Review: I purchased a 7" Irola DX 752 tablet. It came to me and at first was working ok, then the next day it kept saying "connect to charger". We would place it on the charger but it was still not recognizing that it was connected. I then realized the inside was broken where the charger connects. This product is counterfeit.Desired Settlement: I do want a refund for the defective item. Also, for others to be aware of what this company does!

Worst place I have ever done business with now invoice says "nomorerack but people I'm getting emails are from "Choxi.com". Received 3 pr of gauze pants, 1 wrong color, all hideous material, just all around terrible pants for $29. each. Emailed for a return authorization and didn't received one in a week. I sent the pants back to the return address that they came from. Make a long story short they played hot potatoe with the package for about a week after it was delivered. They told the post office a week after it was delivered that address was vacant and they had no way to access it. How in the [redacted] did you send it back then if you had no access to it? As long as I didn't call about the package they were going to keep it but the minute I called it was a vacant address and the business had moved. Thinking about using them as a prop for a huge garage sale with the story. Probably could reach about 500 people and save them the trouble of doing business with this company. Problem being cost me $87 to do that.

Review: I purchased two tablets via online and paid for $118.00 on November **, 2013. I have not received it since then. Nomorerack said it was delivered to my home through Post Office. I got the Pick-Up Delivery note from Post Office stating that I had to go to the station and pick it up. It ended up going to a berserk. Post Office said they did leave the package on my door. I was not there. I was at work.

I even emailed the Customer Service with a proof of note that I received it from Post Office. I have not heard a word from them since.Desired Settlement: Just send me a full refund of $118 via Paypal asap. If not, I will go further worse than they would underestimate me. I am very very very very ANGRY. Don't mess with me. I sacrificed my time to go to the Post Office for nothing. I do not understand the part that they left the package in my door and then left me the Pick-Up Delivery Note. I did check the next door. There was none of the package that they saw it outside.

Nomorerack or Post Office should know it better that they NEVER LEAVE IT OUTSIDE! I do not want to waste $118. I have seen alot of complaints against this company through [redacted] search.

I purchased 2 iReola tablets. It was a hassle getting it because it took over 2 weeks before I got the confirmation but the money was taken out of my account immediately. It was purchased as a gift and appeared new as it was sealed in plastic. However when it was opened it had scratches on the bottom front. One scratch appeares to have been painted to hide. When I attempted to turn it on, 'locked'appeared on the screen. Nomorerack states that items are 100% authentic always new products. I contacted them to replace it and was told the it was past the 7-14 day grace period.Desired Settlement: replacement or refund.

Review: bought a irola tablet for Christmas. (2013). My granddaughter used it 1 day. Then it no longer worked. Tried to call NMR....said because of the high call volume no one could answer and to leave an email and someone would get back to me in 24-48 hrs. Never happened. Called again. same thing. Leave an email. Tried to leave another email...This time NMR came up on the screen, That I no longer have an account with them and my email would not be able to go through. Then I started reviewing this company online. Seems I am not alone.. But I got another number to call and I did get a representative. He gave me another number to call. I call, and either get a busy signal, or get a recorded message that "this number no longer exists" or just today I got through, on hold for an hour, then they disconnected me. Called back, after 2 hrs on hold. I couldn't take it any longer. How am I to get any satisfaction, if I can't even talk to someoneDesired Settlement: I just want my money back so I can get another tablet from somewhere reputable, and make my disappointed granddaughter happy.

After being told by at least 3 different people my information was no longer in their system, I still receive emails weekly stating... I have items in my cart that will expire soon!!! Review: On October **, 2013, I placed order # [redacted] with [redacted] for 1 Invicta Watch Mens Pro-Diver Stainless Steel as a Christmas present for my son. Soon after Christmas, the watch just broke after a couple times wearing it. I immediately filed a claim with [redacted] and was informed that that their return policy allows for 7 days from the receipt of merchandise to report a damaged item, for a refund and since I reportted past the 7 days, there is nothing they can do since I am past the 14 day grace period."I am dumbfounded by this response and find it unacceptable. Number one, we bought the watch for our son as a Christmas present even though I bought it in October. My son was able to wear it only a couple of times when it just broke beyond repair. I filed a claim / complaint as soon as it happened on 01/**/2014. In addition, this is supposed to be a brand new watch and should not break after a few days of use irrelevant of their return policy. If I had bought a second hand or used watch, I would be willing to consider their policy of 7 days warranty but I did not buy a 2nd hand or used watch. The manufacturer should take responsibility for a defective product or [redacted] for selling it but I should not be the one left holding the bag with a damaged product. After several emails to customer service center and [redacted] ([redacted]) with no response, it is quite evident they do not care about consumer satisfaction. Review: I found this site with all positive feedback and ordered some items (2 tablets and a coffee maker) After reviewing some bad reviews I contacted NMR and asked to cancel order. They said no I was too late (about 4hrs) and said it was already processing. 9 days later it is still processing and has yet to ship no one will contact me back. Others have left comments about not receiving what they ordered after 2 months. They give no phone number and only have 3 messages they send as a reply for every situation. I ordered these items for Christmas and now have to find money to buy other gifts for my children and hope I can get my money back. They took my money out of account 25 sec. after order also said free shipping but charged 2$ for each order (6$) total.Desired Settlement: I want my money back in full and some how get these crooks to stop scamming people

1st off this is my second complaint, I received an email with NMR response but when asked about taking the next step I was getting a message error.. I ordered from NMR on Dec.[redacted] after waiting with no response or a phone that was excepting calls I tried to cancel order due to the number of complaints about this company, however it is hard when there is no phone excepting calls and it takes 24-48 hours for an email back. But yet you need to cancel order by 9am the following morning?? So after emailing I did receive 1 out of 3 items I ordered and turns out it was used and broke. I did send and email and asked for a return label and sent it to the post off for them to take their broken junk back.. Still waiting on the other 2 items that seem to say I ordered them on the 16 but that is a lie and I took pictures and copies of everything... the order also states the items have been shipped USPS I get my mail everyday and there is nothing in.. I also have phone recordings of when I first called one of their 1800 numbers and can send anything I need to in order to stop this company from ripping people off.. I also joined a Facebook site with other customers they have scammed and all are having the same issues. I want my money back 240.00 I shipped back what was sent and everything I done on my end.. I know the Revdex.com is aware of this fraud because of all the complaints and a d- rating They also blocked me from FB because I asked where my items were.. Just remember I have a copy of EVERYTHING....

I don't want store credit as it has been several weeks and the products are no good and cheap. I want my money back asap and they need to find out where they shipped my last 2 items as I will not need/ want them also take me off email

I purchased a laptop in mid October, good price, good reviews. Delivered via [redacted], however received wrong product. Immediately contacted Choxi explained did not receive ordered goods and received a prepaid return label that day. Returned to [redacted]. However, it is now late November. Choxi claims their depot has not received the returned product and thus they cannot issue a refund... The prepaid return route did not have tracking, so no proof on my end that the package was ever received. If you return to Choxi, buy the tracking or they will deny receipt of product. Or better yet, don't order from them, they are not reliable and do nothing to guarantee you will receive what you paid for. Avoid this company.

Review: On 12/**/13 I placed an order for an Italian suit order # [redacted]. I have now received at least 17 emails from No More Rack (NMR) in response to my emails requesting a cancellation of my order. I have received generic emails from some service representatives and actual written responses from others. I was told that the supplier of the suit was contacted but has not responsded and may not respond for up to two weeks. When I access the acct. that I have established on NMR to see if there is a tracking # or if my order has shipped I am unable to open the link. I would like for NMR to cancel my order (one email told me that they could not do so) and I would like my credit card refunded the $54.00 that has been charged to my acct. I realize that with the holiday shopping rush that orders may be delayed and that is not my concern. I am however concerned that my order has not been processed and that my charge card has been charged. Again, NMR can keep the suit and I would like to have my credit card refunded. Thank you!

I have ordered many things over the years and have always given them the benefit of the doubt but not anymore! I am done!! I ordered two items and was shipped four. I told the [redacted] that I was refusing the other two so they were sent back. Choxi says they never received one of them and I would still be charged even though it was their error. They said I could open it, put in the RMA, ship it back and they would reimburse me the shipping! Why should I go to all that hassle when it was your error? Never again! I have contacted my credit card company and they took off any charges I did not authorize. What a joke of a company!!

Review: December [redacted] ordered a pair of black diamond/white diamond earrings online with Nomorerack.com. Used a Visa credit card. Same day they charged $99.00 for the earrings on the card. It took until December [redacted] to receive a package in mail (delivery to my job: [redacted]. I opened the package and found a order form to another lady in Orange, California! It contained a pair of 'garnet diamond' earrings and an empty plastic bag marked 'garnet' on it (it appeared that a bracelet should have been in her order, but was not). I called the [redacted]California and left a message on her phone. I have not heard back from her, but I thought they 'might' have mixed up our orders and she may have received mine? I called her on December [redacted], after I got home from work. Today is December [redacted]. I attempted to contact Nomorerack.com through email on December [redacted]regarding the issue. I also sent another email on December [redacted]in the same regard. I also let them know I was contacting Revdex.com about it. I tried to call them and they were not open via phone service except Mon-Fri 9-6pm according to their advertisement online. [redacted] December [redacted]I called and got a "[redacted]" and I explained what I just told you. She, at first, said she would have them send me a stamp to return the wrong item(s) and then they will refund my card. I asked her to attempt to send my earrings as I 'wanted' them. She said she would notify the company they are purchased through and let me know in 24 hours via email. I told her I have not heard back from them in regard to my last two emails about this situation. I also let her know I had called the lady in California and let her know I had her package. I gave [redacted] the Order ID number of mine [redacted] and she found the order info. Then I gave her [redacted] Order number [redacted]. She thanked me and said she would look into it. I told her I had never ordered online from any company that didn't mail out the purchased item(s) within 24 hours after charging my credit card(s). She didn't reply. I told her from December [redacted]to December [redacted]is a long time to wait for an order...no reply. I told her I expected to hear something as my birthday was the [redacted]and now Christmas is tomorrow and she apologized...I asked her for a confirmation number to confirm our conversation as I know that you have to reply with a complaint in seven business days and she said they don't have any number, but she did give me her 'agent # [redacted]'. Could be bogus or not....anyway. That's the story so far....Desired Settlement: Since I am 'open minded' enough to believe Nancy may follow through, I am taking another chance with this company despite the horrible stories I read today online regarding all the problems people have had with them. She couldn't tell me a delivery date but assured me that she would make sure it was 'expedited' to me due to the circumstance and profusely apologized. In one sense, I feel badly for people who work for a company like this...they need the job to pay bills, etc...and having to be polite and upstand and honor their employer must be quite stressful for them. Sad....but I do expect a resolution in 14 days, at best. $99 is a lot of money to lose these days and times to a 'scam' if this be the case. If this cannot be resolved, I expect my refund in full by that deadline. Keep me posted and thank you.

[They did not send me my order until late January; the order I recieved in December was 'not' my order; it was someone in California's order and not the same item. This is resolved, but weeks after the December **notification they gave you. I am now satisfied with the order (it was correct) and they were generous enough to let me 'keep' the incorrect order they sent the first time. I had asked twice to send me a return stamp to send the wrong order back, but they emailed me stating I could keep the incorrect order as a 'gift.' Thank you.]

Review: I already wrote several message to support but they say its company policy and they cant help me further....

nomorerack should notify UPS not to safe drop package when customer is not there... Especially in Christmas time in big building like mine. UPS said they left the package at the door but when we arrive from work it was not there.

We called UPS, They said that situation is not unique but only the shipper can initiate a claim...

This item was for a Christmas gift and I had to go out getting something which was what I tried to avoid by shopping online

They tell me I need to get a police report.... for a 40$ item.... What a waste of time and money. I am buying online because I dont have time to waste going in store, how much more in a police Station... If it were a few hundreds dollar item I would understand... but 40$... This is just a redtape to [redacted] off honest customer.

There are no place in the Terms and condition where they mention that in the case of non reception of the item, you will need to get a police report... Even for low value item like this

Review: I ordered 7 Zeepad tablets, at first I only got 2 tablets and I asked them why and they said that I already got my tablets, when I really didnt get all my ordered. They did some investigation on it and they said that they would be able to send them to me soon, after waiting for a while they sent me a late confirmation order that showed a different tablet that I didnt order.
