Review: I purchased a Zeepad 7.0 tablet back in late October 2013 for $59 plus shipping. It was delivered quickly and we wrapped it for Dec ** as it was a Christmas present to our child. This device was opened on Dec 25th and worked after getting charged 100%. However, the technical issue we experienced was at around 5 minutes (95% battery life) the device would immediately go to 0% and quickly die. So it was only usable as a plugged in device. Calling customer service @ nomorerack.com we realized there were NO refunds only replacements or fixes. But this had to be done with the vendor (in this case Zeepad?) We could not contact that vendor directly, all correspondence was done via nomorerack.com customer service - email both ways. 5-7 business days had to be given. We were given a technical support solution that did not work, again 5-7 more days to correspond through BOTH nomorerack & zeepad vendor. Another technical solution - did NOT work. Then they provided me Zeepad vendor phone # (it was disconnected) and finally a physical address to send the device back for repair AT MY COST for both shipping postage prepaid ($25.00~) for a lousy $59.00 device! We had to hand write a note to explain the issue w/ my phone # & email address. NO correspondence back but a few weeks later a box with NO information arrived. It was a new tablet device. After powering this 2nd device - the battery issue was no longer an issue. We loaded my childs Android accounts & many apps....after a few minutes of sitting idle, this new device would not turn back on. When we plugged it in - it quickly rebooted BUT with everything deleted!! We spent another hour setting the tablet for the exact same thing to happen 2 more times! It goes into sleep mode & when you wake it up - it is completely refreshed to factory format (losing all picture/data/apps, etc) Again, the tablet is USELESS. Spent 1 hour on nomorerack.com customer service, escalated to 3 supervisors. ALL stating this issue can only be dealt with the VENDOR over email. Could be another 2 months before I get another "faulty" device. I asked for a refund MANY times. There was no option for this. A truley disappointing customer service experience:

4 months of excessive time on phone calls, emails, post office trips, postage fees, 2 faulty devices, time spent working on them & in the end asked to do it all over again?? Just want my money back so I can go to a reputable store (walmart) and get much better customer service! Any help much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I purchased 9 scarves for Christmast gifts in November. Each scarf came sealed in plastic and I wrapped them with the plastic intact. one of the persons whom I gave a scarf to told me that the scarf had a large hole in it. I asked if the plastic was ripped or punctured and it was not...the scarf had a woven, defective hole in it. Secondly, the scarves were supposed to be rayon and silk - there is no silk in the scarves.Desired Settlement: Although the scarves were clearly not the quality advertised, they were given to a group of friends for a shared experience. I'd like for my friend to have the same scarf as the rest of us, so my desired outcome is a replacement scarf.

Review: I order some items from Nomorercks on December * 2013. The company guaranteed the delivery of the item before Christmas if you order an item before December *, 2013. I contacted the company via email inquiring about my order and would I receive it before Christmas. The company sent me a confirmtion email that my item was Shipped on DECEMBER ** ( WHICH IS TODAY). THEY sent me another email saying my item was DELIVERED. The email contained a tracking number, when I tracked the item the tracking information said that the item was SHIPPED OUT NOVEMBER ** AND I RECEIVED THE ITEM ON NOVEMBER **.

I ordered the item DECEMBER *.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.

I have attempted to unsuccessfully unsubscribe from Choxi emails at least 10 times. The previous time, I wrote the company informing them that if they did not take me off their advertising email list, I would report them to the Revdex.com. The company emailed me back informing me that I had been removed, but this is not the case as I received another advert email today.

I purchased a comforter set from nomorerack aka choxi, about a month ago. Within 2 weeks it started reading at the seams. Even the decor pillows started ripping, and those aren't even used! I emailed the company to see if I could return it for either an exchange or refund. Their response was not at all helpful. They would only exchange or refund if the product was not used and had its original packaging. The packaging I still have, obviously the product has been used. It hadn't been washed so I knew it wasn't anything that I've caused. Needless to say, I will never purchase from this site again!

Review: Everything I ordered from nomorerack.com is junk! I ordered one set of four earbands. When they emailed me a copy of my order, I noticed it said "four" sets of earbands. I immediately got in touch with them and was told it was too late to change or cancel my order and that it was also non-refundable. I am now stuck with $44.00 worth of useless junk, one earband broke when I tried to use it. I also ordered a watch for a Christmas present, it arrived without a box, instructions, nothing! I have no idea what to do with it.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I am on a limited income, I can't afford to waste my money on useless junk.. This company needs to be shut down.

Review: Ordered several items from the company. The first was a tablet that arrived broken. When I called to discuss it, I was told to return it so I did. When I called to inquire about my refund they didn't know anything about it because they hadn't heard from the vendor. When I asked for the vendor's name and address or phone number they couldn't give it to me and stated that they didn't have it. I explained that I paid them not a vendor. They stated they contacted the vendor and expedited the issue but I never heard from them, I had to call them daily. Review: I purchased a tablet from No More Rack on Nov. [redacted], 2014 which was dysfunctional. The tablet continues to turn on/off and the screen jumps constantly. I have attempted to contact via email (when you call you get no operator just states send email). The first reply stated to call tech support (which was a busy number) and if that didn't work I would be able to get a refund. When that did not work I contacted again. The second stated I was pass the time frame and could not get a refund. At which pointed I responded and said that was unacceptable. The third email stated to contact another number (manufacture) which is "not in service" and there were no other options but "be patient". When I received my order, the headphones were a different (less expensive) brand (iHip). Review: I ordered 2 MID Google Android 4.2 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Dual Camera Tablets from Nomorwrack.com Order number [redacted]. One was purple (the tablet I received) and a green tablet. I placed this order on December *, 2013. I was send an email saying the items were shipped on December **, 2013. With a USPS Tracking ID for only one package that contained only one tablet.(the system will not let me enter the tracking number) The package arrived on Monday December **, 2013. There was only one item in the package, it was only big enough to fit one tablet box. The next day I asked the mail carrier about the other package and showed him what I had and he said that there should be a separate Tracking ID for a second package.

I have tried to contact Nomorerack several times with no contact returned. My first contact was December [redacted]. Ticket #[redacted]. I tried to call the Customer Service phone number but it is just a voicemail telling you to email their customer service. I have followed up with emails the past 3 days. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours. It has now been almost 80 hours.

I ordered these tablets for my 9 year old twins for christmas.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be for nomorerack to send me the Green MID Google Android 4.2 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Dual Camera Tablet I ordered from them. I want it shipped overnight to my home address so that I have it in time to give it to my son on Christmas morning.

Review: I purchased a number of items through Nomorerack and they charged my credit card on December [redacted], 2013 for the entire order. To date, all items have been received; with the exception of two bedding sets for which I was charged and paid for on 12/**/2013. On December **, 2013, I received an e-mail from Nomorerack stating "Your order has shipped" (regarding the bed sets, order #[redacted]) and a Fed Ex tracking #. For 13 days, this tracking number has simply said "Initiated" with an expected ship date listed as 12/*/2013. I called Fed Ex and they have never been in possession of my package and told me that Nomorerack merely informed them of intent to ship and has not arranged pick up of the (bedding) parcel(s). So, my items have NOT shipped. Nomorerack has not been responding to my direct questions regarding this order so I can't even get a refund/cancel these 2 items. I wrote to their customer care email to which I never received a response and then I filled out a customer service inquiry to which I received a very generic, "form letter type" response. To that inquiry I did get a very slow and generic reply that all items promised by Christmas would arrive as such and their company has had unexpected growth and traffic during the holidays... I have read this countless times on their Facebook page to other customer complaints and want them to deal specifically with my order/inquiry and not give a generic "form-letter" reply. The other concerning aspect is; although they charged my credit card on 12/*/2013 for the entire order ($550), including the bedding; their "Your order has shipped!" e-mail states the order date as December ** (the date THEY sent the email, not the actual date my order was placed and credit card charged). When I ordered, their website advertised that all orders received by Dec. * would arrive by Christmas.Desired Settlement: Delivery of my order or a refund for items they cannot deliver/fulfill.

Review: I contacted them over 5 times via email and they send the same repeated email. I called their customer service that directed me to email them and have a nice holiday and hung up with zero human contact. I then went to their facebook and they proceeded to block me from contacting them because I posted how horrible they are in ruining a childs christmas and that I wanted a refund. I then later contacted their twitter and they blocked me again with refusal of help to get a refund for the two tablets missing with the same exact shipping number but being shipped seperately which makes zero sense. if they werent shipped together they shouldnt have the same shipping tracking number plain and simple. Except when I ask them for a refund they tell me the matter has been resolved, they have put in a request for their supplier of the goods to expedite the shipment of such goods but yet still can not give a date as to when shippment will be.
