Review: I order a black & white diamond ring and when I received it, I was unsatisfied with the product and e-mail them within 24 as directed on the pack slip

I'm unsatisfied with my order. I purchase 1/2 Carat Total Weight Genuine Black & White Diamond Braided Ring size 9 with Brass/Base Metal, stone Black Diamond. When you look at the ring it looks dull and some of the black diamonds are missing. There is a black or gray color diamond with the white diamond. This ring is not what I expected to look like, I can't give this ring as a gift, it really looks bad, I'm very disappointed of this selection. You can just look at it and tell right off there something wrong with this ring. What is the procedure of returning or getting another item? I don't want the same ring back.

They never got back with me so I send another e-mail on the January *, 2014. They are giving me the run around,they are not telling nothing about the matter all I want is my money back and with return the product back to them. I follow the direction that states

I sent an e-mail on December **, 2013, when I received the ring; stated how unsatisfied I was. Below this message is the original e-mail I sent on ** of December. It stated on the packing slip "Please inspect your items within 24 hours of receiving them. Then I sent another e-mail on January *, 2014 didn't hear anything from you all and now it is January *, 2014. I called the toll-free number listed on the packing slip and it stated on the phone someone will get back with you 24 to 48 hours I haven't hear from no one and I sent two e-mails. I want a refund for this ring I purchases and NEVER receive reply. I will NEVER buy anything from No More Rack. I'm going to report No More Rack to the Revdex.com because this makes no sense people have to go through this. You can't even talk to customer service you just hear a recording. Please let me know the procedure on sending this ring back and getting my $60.00 refund back. I keep every e-mails I send you all.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund of $60.00 what I paid for the ring and I will return the unsatisfied product back to them.

I am truly sorry I had to file this complaint, I don’t like to hurt businesses, but it became my last resort after I filed with PayPal and for over 6 weeks of trying they failed to get the company to refund my money for the items missing. Here is what happened: - In march I placed a large order with Nomorerack, the shipping method was very messy, the items I received were shipped in many small separate packages some of them in small boxes and most of them in plastic bags, which I didn’t mind as long as I receive the items and they’re not damaged. Well, after going through the items I received I found that five of the items I ordered and paid for didn’t arrive, I e-mailed Nomorerack customer service and informed them of the missing items so they advised me to contact the local post office and check with them because the tracking numbers show that they were delivered to my address. When checking with the postal office I was told that the tracking numbers don’t show on their system and I should go back to the seller who needs to check on their end, I e-mailed Nomorerack customer service again and their reply was that I should file a police report because according to them the items were stolen!! This company is refusing to give me a refund for the missing items claiming that the items were delivered to my home and I should search for them ask my neighbors or file a police report! Nomorerack needs to honor their guaranty to customers in shipping and delivering orders instead of giving them the run around, because that will only mess up their reputation as a company and they will lose good customers, I placed three orders with them totaling close to $2,000 and they refused to replace the five items missing nor refund me the money totaling $333. And when I told them it’s their responsibility to ensure the items are delivered not to give me the run around and lie to me they said I should file a police report and if it happens again they have to close my account with them for my best interest and security. Since then I stopped ordering from their site. I am extremely disappointed in this company and sad that I had to file this complaint, I have all the correspondences between Nomorerack and myself if you need them I will gladly provide them to you. The following are the items I didn’t receive:-

1- Beats by Dr. Dre Lady Gaga ($59 - CNCG)

2- Beats by Dr Dre Monster Power Beats ($57 - Wholesaler212 inc)

3- Lucien Piccard watch light blue ($69 - Swiss Watch International (SWI))

5- Invicta women’s watch - ($79 - Swiss Watch International (SWI))

Again, I wish this didn’t become my last resort, Nomorerack needs to refund my money for the items missing or replace them (either or). It is not my intention to hurt Nomorerack reputation but they have to honor their customer satisfaction guarantee and ensure proper shipping method and delivery method to their customers. Review: It is not just a poor quality product I am filing about. On 12/*, I purchased an iRola 7"tablet. My credit card was billed on 12/*. I received my product on 12/**, 20 days later. After 3 e-mails, I repeatedly received nearly identical responses. The only change was the customer service representatives first names.

The tablet arrives in seemingly perfect condition, though the charger and earbuds appeared of poor quality. I was able to enjoy the tablet for less than four days before the charger malfunctioned, became stuck in the unit and, basically, "fried" the tablet. It felt dangerously hot and smelled burned.

I called the company that shipped the unit and am waiting for a response. Nomorerack.com, however, has dropped the ball, and, it seems, has dropped it many times, according to other complaints. That is my complaint. Thank you for your valuable time!Desired Settlement: It would be nice (though unlikely), if Nomorerack.com would refund my purchase price plus 50%. That would almost give me the amount to purchase a similar tablet from a reliable business. If absolutely nothing else, an identical replacement would suffice.

Review: I Placed an order with Nomorerack in January. I ordered three items totaling $115.00. I kept one item and returned 2 items. The items returned were 6 lace bras $72.00 also 2 pks of ankle socks $14.00. both items were returned together in same box. I received credit for the bras only, $72.00. They kept socks and refused to credit me the $14.00. My total refund due is $86.00. Several times I have gone to the web sight to use the $72.00 credit. They refuse to honor credit. Several times I have tried to use a credit. Does not work, I contacted Noremorerack many times. They refuse to give credit or refund my $86.00. Review: I purchased a tablet from the nomorerack site in june as a birthday present. When I received the tablet and powered it on for the first time it had a final fantasy background on it that would not go away, this leads me to believe that it is refurbished not new. About two months later I was informed that the tablet was not working correctly and contacted nomorerack about the problem, the tablet was immediately shutting off after it was disconnected from the charger. When I contacted the site they told me that they did not have any information on the manufacturer and to check the tablet to see if there was anything on it that I would be able to contact the manufacturer myself because there was nothing that they could do to help me regardless of the one year warranty advertised with the tablet on the site. Then the tablet quit working completely. I was unable to find the manufacturers information and then tried contacting the nomorerack site again. I decided to call instead of using the internet chat option. Every time I asked a question the representative would ask me to hold and say she had to ask a supervisor, because of this I just asked to talk to the supervisor and was the put on hold for over 45 minutes and then hung up on. I then complained to the site through the internet chat option and was told that they would find the manufacturer and contact them on my behalf and that I would be contacted via email with the manufacturers response. The response from the manufacturer was to charge the tablet. I wrote back to the site informing them that we had attempted to charge the tablet on various chargers for extended periods of time and that it was still not working or powering on at all. The site then wrote back stating we should send the tablet back to the manufacturer, in china, and that we were responsible for shipping and maintenance fees regardless of the one year warranty because we had the tablet for more than five months. When I disputed this to the nomorerack site they informed me that I was reading the response incorrectly and that I was only responsible for the shipping costs. Also the manufacturer wrote that we should attempt to get the tablet fixed ourselves elsewhere to avoid fees from them should we return it to them for repairs. They also stated that should we return it to them without every piece that was with it originally that they would not be able to return it to us and that we would be out the money for the tablet. Every time I contacted the site about the charges they told me something different. I dont trust the site to fix the tablet and return it to me. The tablet was never dropped or gotten wet it does not have a mark on it, it is a manufacturer defect and they are not honoring the warranty that was advertised with the product.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to have my money refunded to me so that I can go elsewhere and purchase a new tablet that will honor its warranties, this was a git.

Review: The company advertises 24/7 customer service but in all actuality they are far from that. I placed an order on December **, 2013, I immediately noticed that the shipping address was not correct. On that same date I tried tirelessly to contact the customer service department. At first I called the number listed there I got a message station that they were only accepting email contacts. Well, I followed their instructions and emailed customer service. After three days I get a response via email, the response was useless. I tried to cancel the order which they did not honor. On December **, 2013, I received a bogus shipment notice. Review: My husband purchased a Cuisinart Kuerig coffee maker from this retailer on November [redacted] for $96, it was a Xmas gift for me. I unpacked it and followed the instructions to make a cup of coffee, and the machine does not work, not even a little. I noticed a Cuisinart warranty card in the box, so I waited until the were open the next day and was told by the Cuisinart customer service person that they DO NOT support anything purchased from nomorerack.com because they are knowingly selling DEFECTIVE items. Review: I made a purchase on dec. *, 2013 for 6 items. I received 4 but2 items (both sheet sets were issued tracking numbers through FedEx but never arrived)I have yet received. The company nomorerack.com had a large red statement reading orders placed before dec [redacted] have a guarantee deliver by Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve came and I had not yet received my order so I contacted customer service via email. After waiting 2 days and no response I googled their phone number. I talked to a gentlemen that apologized and informed me that he was going to refund my money and that my sheets would still be delivered in 5-10 business days. I placed this call on dec. [redacted]. A few days later a received a response from the email to customer service. It basically said here is a refund if you get your item great but If not oh well. I decided to wait the ten days to see if my package would arrive and it did not. I called them back today and spoke to a woman that said since they refunded me there wasn't anymore they could do. What exactly is their definition of a guarantee? I asked to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with [redacted] who told me that the vendor was out of stock that's why I didn't receive my items. I asked why I wasn't contacted earlier since I ordered them on dec. * and would have had plenty of time to get sheets from somewhere else instead of having nothing to give as a gift. I opened it and it was basically a forward letter that said again they were sorry for any inconvenience but there was nothing more they could do since I had been refunded. I replied with

Review: I returned two dog collars for refund after following their return authorization requests and have not received a refund to the method of payment. I have contacted their customer service department numerous times and they keep asking for the same information over and over without issuing a credit. Review: I ordered multiple items from the nomorerack.com website on Dec. *, 2013 as Christmas gifts adding up to $223.00. I received 3 of the items in separate deliveries, but there were 2 Android tablets for $59.00 each that I didn't receive. A purse that I paid $14.00 for was delivered to someone in Denver CO and I live in Maumee, OH. The items I did not receive add up to $132.00. I called the post office about the 2 tablets with the tracking number (which was the same for all 3) and was told that they cannot use the same tracking number for 3 packages, each has to have it's own. They told me that the tablets would have been sent back to the company. I have e-mailed the company twice and have also sent a message on their customer service page twice, with no response. When I call their [redacted] number, I get a recording saying that since it is a busy time of year, they will only do e-mail messages. It only took them one day to get the money from my bank, and now I am going to have to wait for a refund. I am extremely frustrated and just want to get a refund so I can go buy Christmas gifts to replace those lost. My sister also ordered merchandise from this company and hers also went to some other city. I will not recommend this site to anyone any longer. Review: September **, 2013 Purchased $72 woth of product on nomorerack.com = 6 watches @ $12 each plus $12 shipping.

One of the watches was defective - never worked.

I emailed nomorerack.com seeking replacement on defective merchandise on November [redacted] and **.

I telephoned (###-###-####) nomorerack on 11.**.13 "[redacted]" customer service woker and then "[redacted]", who claimed to be the "highest level of authority, manager, no one higher to speak to" and resued the name of his supervisor.

When Itold "[redacted]" I was contacting the Revdex.com and my credit card company to dispute payment, he said, "go ahead you will lose".

All responses to my email sand phone call were: were "not with 7 or 14 days of purchase we will no help you, even though the product we sent was defective when sent".

I offered to mail defective product back at my expense, simply requesting a replacement "No, sorry," they continued to say - regardless of what I communicated.

Their website and television commercials clearly state:

"...We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience..."

Absolute refusal of responsibility of sending a DEFECTIVE product that I paid for.

I have also contacted my credit card company to dispute payment.

I have emailed nomorerack.com , three times asking for a return authorization and all three times I was told to call the manufacturer of the tablet to trouble shoot . There's nothing to troubleshoot the device doesn't work . Also no where in their return policy does it say you have to call the manufacturer of the product you want to return if you want a refund ! Review: I bought Dawg boots for my daughter for Christmas, Less than 2 weeks after Christmas the sole fell off one of the boots. In correspondence with this company I was told they had a 14 day return policy. That expired before Christmas. This was not represented to us when we bought. I have been in touch with this company and all they qyote me is somewhere on there web page it says they have a 14 day return policy. Review: I purchased a new set of hardside luggage from www.[redacted].com on 10-**-13. It was delivered and unpacked without any defects noted on 10-**-13. My first use of the luggage was a trip on 11-*-13, 14 days after receipt. As I arrived at the airport to head to check in, a wheel unit fell off one piece of luggage. I had to catch my flight so I saved the wheel in anticipation of returning the luggage for refund or repair after returning from my 10 day stay in Utah. I located the receipt and luggage packing slip and contacted customer service at [redacted] this week. They informed me that I only had 14 days to report a defect or damaged product for return, and they would issue no refund on return, nor replace the damaged suitcase. After getting nowhere with the CSM who spoke little English, I asked to speak to a manager. A customer service manager who spoke less than clear English informed me she would do nothing to assist, even though the product sent to me was apparently defective on arrival. I explained that people don't plan on ordering luggage, having it delivered and departing on a trip the same day in order to meet their 14 day deadline. That is was unacceptable to provide no help in the repair or replacement of an item they delivered which ended up being defective in its first use. She again said there was nothing she could do. Her name was [redacted] (would not share full name). The conversation took place on 11-**-13 at approximately 11:20-11:30 a.m. central time. I will post a complaint on facebook, which is where I was informed of the sale through the website for [redacted]. I don't want any other consumers to be taken advantage of by this unfair consumer practice. The luggage set is called: Winchester Collection, Pacific Coast Signature,super lightweight, hard side, 3 piece set. 21", 25", and 29" all of which are expandable. The manufacturer is [redacted]. I took the two larger suitcases with me on the trip. Review: I made two orders from nomorerack.com, I tried contcting them by phone when my order had not arrived. The phone number they provide does not allow calls to go trough. I tried their live chat, it also doesn't work. I have emiled them a number of times trying to get the first order issue resolved. After back and forth emails, they will only issue me a $45.00 credit to se with them. The cost of the order was $75.00. I asked them to replace the items since they were insured. Review: This company ships out defective items and their policies about refunds are not handled in a timely manner. I feel that if a consumer received a defective product, then a refund or an exchange should happen immediately. This has happened to me twice. The first time, I returned the product, and waited for 3 weeks for a refund. I had to contact them concerning my refund for anything to be done about it. Then, they processed a refund to my NoMoreRack account, not my credit card. This has happened again. I used my credit with the company to purchase a set of speakers for my son for his birthday. They were water speakers, and when he opened his gift, the water/oil solution inside the speakers had leaked out inside the package. I asked for them to reship the item and that is against their policy. Their policy is I have to return the item, once the item is received, then it takes 1-2 weeks for them to verify with their vendor that the item was received, then they take their sweet time issuing a credit to my account. Then at that point, I can reorder the speakers and wait another 2-3 weeks for them to be shipped. So this whole process could take up to 6 weeks to get my son his birthday present. It is totally unacceptable. This company doesn't ship out the items which are pictured on their website, their phone lines always say to go to the website for customer service, there is no way to speak to a supervisor on the phone, and they hide behind all this saying it is their policy.Desired Settlement: I want my refund processed to my credit card, not a credit on my NoMoreRack account, as I will be taking my business elsewhere. I want this done immediately so I can replace my 10 year old son's birthday gift as soon as possible. I am on a tight budget and don't have the money to go buy him a new present while I wait on NoMoreRack for 3-4 weeks to process a refund. I would have been happy if they could have immediately shipped a replacement, but again, I was told that their policy is I have to return the damaged item, wait the week for the item to get back, then wait 1-2 weeks for them to verify product was returned, then wait however long it takes them to process the refund, and then I can reorder the speakers, and wait 2-3 weeks for them to ship. This is an unacceptable time frame.

As I have stated to many customer service representatives, I wanted a refund for the original $29. I paid you $29 + $2 shipping for a pair of boots that were the wrong size. You refused to give me credit at that time, instead gave me store credit which I ordered the speakers with. The speakers were damaged upon arrival, I returned them and requested my debit card be credited. You refused and once again gave me store credit. Which I was forced to spend my money with your company against my wishes. Poor customer service and poor company policies. I have wasted hours of MY time dealing with your company on many different occasions. This company is fraudulent and hides behind "company policies". Ridiculous.

Review: I placed an order with the company on at the beginning of December and only received half of my order. I have contacted customer service several times and do not receive any information. Just to wait. My order was guaranteed via email to be received before Christmas and I am still waiting. I have asked for a refund and have gotten no replies what so ever.
