I ordered from choxi March **, 2016 and two months later still waiting on shipping notification. Customer service is a joke. They send an automated message every time you inquire. This will be my last interaction with Choxi. Sticking with group on from here on out.

After purchasing a sweater I received a confirmation email with my old address on it even though I changed the shipping address. I even received a magazine subscription with my correct address with the purchase. I called customer service and received a response from their agent, Helgia telling me that I would have to wait until the product shipped and contact the shipper to change the delivery address. After contacting the shipper, I was told by them that the company would have to go into fed ex smart post and change the address which Choxi's rep refused to do. I went back and forth with them, they even told me that if someone at our old address got the package I was going to be out the purchase. This is unacceptable! They claim that customer service is their number one priority, what a joke! No wonder the Revdex.com in NY has had to go after them several times for their unethical business practises. No wonder they had to change their name. I will be communicating via social media to boycott this company!

Choxi has been SPAMing me for months. Repeated unsubscribes and emails to their customer service team result in nothing. I get bogus reassurances that my case is being "escalated" and the problem will be resolved. All of this is obviously a total lie. I tried posting the horrible experience to their [redacted] page and they banned me. I have taken to [redacted] and [redacted] to leave negative feedback on every post and item I can find. At this point it is the only thing I can think of to get them to stop SPAMing me.

This business is a sham - they used to be called No More Rack and changed their name. When this happened they apparently migrated all the email addresses in their previous database - even the ones that were unsubscribed from their spam list, and now they refuse to stop emailing. I get at least one a week and I have used the unsubscribe link in the email, which is a broken link most of the time, and when it does go to an actual page, it'll say "you have been unsubscribed" but I am still getting emails. I have also emailed customer service directly about 5 or 6 times, a few of the times the email bounced back as undeliverable, but I have also gotten in touch with actual people who have assured me (via auto-reply form email) that I have been unsubscribed from all communication and that the "best way to unsubscribe is to click the link in the email" and to "allow 72 hours for removal" - based on my experience they are entirely in the business of creating and distributing spam emails that you will get for the rest of your life.

Review: I ordered the Bond 50 Blu-Ray collection from www.nomorerack.com on Jan [redacted], 2014. On Jan [redacted], I received an email stating that the order had shipped, along with a tracking number. On Jan [redacted], I received another email stating that the order was cancelled:

"Dear Valued Customer, It has come to our attention that unfortunately, a recent order you placed "Bond 50 Complete 23-Film Collection on Blu-ray with Bonus Disc" is unable to be fulfilled. We take pride in only selecting the best suppliers and manufacturers to deliver high quality products. Unfortunately, the supplier responsible for this particular deal fell short of that expectation. We sincerely apologize for this, and can assure you that we are doing our best to prevent this from happening again."

This appears to not be the first time this has happened with them, as there are thousands of other Revdex.com complaints of a similar nature, as well as numerous postings on various forums.Desired Settlement: Nomorerack has already stated that they will be issuing a refund, but there's really no excuse for issuing a shipping confirmation with tracking info if the order hadn't actually shipped. The only acceptable outcomes are to either provide the merchandise as advertised or to issue a full refund and remove my account and all of my customer information, as that has a real value to the company that is greater than the additional $10 credit that was offered.

Review: I placed an order on December [redacted]. I finally got a shipping notification on December [redacted]. It said the ETA was 12/**. When the package didn't arrive, I checked tracking info, USPS showed that they had not even received the package from Nomorerack. I emailed the customer service and got a response that did not answer any of my questions or address any of my issues. They guarantee that if the order is placed before 12/**, it would arrive before Christmas, and I placed it well before the 9th. Tomorrow is the last shipping day before Christmas, and the package supposedly hasn't left NY yet. I sent 6 different emails asking how this will be resolved and how they will fulfill their promises, and none have been responded to since the original response of "orders leave our warehouse in 3-5 days and a re guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, your case is now resolved". I tried to teach out on Facebook, and they ended up blocking me. I want to know how they plan to guarantee my package arrives by Christmas. Also, why would it take over 3 weeks to receive when they say it leaves their warehouse in 3-5 days and is shipped first class.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of all items, I would like them to stand with their guarantees, and respond to me and let me know how they will resolve this issue. I WILL NOT ACCEPT account credit, as I will never shop from the company again.

Review: I placed two orders on the nomorerack.com website on November **, 2013. I have received one of the orders, but not the other one. I have contacted nomorerack.com several times trying to find out what the hold up is on the 2nd order, to no avail. I have gotten several scripted responses, but no answers to my questions. At this time they have blocked me from sending any more emails to their customer service email account. You cannot get in touch with a human when you call their phone number, it directs you to send an email to their customer service email account, then hangs up on you.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a full refund now. Review: Different agents of the company are telling me that my refund amounts are different. They were apparently not aware that I was charged [redacted] State sales tax on an item and I live in [redacted]. That does not make sense. Some of their agents were telling me I would receive a refund of $37.00(the amount I should have been charged), while other agents have told me the refund will be in the full amount of the purchase price, which was $39.96. Review: So I ordered around $500 of items for christmas from this company. Their page GUARANTEES shipping by Christmas. my items shipped somewhere in Utah and I live in Florida. I spent 4 days sending e-mails and trying to call. Their customer service line was just a recording saying please e-mail us because of the overwhelming call volumes and hangs up. In four days not 1 return e-mail about this issue. I finally called today and sat on hold for 1 hour and 34 minutes. When I did finally talk to a representative they stated I will escalate the problem to our vendor. I said that wasent good enough it is 5 days till christmas, your company has already taken my moneyout of my account and I havent received my items, nor have they been re-shipped to me. Talked to a manager and he gave me the same answer. I asked them to please call the vendor to see what was going on and he said they have no contact information for the vendor. So I asked to speak with his superviser to try to get my shipment straightened out. He stated that his superviser does not take customer phone calls and he sent emails to the vendors and thats all they could do. I said you gave me a guarantee for the items to be here, he said well we are trying. A guarantee is a guarantee and now christmas is ruined for my 5 children because of this. I dont have 500 just sitting around to repurchase the items elsewhere. He said well if they dont come we can issue you a refund at the new year. Review: I placed an order with Choxi.com in the amount of $483.00 my order was processed and the money was taken out of my credit card account. My order #[redacted]. I order a quantity of 5 barstool chairs charging it my mastercard credit card. The next day, I went to check on the status of my order and I got a message saying that I was not allowed to log in and that the account was deactivated. The company disabled "deactivated" my online account so I was not able to see the status of my order. I called the company and spoke with a few representatives who confirmed that my online account was disabled/deactivated but they would not tell me why. They also said that my order was not going to be fulfilled since my account was disabled. I also asked why my money was not returned back to my credit card if they are disabling my account right away and not sending me out my order. They disabled my account immediately but still took out my money for my order they are not even shipping out to me in first place. I called the company numerous times asking them why they disabled my account and they would not tell me why and they also would not tell me anything in regards to getting my money refunded back to me. I wanted a confirmation of some sort just to know that they were going to credit me back the $483. The representatives told me that I couldn't speak to anyone when I asked to speak to a supervisor but that I had to email them and that was the only way I would be able to get information on getting my refund showing a credit back to my master card in the amount of $483. One representative told me that I already received it which I didn't since I charge the order to my credit card and my credit card shows no credit going back to that card. The bank confirmed with me no credit has been issued back as well. Another representative told me that they had no information to give to me which then made realize that their is something that is going on with this online retail company and that is why they disabled my account without even giving me a credit back to my credit card. Nobody would provide with any information showing that their would be a credit back or a refund back to my master card. They keep your money but they disable your account not shipping your order to you. Review: I placed an order on Novemeber **, 2013 in an order to avoid the holiday rush. The order never arrived.

I e-mailed the company over 16 times to try to resolve my issue and all I received back were automated canned e-mail responses that stated they resolved my issue, when in fact they did not.

I have tried to call 4 times and received a recording 2 of them said that due to high volume of orders they were not able to take any calls, which I did not understand. The website says customer service is there 24/7 but when I called two other times, the recording said they were only open Monday through Friday 9-5 EST.

I tried to connect through social media ([redacted]) I was soon blocked from posting on their wall, where they stated it is only for promotional advertising, but there were over 30 posts of peoples comments if they were happy with the company, they delete all negative comments.

The website clearly states "Rest assured, all orders placed by December [redacted] and those marked as guaranteed delivery for Christmas on the deal page will be delivered no later than Christmas Eve". I checked my tracking information daily to see the same result "processing" They have stated that they have escalated the issue and if I would be patient, they will let me know

The company has taken my money and for whatever reason has refused to ship my product.Desired Settlement: Full refund to include a 10 times the purchase price inclusion. Totaling $170.00
