from meAs a matter of fact, the letter that was sent only stated the case was re opened which was because I called and had them to re open it because it was closed and it should not have beenAs of today I have received my adjustment back on my account so the fact that you have chosen to respond this way further shows me that no one has taken the time to communicate regarding my account and again this is another general response.

They still are not addressing the issue or
explaining why they approved me for a card after making me go through their underwriting department They approved me for the card after a week of waiting and suspend my account before I even made one purchase on the account They wanted me to give them access to my tax information They never explained why they approved me for a card then requested the information after the fact If this information was needed why approve me for the card and then ask for it Why not ask for it before approving the application so they dinged and hit my credit for nothing!!

mailed a response to my address It has been days since receiving this notice, and I have not received any recent correspondence in the mail from American Express The only notice I received was 3-weeks ago to inform me that American Express was investigating my disputed charge This did not address any of the issues that I raised in the letter provided to the Revdex.com.
