Review: I purchased a product from Nomorerack that they claimed cost $150 more than what all retailers sell at thereby claiming that they reduced the price by 75% or so. I requsted to be able to return the product on false advertising and they refuse to take the item back.Desired Settlement: I just want to return the product and and get my money back.

Review: I ordered a $31.00 package from this company. The company refuses to answer any emails that I have sent which is several at least five if you go onto their Facebook page and try to leave a comment on it where they offer assistance through their Facebook they delete your comment and block you from the page limit how many times you try to contact them. they refused to respond to any emails their customer service telephone number is nothing but a recording that hangs up on you you cannot have any option of talking to somebody. They block you from the page see you cannot try to contact them and it's impossible to get hold of them. they charge my credit card and then the charge disappeared on my card and my order still says processing but you can't get a hold of somebody they deleted my account On nomoreracks.com and then reactivated it all of a sudden. that there is simply no way to get a hold of somebody for any issues and when they're blocking you from their pages they're refusing to help you or to resolve any issues whatsoeverDesired Settlement: Respond to email and Call me! Review: I made a purchase of 3 tablets from the site on Saturday November **. After doing some research I read reviews stating the site was known for shipping decective products, no products at all and did not honor refund policy (even after not refunding the item purchased was never shipped). I quickly attempted to cancel my purchase later that night because the site stated all purchases can be cancelled before 9am the next day. I have received emails stating that my issue was resolved but there are no transaction #s or paperwork showing this to be true. I have checked daily with my bank and my funds have yet to be disbursed (13 days later). Their policy states it may take 3-5 business days and another says it may take 3-7. It has been 9 business days and still no refund.

Review: I purchased monster headphones that are counterfeit from Nomorerack.com in December and they broke. When I checked the serial number on the monster site it came back counterfeit. I received numerous auto responses from Nomorerack stating they guaranteed their products 100% and if found counterfeit the refund the money instantly. Which they do not. They are shipping from China and selling counterfeit goods to the US. They told me to contact Monster and that Monster would replace them. Which is untrue. They said they bought them from their vendor Firemall LLC and that they were an authorized dealer and they are not.Desired Settlement: I want Nomorerack.com to be fined and not be able to sell counterfeit products to the United States.

Review: After non delivery of one of the items on my order, I contacted and asked to cancel and refund due to length of time since my order. They immediately shipped another item without regard to my request to cancel. After contacting them they said to refuse the shipment which I did. Original order date was 10/**/2013. My request to cancel and send refund was made on 12-**-2013. I have made repeated requests for a refund of my $31.00 (29.00 purchase plus 2.00 shipping. Just get the same answers and non actions from customer service. Now I'm not getting even acknowledgements. I have all correspondence emails where these requests and their answers were made. Review: When ordering these products the image shown next to my order was inaccurate to the actual product. When I received the product I was disappointed to see the product was not what was advertise with my orders. When I called customer service not only were they hard to understand but also unclear with their instructions . When I called once more they told me I had to pay to return the item back but they also made me wait 30 min to talk to [redacted]. Review: I ordered a 6 pack of leggings for $29. They were each individually packaged. I noticed a very strong odor of oil even through the plastic and when I removed each pair of leggings the smell was extremely strong. The delivery box had no paperwork of any kind inside with return policy or a packing slip. I decided I would wash the leggings figuring the smell would disappear. It didn't. I contacted the company by email telling them of my problem. There response was that because the articles were washed they wouldn't accept them as a return and then gave me the return policy. I then received an email from Nomorerack ( I'm sure because of my negativity) to see if they could do anything for me. I was again told that because the articles were washed, they couldn't help me. They then came back and said that they would like to offer me a $5 credit toward a future purchase. I told them to keep their lousy $5, that I would never order from them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. I have 6 pair of leggings that are in my basement after having been washed 10 times that I can't wear and cost me $29. Needless to say, I am not a very happy person.

Nomorerack has a 30 day return policy and my contact with them was within that time frame, as seen on their response. There was nothing in the package that told me the return policy in regard to washing the clothing or the time frame for returns. I didn't find that out until I received something else I ordered from them (that had paperwork that stated the return policy). Yes, I was given a $5 credit to my account, which is of little satisfaction, since I paid $29 for their substandard product. It was a slap in the face. I have washed the leggings at least another 10 times since my complaint to the Revdex.com and they still have the odor!

They were advertising "All orders placed before December [redacted] are guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas" I ordered on Dec. [redacted] I got nervous as Christmas approached because I still hadn't got a tracking number or shipment notification. I contacted them on Dec. ** and asked about my order. Review: I placed an order with No More Rack on November **, 2013. On November [redacted] I received an email confirming shipment and delivery of my order. However, I did not receive my order and the FedEx tracking number was (and still is) in initiated status since November [redacted]. In communicating with No More Rack (via email) the response is always that they have requested status from the vendor and to contact them within 5-7 days. However, do date, it has been 21 days and no response from the vendor. In addition, I have requested my order to be cancelled and a credit issued but they state they are unable to because the information has been sent to the vendor already.

Review: This is going to be my second time by force to order online. I initially had purchase a surround sound that was advertised to have a 1000 watt per speaker and they were false advertising. After figjting for a whole month about when I will receive my refund. The comoany played the "I don't have the product" when I clearly provided a tracking number and it states they recieved the product. They told max 1-2 weeks resolution time , but I have sent as many as 6 emails I got delayed response than regular but even today the response is same that the "Your concern has been escalated to the vendor but we have not received an update yet rest assured we are looking into this issue for you please note that in most cases feedback will be provided in less than one week but may take up to 2 week in some cases.".

The same or similar response is coming from last 2 weeks or so I told them I will buy a different tablet as the Tablet performance is horrible than others. Still they are not responding back with agreeable response. Review: On 11/**/2013 I placed an order (#[redacted]) that included a 2 pack of MyBolt 2600mAh power bank for $16. When I received that item one of the power banks was defective. I contacted the compny and they issue a return authorization. on 12/**/2013 I received an e-mail saying they received the return and credited my account at NoMoreRack for the $16. it also said "Please be advised that for refund credits, there is no minimum purchase required or any other restrictions. You are free to use your credits however you please." On 12/**/2013 I tried to place a $16 order and received an error saying that in order to use my credit I had to place an order of $30 o more. I then sent them an e-mail to refund my credit back to my original for of payment (my PayPal account). On 12/*/2013 I received a credit of $9.60 to my PayPal acct. Ithen checked my account on NoMoreRack and saw that I still had a credit of $6.40. I again sent hem and e-mail to refund the $6.40 back to my PayPal acct. On 1/*/2014 I received an e-mail saying they did process the refund and that I should log into my NoMoreRack account and I would be able to view the credit. I replied telling th new person that I know it's there. It was suppose to be returned to my PayPal account. I have not received and reply back and the credit is still in my NoMoreRack account. I just got off the phone with one of your representative named [redacted] and her superior [redacted]. I am irate to say the least. After checking my account today I noticed a change from no more rack for $47. I made my initial order for a phone in the amount of $31 on 1/** and cancelled it. That $31 was returned on 1/**. On 1/** I ordered a ring in the amount of $16. The was a change to my account for $47 for a ring and a phone. And another for $16 for the ring. I wanted the ring but not 2 and surly not the phone I didn't want to begin with. I discovered this because I went to pay my light bill and couldn't. When I called customer service I was told there was nothing they could do because the system wouldn't make an order I didn't want so I had to have placed this order. And if I wanted my money back then I would have to pay around $14 to send it back then a refund would be processed. I was told that I should have checked my order sooner. How was I to know to check on something I didn't order. And at no point did I receive an email telling me anytime about the ring I did order. This is going to cost me a reconnection fee on top of my original light bill and I have to pay to send the product back. This is unacceptable! I need the entire order cancelled. I dont want any of it!

Review: I ordered 5 sets of sheet sets from NoMorRack.com, I also ordered 2 sets Duvet cover set. The sheet sets were advertised as; 1600 SRIES COLLECTION EGYPTIAN SOFTNESS 6 PIECE SET. On the first package of sheets I received, there was no paper work inside the package, and the set was inside a plastic bag with no label. So it didn't even say 100% Microfiber! Which I would have thought was a microfiber cotton! I opened the package, it seems nice and soft but a bit on the light weight side! I shrugged it off and washed them. I never put them on my bed, I was I'll, but didn't know how bad until the next day, I had woken up in the middle of the night, I was in a lot of pain, my face was swollen on the right side and I had a terrific headache as well as pain in my face, my forehead and checks, under my eyes, my eyes hurt to move them. I had been to the doctor a few days before for dizziness, my doctor said I had allergies, but it was worse, I had a very severe sinus infection. I have a condition called Hypogammaglobulin Anemia. Translation, my body does not make any antibodies, so I am open to infection all the time. I get infusions of gamaglobulin every three weeks, through a port that is permanently in my upper rt. chest. I get respiratory infections easily. Because of the infusions, I get blood blisters just under my skin, all over my body, that is the reason I can not use any fabric that is not a natural fiber like cotton, the skin over the red blood spots is very thin, if don't use a very soft breathable cotton sheet, the blister can break, then can easily get infected. Because I was so sick, I never got to put the clean sheets on my bed. On [redacted] the **th of July I received one set of king sized sheets. It's still unopened in the bag, I receive the other 4 sets of sheets on [redacted], July **, 2013. But I did receive the Duvet sets a few days before, not exactly sure when, possibly on July ** or **th, 2013. I needed sheets, I hadn't purchased sheets for years and really needed to get some, the price was very good, and twice they said that if you order within the next three hours you'd get $10.credit, that's why I ordered so many. With our king size bed and the the other two full beds, I'd have just what I needed. I did get a $10 credit on one order, but when I tried it the other time the offer was made, I didn't get it. So, I wrote to them and told them, but nothing came of it. I just let it be. Its not important and not part of this claim. It's very hard to keep track of ordering since they don't send a packing sheet in with your order, since things come at random, I didn't even check. I realized when I opened up the package of the Duvet set, that it felt soft and so light weight for a duvet. It's advertised as ROYAL MAJESTY MICROFIBER, Duvet cover set. Since I had not received the the other sheets yet, I took advantage of the open duvet cover set to look at the tag that is sewn inside the pillow shams, that's when I saw the tag that said 100% POLYESTER! That was the VERY FIRST time I saw that word during the whole process ordering these products, and it was the VERY FIRST time I realized that EVERYTHING I had ordered was NOT cotton, they were a synthetic POLYESTER Fabric. I can not even wear clothes made with polyester, especially anything that touches my skin, like underwear or night clothes. When they used terms like EGYPTIAN, and ROYAL MAJESTY, I am used to seeing those terms used on 100% cotton! If this company wanted to be honest in selling these sheets, they would have advertised the sheets as 100% POLYESTER! But by using words like EGYPTIAN SOFTNESS, we all are used to seeing it on 100% EGYPTIAN COTTON, their ruse worked, at least on me! I will keep one of the Duvet sets, because frankly the fabric won't really touch my skin, but I honestly didn't know that all these products were made from Polyester, this is not a fair or moral way of doing business! Why try to fool a customer. Now that I have had this experience, I don't feel comfortable doing business with NoMoreRack.com and its a shame too! I feel that if they tried to pull this deceptive practice on this item, what else are they hiding. Is the new terminology for POLYESTER=microfiber? Am I supposed to know that EGYPTIAN SOFTNESS, no longer means cotton, but Egyptian Polyester? And when exactly did this new meaning take effect? Now, how ridiculous does that sound. They made the polyester in Egypt? It says made in China! Or is that, the polyester is made in Egypt, but they sewed it together in China? I want them to take back all the sheet sets, including the one I opened and washed, and one set of duvet cover. They have their return policy made available online on their website, it says that they will not return mopey for products returned, they will give a credit that can be used to purchase anything on their website! I can understand that, but not when it they decided to use deceptive sales practices and misrepresent a product. I want my money returned to me. I would not have made this a Revdex.com claim if they had just let me talk to someone, or called me when they saw how serious this complaint is! It's like they don't care about their customers, if they pulled one over on me, why should they care? They got my money, they got me real good! I will make my decision about how far I will go to make my point, when I see if they are human beings and are willing to say they should have let everyone know what those sheets and duvet covers are really made of!Desired Settlement: FIRST: they need to immediately be honest with what the customer is actually getting! I would like this company to to be honest about ALL the products they sell. I'm 63, I'm I'll, so I don't get to go shopping like I used to, it's not fair to people like me, when companies aren't truthful about the products they sell. This company deliberately used words to let people think that they were buying a cotton product! SECOND: I don't want to do business with these people anymore, so getting a credit from them to buy something else does me no good. I also feel they should pay for the shipping of these sheet sets to return them, since, if they had been truthful about what they were made of I wouldn't have purchased them to begin with! THIRD: Isn't there a law to protect people from companies that sell products on falsehoods about what material is used in the product? Saying a product is microfiber does not mean it's polyester, since I've seen dust cloths that say microfiber, but it also says cotton! If I'm wrong shame on me for being gullible and not knowing the latest terminology! Since I've always liked sheets made of EGYPTIAN Cotton, that's what I believed these sheets to be. If something is made of wool, it's says wool, if it's made of part, one thing or part another it says that. But this ad said NOTHING about being POLYESTER!!!!!!!

Hi [redacted], I don't know if you'll get this email, I just wanted to thank you for your helpfulness and understanding. I have decided to drop this complaint, for my own sake and that of my poor nerves, I think I'm getting too old to do these things. My husband has been telling me to just leave things the way they are. I think this cured me from shopping online, well, on my iPad that is. I don't go out much, so if shopping online is out of the question, it's ok, God has blessed me so much, I can use what I have, I'm sure it will last me for a long long time. There are others in this world that don't have much, I sure would love to share with them.

I keep getting Choxi emails ever after unsubscribing numoerous times . I am not sure how my email address hot on their mail list.

Review: I placed an order on 12/*/13 for a tablet for my son. 2 weeks later, I had not recieved a shipping email or received my product. I attempted to call the business but was disconnected saying that I needed to send an email. I sent an email and waited 2 days for a reply. When they did answer, I got a generic response stating that it would be shipped and not to worry about it. I replied to the email telling them that I wanted to cancel the order since I was not getting any assistance. they replied back saying not to worry and completely ingnored my request to cancel. I sent another email asking to cancel and when I finally got an answer, they told me that the sale was final and could not get my ordered cancelled or my money back. I did finally recieve my tablet on 12/**/13. When I pulled it out of the box, it was not as stated on the website and the screen was all scratched up. This tablet is not new. It is a used/refurbished product which is not what I was purchasing. I contacted them again telling them this information. They apoligized that I was unhappy with my product but all sales were final and I was not able to return the product. This company has made no effort to resolve my issue as of this date and refuses to give me my money back for this inferior product.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for this purchase. This is a subpar product from a company with terrible business practices.

Review: After Receiveing product had a cracked screen. I instantly sent them a email stating it was broken. They tell me to call a number so I try for 2 days and the number I was sent to noone answered the phone. So I email them back letting them know. It takes 2 days for a response. Now after a week has gone by and I have a very upset niece they are willing to refund what I payed after they receive the product back but now I'm afraid with at how bad customer support is that it will just happen to get lost and they wont know what happen to it from the reviews I am now reading about there customer service. This site is a scam and needs shutdown.Desired Settlement: All I want is a functioning tablet not get sent through a week of loopholes and then not have the item for a Christmas present. Which if the original one shipped would have been in good condition like it suppose to be I would have had it for the Christmas Present. Now that they sent broken one they want to refund my money after they receive it back. Why cant they ship me a new one so it can be here for Christmas? They are not willing to do that they say they must process the return first.

Review: Ibought 3 irola tablets and 2 were opened upon getting. The two tablets were broken within days. Since I ordered and waited to open until christmas., they will not replace or offer a refund. Then a week later the other tablet broke. They gave me two disconnected numbers to call.Desired Settlement: 167$ refund of what I paid. And they can keep the junk tablets.

Nomorerack sold me junk. 4 months later I am still gettiing the same old bull crap. Pretty mad. I want my money back in trade for junk tablets .]
