Review: Ordered two tablets from nomorerack, the product I received appeared to be used, the stylus provided and other content in the box were not what was originally pictured. When I attempted to contact the company for a refund the stated that this item was marked "final sale" and could not be returned. I verified my order history and confirmation and no where does it state final sale. They also did not include a packaging slip which is a requirement for return per there customer service FAQ's.Desired Settlement: Want my money back and for seller to pay for return shipping.

Review: I placed an order with nomorerack over 2 weeks ago, at which time they debited my checking account the cost of the order, plus shipping. Over the next two weeks, I periodically checked to see if it had shipped yet. After a week, I started asking them why they weren't shipping my order and their reply was that they were experiencing high volume of orders due to Christmas and they promised I would have it by Christmas Eve. 5 days ago they emailed that my order was shipping the next day and that they were expediting the shipping, and then today I received an email saying that they couldn't fulfill my order, the day before Christmas Eve.

Review: I ordered Christmas gifts from NoMoreRack.com for my nephew and niece. I was assured of a 10-** day delivery date and 1 week later I received a tracking number. The usps tracking number page says that the items have not been shipped, it has remained the same since 12/*, it is currently 12/**. I've tried to contact them by email, telephone, "Live Chat" even their facebook page. via another "Anti-Nomorerack" facebook page I was able to find a customer service number that did connect to a nomorerack employee. He told me that they must have made a mistake sending me the tracking number and that I would receive an email in 5 -7 business days with another tracking number. Review: I purchased 2 blackberry playbook tablets on Nov. **,2013 for Christmas presents for my 2 daughters, only to find out on Christmas morning that neither one will charge, I even tried another charger and they still wouldn't charge, so I called nomorerack to find out they were only taking emails, so I emailed on Christmas day plus the next two days without hearing anything from them until today when I posted on their facebook wall about how upset I was, I then received and email from them telling me that since my 14 day grace period was up that they couldn't refund me, no mention of replacing or fixing them. Now I am out $300 and 2 tablets and 2 very upset daughters plus two very upset parents.Desired Settlement: If they can not refund my money I would like 2 replacement tablets.

they told me to get ahold of blackberry, so that's what I did and know blackberry isn't getting back to me. Its been a month since Christmas and my daughters have yet to use these playbooks and I just keep getting the run around from both business. very upsetting and very aggrevating. everytime I call blackberry the only deal with playbooks via email. I received one email in 2 1/2 weeks from them telling me do a software update, and I replied back to them that I would love to if the playbooks were charged and if the would even charge, that's the whole problem they won't charge. Don't know what my next step should be? I've never had this type of problem but then again I never ordered a blackberry product and I probably never will again, nor will I order anything off of Nomorerack. This whole ordeal is ridiculous. They need to stand by their products and help a customer out whenever there is a problem. But thank you for getting back to me.

Review: I ordered some merchandise from nomorerack.com and was assured it would be delivered by Christmas Eve. After a few weeks of not hearing anything I contacted them by email to see what the holdup was. I was then told they had no record of my order, although my bank statement clearly shows otherwise. I would have just gotten over it had they not already charged me. Review: On 12/*/13 I ordered 2 iRola Android 7" Tablets for $59 ea. from Nomorerack. It was icy in Okla. at this time when I submitted my order my laptop went blank so I resubmitted my order again. I checked my emails and realized both orders were listed so I called Nomorerack and asked for last order to be removed but they said they couldn't. I then received an email stating I received my order 12/*/13 by USPS. I didn't receive this order until 12/*/13 and I only received the Navy Tablet. Since our weather was so bad and icy I waited a couple of days to see if I would get the Pink Tablet I had ordered. On 12/**/13 sent then an email asking about the Pink Tablet, no response so I called Nomorerack on the 12/**/13 and again on 12/**/13, the lady I talked to said both tablets had been sent out at the same time and she would have to check with shipping. December [redacted] sent an email inquiring about the other tablet since they were ordered for our granddaughters for Christmas. Our weather was still icy and one day our postman didn't even run. On 12/**/13 received email from [redacted] from Nomorerack ([redacted]) stating that due to holiday shopping increase please allow 48 hrs for response. That all orders placed by Dec. [redacted] were guaranteed delivery by Christmas and will be delivered no later than Christmas Eve. On 12/**/13 emailed [redacted] again asking if she had a tracking # for this order. Never heard anything about my 2nd order or got an order no. Later that afternoon received a box with a Navy and Pink Tablet. The Pink Tablet had plastic wrapping off of box and had been opened and screen was slightly scratched. I didn't receive the other Pink Tablet until 12/**/13. Fortunately we didn't have our Family Christmas until 12/**/13. I had charged up the first Navy Tablet and the Pink Tablet that hadn't been opened for my granddaughters. The Pink Tablet worked just fine but the Navy Tablet wouldn't let us enter any letters or numbers we couldn't get it to work, so I got the other Navy Tablet charged it up awhile and then we got it to work. I contacted Nomorerack 1/*/14, [redacted] ([redacted]) that they couldn't issue me a refund until they received the messed up tablets back and that I had already been issued return labels which I had not received. I had sent email to Nomorerack on 1/* and 1/* explaining all the problems I had with these orders. On 1/*/14 [redacted] ([redacted]) stating that my tablets were delivered on 12/*/13 and second order ([redacted]) were delivered on 12/**/13. Which is truly false the Post Office only delivered what they had to due to all the ice. Even Fed Ex and UPS couldn't get orders delivered because of icy roads. [redacted] does not have his facts right and I don't appreciate being called a liar! He also stated that since it had been over 7 days since the first tablet was delivered they could not ship out another tablet nor could it be shipped back to them. I did not see anywhere a 7 day limit to return items. Also it states that the tablet has a 1 yr warranty. Choxi is a company that I placed an order with in November of 2015. This order was a gift for my wife.

I purchased a gift card (so my wife would not be aware of the purchase), activated the card, made my purchase and then destroyed the card.

After the Christmas dust settled one of the items ordered needed to be returned, so the initial phone conversation with customer service was made.

They sent a return label and the decision and agreement from both parties was to issue a store credit once the return was received since the card used had been destroyed. In my mind, we're moving in the right direction (this is January [redacted], 2016).

I immediately returned the item. As of Jan 30th, I still hadn't received my credit, so I again reached out to Choxi. I was told there was an issue and that by Tuesday of the following week I should receive an email with the solution and I let it be known at that time that I've fulfilled my part of the deal and now I wanted my credit.

On that Tuesday (2/*/16) I did in fact received the credit (at least that's what the message said), so I was pretty happy. No seeing the credit I contacted Choxi again to verify what source was used to issue the credit. Unbelievably I was told that the credit was placed on a card that no longer exited. Wow - really?

After speaking with Paul (customer service rep), Lovey (customer service supervisor), Fil (customer service rep), Ben (customer service rep) and Giddeon (customer service supervisor) they all gave me the same blank response, "[redacted]", obviously the wrong answer.

I continued to make the point that when I spoke with Jill on (1/*/16) that the credit was to be store credit, Giddeon verified that this was in my history, but Choxi still would not make their wrong right.

I asked Giddeon for a manager (I also asked Paul earlier in the day as well), both told me that the manager Ada was not available. I told Giddeon to have Ada call me when she as available and his response was, "she will return your call within the next 24 hours".

A couple of hours later I received a call from Choxi, it is Giddeon who said he spoke with Ada and he proceeded to give the same pathetic story. I told them that they were cowards, that they did not care because they were not working to resolve their mistake and that the business is less than deplorable.

This is the morning of 2/*/16, I do not expect to hear from them again, but they never corrected their error.

I can guarantee you that you will be I satisfied with the customer service department. I also asked in my conversations to speak with a complaint department or the billing department or be given an address to the billing department, I was told I could not have that address or number and I was given the address of headquarters. Absolutely the opposite of what customer service should represent.

This company takes your money in seconds and when they can't fulfill your order you get an E-mail. You are given a choice of an unwanted substitution or a refund. Be aware that the refund takes 5-7 business days. So they get your money in an instant and keep it for weeks.

Review: I bought a tablet as a Christmas gift for my daughter from nomoracks .com ...she only had it for 15days the buttons fell of to switch it on and off ..this is a on line company ..and my first issue with I this company .. I really would like some help ..this wasn't supposed to break this fast..please assist!! Review: I purchased a 7 inch tablet from www.nomorerack.com for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it several weeks early to avoid any delays and ensure it was not late for Christmas. One day after Christmas the tablet stopped working and was told by the customer service department at NoMoreRack.com that it was past the 14 day window and they would not accept the item back. The suggested I call the manufacturer. I have called on 3 different occasions and each time I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and then the call is disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded and I will be happy to ship the item back in the original packaging that it was shipped to my house.

Review: I ordered a paid of USA DAWG boots for my daughter for Christmas. I wrapped them and put them under the tree. By the time my daughter opened the gift it was about to be outside of their guidelines for acceptable time frames for a return or refund for defective products. My daughter has worn the boots less than a handful of times and one of the boots is completely falling apart boot from sole. I emailed them and asked them to kindly tell me who it is I shoudl contact regarding a defective product. The entire seam along the bottom of one of the boots has completely came undone. They told me that it was too late to do anything and they were sorry. I again asked them for who I should contact, because someone has to stand behind the products. Again and again they blew me off sending me some sort of generic file letter in response. I have a complete copy of the complaint, including my replies and theirs. My daughter did not throw on the boots immediately and wear them all the time every day. She wore them less than a handful of times and they fell apart! I never asked them for a refund in the first place. I asked their customer service to give me contact info for the manufacturer of the boots, because they were defective. The order was placed on dec *and when I received the item it was wrapped and placed under the christmas tree where they stayed until christmas in order to be a gift. So your policy is not good for anyone who wants to chrsitmas shop or buy a gift for someone. I stated in my first email request for help that I had read your policy and I may not agree with it, but I only asked for contact info on who I should reach out to from the manufacture of the item. It was clearly defective and defective products do happen. I am complaining about your customer service and the fact that you all blatantly never once answered the question asked - you skirted it, ignored it and still continue to do so. So you're telling me as the consumer that it is okay to sell something to someone and refuse to stand behind it, or help the customer when they purchase something that is defective. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. It is a complete and total scam. Revdex.com should not have accredited them. I purchased a sheet set that was never shipped. When I talked to customer service, they told me they would "escalate" the order and have an answer in 3-business days. I got fed up of waiting for them to answer me so I called the number and asked to speak with a supervisor; Ralph, the hapless supervisor, went in circles telling me a million excuses and saying they'd offer me a refund and that it's first come first serve for the items but that I'd have my order cancelled whether I wanted to or not because of some nonsense excuse. DO NOT USE THEM. You will regret being scammed by these lowlives who claim to sell authentic items. They don't. They have a manufacturer that copies the items and then sends them out.

Review: I placed an order on 11/** for three android tablets. I received an email that the delivery date will be on 12/**. On 12/** I onky received two tablets and one was missing the accessories. Review: I placed an order (#[redacted]) on November [redacted] for 2-Google Android Tablets and a pair of boots. I was charged for the items on December [redacted]. Nomorerack.com guarenteed delivery by Chrisstmas to all orders plaved by December [redacted]. It is December [redacted] and I still do not have my items, but they have my money. The phone number they list only gets you a message that send [redacted] to their on line customer service which only gets you a generated e-mail. So as you can see they do not know when customer service is. I am not happy with this situation as I still have family members waiting for their Christmas gifts. Review: I ordered from nomorerack.com on 12/**/13 at around 2:30am. It was a luggage set in which they charged my credit card the full amount which was $59.00 as soon as I submitted the order. Before I submitted the order the website stated that I would recieve the item within 10-14 business days. When I checked back on 12/**/13 the website stated that the item was still being processed. I looked for a phone number or address on their website but could not find one. So I emailed the company at 1:17pm on 12/**/13 and recieved an email back from someone named [redacted] at 10:45pm stating that the order would ship between 2-3 weeks and that I could not cancel my order. After reading many many reviews today I found out that there are many people who are charged and never recieve their items or their money back. I do NOT want store credit of any kind just my exact amount that was deducted. After receiving my money I will cancel my credit card due to other reviews who have stated that they have had trouble with their credit cards after dealing with this company.

Review: I ordered 5 tablets on dec * and received the first one on dec ** these all were ordered at the same time I had only received one shipping tracking number so I was expecting them to all arrive at the same time that was not the case I got the first one and then over the next 2 week I received 3 more my concern is also only 1 came in shrink wrap and the others the seal on the boxes were broke which is now making me wonder if its a referb being passed as new ones these also have different style charger than the one that came in shrink wrap I have tried to call this company sent email and contact them on my face book and just keep getting auto bot type responses but can not seem to get hold of a live person there web site also says all items ordered before dec [redacted] are guaranteed to be received by Christmas well I have gotten all but 1 before Christmas and then the last one came in to today my order shows I ordered a red one and they sent me pink when you comment on there face book page the delete anything negative also there web site says orders must be returned with ordinal packing slip and none of them came with soDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the 295 I spent for there crap

On December **, 2013 a refund was issued in the amount of $59 for failing to deliver one tablet prior to Christmas.

On December **, 2013 customer service informed you that if you would like to receive a refund for the rest of the tablets, they must be returned using an RMA and once the vendor received the product, a refund will issued. This was reiterated on January [redacted] and * 2014 and you told customer service that you do not want to return the items. Since the return policy was not followed, a refund cannot be issued.
