Review: I ordered 4 tablet PC's from this site. One arrived in a flimsy package and open, so not in the original packaging. The second two arrived in the same type of flimsy envelope and just priority mail through the USPS. I have not received the 4th and final tablet. Customer service is almost non-existant. Two phone numbers included in one of the packages do not work. I had to do a little digging to find a phone number that did work and was given a canned speech about where my item was. I had to tell them I was going to dispute the item on my credit card before being helped. I have also sent them 2 emails as well as a [redacted] message as they ask consumers to do on their page. I have received no reply. These were Christmas gifts and I'm sad that I even have to do this.Desired Settlement: I would like consumers to know this site is not trusted and that they should refund everyone who has not received their promised orders. This company should go out of business for the way they handle their orders. Terrible.

There is no reason when I ordered these tablets on Dec * that I should STILL be waiting for any of them. The girl on the phone at NOMORERACK told me it may be 2-4 weeks? Seriously? When I was promised them by Christmas. There is no excuse for this. They need to get it together.

Review: I will never purchase from NoMoreRack.com again. They have a habit of taking money for products they can not guarantee, and they give a very long "expected wait time" for shipping...10-14 business days. So if you call them within that time, you are asked to give them 10-14 business days for your order to ship. Then when you call them back, you'll be asked for an additional 5 business days for tracking. I remained patient, but finally commented on their [redacted] wall asking where my order was. My comment was deleted and I was emailed told that the manufacturer was not able to fulfill my order and to "Make up for the inconvenience, they would offer a full refund issued within 7 business days"..that's a given obligation to give a FULL refund when they didn't fulfill an order. Then they told me that if I would still like the item ordered, I could re-order online and provided me with a link for the exact same thing I ordered that they said they could not fulfill. If the item IS still available, why did they not just send me my order? Why the run around? Extremely disappointed with NoMoreRack. Seems like they just like to shuffle money around but not really offer much.Desired Settlement: This website needs to be shut down. Numerous complaints of them taking money for product they do not really have, only to give long wait times to refund the money.

Review: I purchased a pair of dawgs boots from nomorerack.com. After I finally received them I wore them 5 times and the soles completly fell off. I conctacted the company via email, facebook and tried the telephone (due to the holidays they were not taking any calls). I kept receiving generic responses to my concern. Finally I got a response to them that since it was 14 days past delivery there was nothing they could do. It took them 3 days to get back to me!Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded as these boots are not able to be worn other than 5 times.

Review: On November [redacted] (Black Friday) I went to nomorerack.com and purchased 3 MID Google Android 4.2 1.2GHz

4GB 7" Dual-Camera Tablet PC & Accessories, with the original understanding that I would receive these within 10-15 business days. That time came and passed. On December [redacted], I received an email from the company assuring me that all orders placed before December 9th were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. On December [redacted], I sent an inquiry as to when I would receive the 3 tablets that I had ordered. On December [redacted], I received a response from them saying that they were awaiting a vendor's response, and to allow 3-5 days for the vendor's response. On December [redacted], I sent another inquiry in, as I had never received any email back regarding the tablets, and was only 2 days away from their guaranteed Christmas arrival. They did not respond until December [redacted] (2 days after Christmas) after I sent another email wanting to know where the 3 tablets were. They responded by simply asking again if I had not received the tablets. It is 2 days after Christmas, and almost a month since I ordered these tablets. If they are not going to be able to fulfill my order, I want my money back!!!! I have copies of all correspondence through this company!Desired Settlement: If they cannot fulfill the order, I want a refund to my credit card.

Review: I'd ordered a cell phone from the them. Upon arrival I observed that the phone sent to me was not the phone I'd ordered. I called customer service and they apologized. She issued a return authorization and assured me that I would receive a credit back to my [redacted] account as soon as they received the phone back. They received the phone early 1/**/15. I waited until today to check for my credit. When I didn't see it I called back and was told that it would take at least 5 to 7 days before they processed it then an additional 2 days before I'd see it in my [redacted] account. I think this is unreasonable since they were the ones who'd sent the wrong item. Then the customer service person rudely told me that this information was in the email that the return authorization was sent. I didn't believe him so I pulled that email up and read it to him. It was not there. Then he tells me I needed to go read the return policies written on the internet. I was done. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want them to issue my refund NOW.

Review: On Thanksgiving day, I placed and order online with NoMoreRack.com

Several days later they finally posted shipping information with a supposed UPS tracking number. I was to receive the merchandise on December *, 2013. When it didn't arrive, I checked the UPS shipping status and it showed that they had received notification of a pending shipment and as soon as they had it, they would update the information as to arrival time. I contacted NoMoreRack.com that it was to be a Christmas present and if it hadn't shipped to cancel the order.

They responded telling me that the "vendor" (I thought THEY were the vendor) would respond to me, to give me a STATUS as to the availability of the product sometime between December [redacted] and the [redacted]. Due to family obligations we will be exchanging gifts on December [redacted]. They refused to cancel my order and would not refund my money. I informed them that I would refuse the package upon arrival and they said I had to have an RMA and pay at my expense the return shipping.

This is a company that says "customer satisfaction" is a primary driving force for them. They are rude, unscrupulous and if they weren't making so much money off ripping people off, it would be a joke.Desired Settlement: They be forced to carry a link on their front page that links pages such as Revdex.com's posted grade, [redacted] where customers can comment both positively and negatively on their experience with these hucksters.

Review: An account was opened and items ordered on my email account. I asked that account be deleted. After several requests, I was told the account had been deleted but find that it has not been deleted as I am still getting password reset attempts on the account by the creator.

Review: On March **, 2013, I received Order # [redacted]. I received One - 3.50 Genuine Russian Chrome Diopside & White Diamond Ring in Sterling Silver @ $62.00 (Item # SKU R 11340). The stone in the ring was damaged. I contacted the company ([redacted]) for a RMA Number to return my ring. My written confirmation was to use Ticket # [redacted]: Order # [redacted] and mail the ring to: Shipping Department, NOMORERACK.COM, [redacted]. I mailed the ring back on April *, 2013, with USPS receipt # [redacted]. I did everything the company told me to do within their time frame for returning merchandise. However, the company will not help me, will not give me a new ring, nor will they give me a $62.00 credit.

I have saved all my communications with the company for the past year.Desired Settlement: For the company to acknowledge that I have a right to a refund - $62.00 for the ring, and for the USPS charges of - $5.07.

Review: I ordered slippers from this company on line for a gift. I tried to find out where to return them when I found out they didn't fit the recipient of the gift. There was no information provided on how to return an item , where to send, who would pay for shipping, .After 2 unsuccessful attempts to contact this company online I finally received a response yesterday 1-**-2014 saying I could not return them as too much time had passed. Review: On 2/*/12, I purchased a travel voucher at nomorerack.com. The voucher was valid for two years (through 2/*/14) and I was not supposed to redeem the voucher until 30 days before my requested travel date (at this website: [redacted]).

In May 2013, I went to the website and filled out my travel request form. Once submitted, the page refreshed and said that it could take up to 4 weeks to hear from the company and that I should check both my spam and regular email folders.

I checked my email every day for 2 months, and never received any response. I attempted first to contact the travel company (Next Stage Promotions) that I tried to redeem the voucher through for assistance, but never received a response to emails and couldn't find a working telephone number. In the course of trying to find contact information, I did some google searches and found countless websites saying that the travel vouchers were a complete scam and I would never get a response or be able to book a trip.

In December 2013, I contacted nomorerack.com's customer assistance for help since I paid them for the voucher. I sent at least a dozen emails through their website and our communications lasted nearly two months, both through email and, more recently, through telephone calls. Ultimately, they told me that they only offer refunds 14 days after purchase. Obviously, I didn't request a refund that soon because I did not know the voucher was a scam that soon since I was instructed to wait to redeem the voucher until near my requested travel dates. Nomorerack also tried contacting the vendor, but was also unable to reach anyone at the travel company for assistance. After speaking with numerous customer service representatives and a supervisor, I was transferred to a manager who told me they would not help me because I was outside the refund window. This is despite the fact that the voucher is still valid, I could not have known I would be unable to use the voucher until I tried so there was no way to contact them within 14 days, and I've been in contact with them for nearly two months trying to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund (by check because my credit card number has changed) for the $99.00 I paid for this fraudulent voucher.

Review: I ordered a $25 gift card on 12/**/13. The confirmation email said to expect the order within 10-15 business days and showed picture of a physical gift card. On 12/**I emailed that I was upset that it did not arrive. It is a gift card not something sourced from a third party. They replied days later that they do not send physical gift cards but email a code. I never received a code nor would I have ordered a gift card since this was a present for someone, not for myself. On two occasions my emails to customer service were auto replied that the code was sent. On my requests I asked for them to point out if the ticket number or order number was the code. It was not answered. They told me it was on confirmation email. I still have the emAil and it is not on it and not where others have been able to find it. I asked for a refund to my card in 1/**/14. I do not want a store credit because they make you spend more than the credit amount to use it and I do not want to deal with this company any longer. I have emailed them at least twice to just email the code again before I went to the Revdex.com and was met with the above mentioned auto-replies. I even said to cancel the code which was clearly never used and generate a new one. I finally asked for a refund. I believe this code was never generated. The intended recipient of the gift card( who did not receive a Christmas present because if this) could not find the numbers on the confirmation email, nor could she find a place to submit codes for checkout. I realize this is $25 but I do not make a lot if money and cannot just eat this cost nor should nomorerack be able to have my money for free. If this is how they treat customers, how much money are they scamming from consumers each year that goes unreported? I believe it is fraud and have even told them through email that I would contact the Revdex.com if I did not have the matter resolved by a certain date and never received another email. Any help you can give me with this issue is very appreciated.Desired Settlement: I want them to credit the $25.00 they received for this purchase back to the card I paid it with and to take me off their email lists. They can cancel the "code". They claim they generated. It has clearly not been used since it was never used nor has anything else ever been in my order history.

I have a $21 dollar credit on my account for a long time and found a coupon for $10 so I went to site and found 2 items for a total of $31 but the payment site would not take the order with out my credit card.....Even tho the balance show 0 on the billing page they would not send me the 2 items and then told first time I called them I could not get my credit unless on my credit card that I do not have any more after several calls and they keep checking with their Supv. They told me to call back Monday and they would cut an Echeck? I don't trust them......

Review: After receiving the Kocaso android tablet m1066 for a Christmas gift and trying for two weeks to contact customer support which is no longer in service and I have not been able to reach a number that is valid for customer support to and the Kocaso android tablet is not working properly NOMORERACK has not supplied a working customer support number that works and if you do get through it goes to a message, and no call is ever returned I never received a shipping invoice from nomorerack and requested one and they refuse to supply me with one. I want my account credited back the cost of this tablet and a invoice as to the other items I ordered.
