Review: I ordered from nomorerack.com on 12/**/13. I received an email on 12/** that my package had shipped with a tracking number ([redacted]). The tracking number supplied was from a previous order that I had placed on 12/**/13. I signed in to their site and checked my order and found a different tracking number for my package ([redacted]). I tracked that package and got an email that it was delivered yesterday (12/**). However...it did not come to my house. I went to the Post Office this morning (12/**) to inquire about the whereabouts of my package, only to be told that it was delivered to an address that is not mine (It was addressed and shipped to a [redacted])with the tracking number assigned to me). The post master pulled up a scanned picture of the package with my tracking number on it addressed to this other person at the other address. I have a copy of the package with the tracking number if that needs to be provided. I'm very irritated to say the least since this package was full of christmas presents for my wife, mother and 2 children. I sent this in hope this gets straightened out since their website no longer offers the chat option, phone calls tell you to email and email gets no response. I would appreciate your help in this matter. Review: I ordered two tablets from this website. After a week, I emailed and asked when they would be shipped. I got a prompt response and was told my order was expedited. A few days later, I received an email with tracking info for both tablets (one tracking number, so presumably one package). When the package came, there was ONE tablet. I have emailed customer service four times and messages the [redacted] page with NO response. Review: I ordered a dog collar from www.nomorerack.com on December [redacted]. The item was supposed to be shipped within 5-8 business days according to the website. I had not received tracking information or notification that the item had shipped so I emailed the company. The company failed to reply. I eventually did receive an automated email claiming my item had been shipped with a USPS tracking number. The tracking number is not valid. The USPS website said it does not exist. I tried fedex and UPS to make sure this wasn't a mistake and neither of those had any record either. I contacted the company several times by email and after a week, still no response. I was able to search for a business phone number and when I called I just got a recording saying they would only answer emails and it hangs up. I feel like this website is most likely a scam. My card has been charged for the purchase in the amount of $10.00 prior to the item supposedly being shipped. Most companies do not do that.Desired Settlement: I would like my card refunded at this point. I feel as though the company failed to provide me with the item I requested in the amount of time promised. If I do eventually receive the item I will be happy to send it back. Review: I ordered Pacific Coast signature/Weschester Collection P3100-3 luggage in October for a Christmas gift for my husband. I gave it to him prior to Christmas and upon picking up the middle piece of luggage, the handle fell off. I contacted them many times and they say that they have only a 12 day warranty and the warranty is up. This isn't something that is used every day and when we received it, the handle fell off. We never were able to use it. We don't want another piece we just want them to have it fixed at their expense as the luggage was defective.Desired Settlement: We just want them to repair the defective piece of luggage, and it is under a limited warranty but nomorerack refuses to do so and [redacted] doesn't seem to respond back.

Review: I ordered the Bowflex dumbells for $169 from nomrerack.com. My card was charged $169. 9 days later I see that the item was cancelled and I had received no notice. I contacted nomrerack.com and they said they sold ou tof them. I asked then how was I able to put a purchase in for one.

I think nomrerack is trying to drive traffic to their site by offering these deals and not fulfilling them and cancelling them a week and a half after you order. Bait and switchDesired Settlement: I want the dumbells.

Review: I placed 2 seperate orders for : MID Google Android 4.2 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Dual-Camera Tablet PC & Accessories using email address [redacted] One for 59.99 and the other for 39.99. Review: I tried to cancel an order with nomorerack .com about an hour after I placed the order. I saw that I had until 9am the following morning per their policy. When I contacted customer service they told me that I couldn't because the order was already being processed. I questioned the customer service rep about their next day cancellation policy but she said that the order was already sent for processing. I tried to contact customer service by phone but they were not accepting any phone calls because of the "Christmas volume" I sent emails but it is days inbetween correspondences. When I did get someone to help me, they said they would be happy to process the return so I forwarded the information that they requested. After a few more days I got a reply that said it was too late to return any items. I went back and forth with customer service and then with a supervisor explaining that I have been trying to return these items since day 1 but they are refusing to take them back.Desired Settlement: Have nomorerack send me a return postage label since they would not cancel the order as requested on day 1, accept the return, and refund the purchase price to my credit card.

They did ship another tablet but come to find out it was shipped to another state and I never received it. The part that I am so upset about is this was for a child for Christmas and when I seen that they were shipping another one I didn't go by one. But two days before Christmas I find out that it was sent to the wrong place. I ave spoke with them on several occasions about the white tablet I ask that they resend me another one and with all the crap that I have been through with this order I feel that I should get the refund as well.

Review: On June **,2013 I ordered a Zeepad 9XN Google Android 4.1, 1.2 GHz 8 GB Tablet with External Keyboard Case from No More Rack. I received my product several weeks later after being out of my home area for a period of time. It was immediately apparent that the product received was defective: it did not hold its charge and had to be constantly plugged in in order to operate. I contacted NoMoreRack customer service for instructions for a return and refund. They issued a Return Authorization # and the item was returned as directed, with assurance that a full refund ($113.82) would be issued to my Citi MC account,, along with reimbursement of the return postage of $13.58. Communications with NMR continued on 8/**, 9/**, 9/**,11/**, 12/**, 12/** with assurances, but no resolution for the refund or postage reimbursement. (I have copies of most of my emails to NMR) Looking for this refund to become a reality.Desired Settlement: The assured full refund of $113.82 for the returned merchandise, plus the promised reimbursement of postal cost of $13.58~~for both of which I have receipts, would be the desired outcome. Review: I ordered a set of sheets from this company and when the order was delivered it contained a comforter set. I emailed the company and I received the standard email that was order was delivered. I called the 800 number but only got a recording that requests had to be emailed. I searched the internet and found a 855 number and called it. After finally convincing them I had not received what I had ordered and explaining that I WOULD NOT be paying return postage, they issued a postage paid label. I sent the order back and have a tracking number that shows the order was received in their warehouse on 12-**-13. It is now 1-**-14 and they will not issue a credit to my credit care until they can verify that the order was received even though I have proof that it was.Desired Settlement: I want my credit back on my credit card. Spoke to [redacted]1-**-14 and she said that was not possible until the warehouse verified they had received the order. It was received 12-**-13 and this is 1-**-14. I ordered from Choxi and they shipped the wrong color and it looks like it has been used before. I think the just closed their eyes and picked a box without looking at the color. The choices are return and not have the item for Xmas or keep and exchange after the holiday...when they could be sold out or my son doesn't get to use his Xmas gift for a month. They will not issue a credit for the error. (well they did issue a $10 IN STORE credit....like I would care to buy again). I ordered a ring, size 8 and got a size 4 in a size 8 package. (maybe it was to specify it was a $100.00 kids ring??) Then they didn't have any more to exchange for the correct size....doubt the next one would even be right. You can not talk to a supervisor. Not real happy...Bah Humbug Choxi.

Yes, this is a total scam. Do not bother to even look at their web site. You make think you are saving a few dollars but in the end you get nothing and lose every red cent you spend. It is a proxy service to nowhere, they can't even give you seller information. The computer generated response is a riot if seeking help.

Just don't bother wasting your time, however is was fun asking the computer stupid questions and waiting for the scripted reply that didn't address the original question.

Review: Unfortunately, I did not do my research on the company prior to placing an order on 11/**/2013. Lesson learned. I ordered a comforter set that came to a grand total of $61. I paid, via my Mastercard Debit card. On 11/**, the Saturday after Thanksgiving, I received two emails from them: 1) stating that the order had shipped, 2) another email (same day, hours apart) that the order had been delivered. I received no delivery. I continuously went to the FedEx page to track the order and was informed that the delivery was "Initiated." After about a week, same notice on the FedEx site, I called FedEx and was told that they received electronic packing information from Nomorerack, but no package.

Nomorerack does not provide a contact number on their website so it is impossible to call them. Even when you do find a number to call, you're told to email them. I have sent numerous emails to them and have corresponded to two separate people: [redacted] and a "[redacted] with Customer Care." They provide very generic responses but told me that I could not get a refund. I utilized their [redacted] page to inquire and send messages, I received the same responses, and then was blocked and can no longer leave comments. My younger sister also attempted to comment them via their [redacted] page and they deleted her comment as well. They do not want others to know about their fraudulent, scamming ways.

This is all very frustrating to me. I understand that $61 is not a lot of money, but I am increasingly concerned and frustrated because 1) it is $61 that I woke up every morning at 5 a.m. to earn; and 2) if you look at the comments on their [redacted] page, you'll see that they are in the habit of doing this with many other people! Many have commented re: the same or similar as I have shared with you in a nutshell. In my mind, $61 (or more or less) multiplied by the many people they are scamming, is a lot of money. They've figured out a way to scam the entire country and they use [redacted] as a vehicle (I had never heard of them prior to seeing them on [redacted]). I am also concerned because they have my financial information.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $61 refunded to me.

I would also like to know if there is anything that can be done to stop them from scamming others. I read one comment from a single mother who had placed an order from them, which was to be a gift for her child for Christmas. She posted on their [redacted] page and was upset that she had not yet received the order and could not order anything else for her child (no money). That is wrong. That is horrible. I cannot believe there is a company here in the U.S. behaving like this, but, I guess, not everyone/every business is ethically sound/grounded.

I told them to cancel order, they said they wont, and if I return it, I will subject to a substantial return fee...? Really??????

Review: I ordered a "sterling silver" ring that was advertised as being valued at over $80. The ring was so cheap and flimsy that it caught on clothing, bent, and broke the same day I got it.Attempted daily for a week to use the company site to live chat/e-mail and neither worked. Called numerous times only to find that they were not taking calls and that I had to e-mail.I did so from my personal account and never received a response. Only after I complained via their facebook page did anyone comment. I received a response asking me to send a personal message (to save face I'm sure) and a comment saying how busy they are with high call volume. That doesn't work for me! If you have time to reply to a comment you have time to address the issue. I wrote a personal message on December [redacted] and received a reply on the [redacted] saying that the "grace period" for returns had passed and that they would not refund my money.I didn't even receive the item until the [redacted] of December and I attempted to contact the next morning. The message I received claimed a 14 day grace period. Based on their claim, counting 14 days from receipt from the item would put me at 12/**, yet they denied the refund/return on the [redacted].It is very convenient that NoMoreRack dodges customers by not taking calls and not answering messages so that they can use that loophole and deny refunds on terrible items (in my case WELL BEFORE the period ended)On the [redacted] a representative from the site commented back and told me to expect an e-mail to rectify the problem by close of business. That never happened and so here I am again, starting the cycle over. Nomorerack still isn't accepting calls and the chat and e-mail links from their site don't work.At this point I am unable to comment or personal message on facebook. Maybe they blocked me although I don't know why they would considering that I never used profanity or made threats. Review: Nomoreracks customer service is impossible to reach. They claim they have 24 hour service, but if you call you are provided with a message that states due to the amount of calls received because of the holidays they are not taking calls at the moment and to please contact them via email and you should receive a response within 48 hours. This is simply not true! I have attempted to contact them several times to make a return and I get no response. I have been trying to contact them since 12/**/2013. Its return policy states that in order to make a return one must first get a Return Merchandise Authorization number from customer service, or more specifically Please note that final decisions on returns are subject to nomorerack's discretion, returns sent back without RMA's will not be processed.I am not clear as to how to make a return or if my return will be processed if I cannot reach its customer service for a RMA number. Furthermore, this company does not give you an option to return the merchandise on you own dime. It pretty much obligates you to its shipping charges. If I had known in advance that reaching its customer service would be so difficult, I would have never done business with them. It is companies like this that turn people off to purchasing merchandise online.Desired Settlement: I would like to return this product, and provided a refund in full.
