Review: I purchased 2 tablets from NoMoreRack.com for Christmas gifts. One day after the gifts were given the tablets started having quality issues. I contacted NoMoreRack and they asked me to contact the manufacturer and if I continued to have problems they would be help me with returning the product. I made numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact the phone number NoMoreRack provided but was unsuccessful in getting my issue resolved. I contacted NoMoreRack as instructed in their original response to me and they told me they couldn't help me. Their customer service did not help me wit my return as they said they would.Desired Settlement: In their original response to my issue with said they would help with me return. All I would like is for NoMoreRack.com to follow through with what their customer service told me.

The company refuses to ship to a PO Box even with a physical address added for verification. A good many rural communities only have PO Boxes. There response is"take it up with [redacted]".If ordering by credit card and you have a billing address which is a PO Box it must be good enough for everyone else. What is there problem?

Review: I purchased a pair of boots from the online site nomorerack.com. Once received, the boots were too small. I then tried to contact the company, which their 800 number said they were too busy to work through the phone and to email them. Every response would take a week or more to reach out to me. I simply wanted to return the boots and get my money back, since they were taking so long to respond and I felt really uncomfortable at that time in exchanging. I was also told I could not exchange but that I had to return and purchase again. After working with several people and being told exactly how to return the item, and being promised I would be fully refunded for the boots along with the out of pocket cost for me to ship them back, since their return lablel was sent to the wrong email address, and could not be reprinted according to them, I never received a refund and was told I did the return wrong, because I did not keep a copy of the shipping receipt. I placed it in the box along with the boots as directed. Now I have no boots, and I shelled out almost 40.00 to a company with terrible customer service and getting the run around from so many people.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my original cost, plus the 16.95 I paid to ship back the boots. I have my credit card statement that shows what I paid, as I did not keep the shipping reciept, I was told to put it in the original box. The company also never sent me a reciept for my purchase, just an instruction sheet if I wanted to return.

Review: I ordered a battery operated trike on 4/**/13; order #[redacted]. The trike arrived missing a necessary part. I contacted them by email and they shipped the wrong part. Since them I have re-contacted them via email at least 3 times without success. I still have a trike in pieces in my garage not usable. Today they told me I needed to contact the manufacturer directly, providing me with a phone number. I did not purchase the trike from the manufacturer and desire an immediate refund. Review: I had purchased several items from Nomorerack.com for my wedding in May. When the items reached me, they wewre nothing like the description, to my dissapointment, I returned them in the caos of finalizing my wedding. This was upsetting because I had bought all of my wedding gifts from Nomorerack.com, so not only did I have to go thgrough the process of calling the company to return the items, package the mulitple (about 25 items) items, insure all the packages and ship them back to different addresses across America, but I also had to go through the process of dealing with USPS to track all the packages and get documentation of the arrival of the packages, but I had sent sevral emails and phone calls regaurding the returned items. Today I finally spoke to [redacted] at ###-###-#### with whom I spent time on the phone giving all of my returned item numbers and tracking numbers to. [redacted] notified me that several packages were returned and my account on Nomorerack.com was credited (no where on the return policy or our phone calls did it say or did I ok a credit to my account, I made it clear that I wanted the return back to my Credit Card. The remaining items were found returned 3 months ago, but No return or Credit was given back. [redacted] Manager [redacted] after customer request, offered me a $10 credit to my account for my issues. I explained that my APR on my Credit card for a few hundred dollars times 3 months plus the insurance on the packages and the hassels of emailing and calling and getting no assistance was worth more then $10. Nomorerack.com advertises fakely, makes it difficult to return the products and the company will not refund the customers money even if the products were recieved by them, unless the customer calls and hounds them for the refund. This is not my first issue with Nomorerack.com, this is simply my last, I will never use Nomorerack.com again.Desired Settlement: Honestly, im dissapointed in the company, Ive talked about Nomorerack to family and friends over the past year and referred them to the site and now I feel like Ive misdirected those im close to, to use a horrible company and get bad service. Review: I placed an order with this company on 12/**/14. I payed with [redacted]. They over charged me by $20, and I was charged that amount twice. So instead of $62.92, I was charged $82.92 and TWICE. That brought my account into overdraft. resulting in over $100 in fees. I attempted for nearly 3weeks to get resolved. but nomorerack kept saying they only received 1 payment when I clearly proved their was two that went through. I finally got through [redacted] the duplicate charge refunded. But then No more rack STILL fought tooth nd nail to refund me the $20 over charge. Never the less the over draft fee's THEY created. I finally got that and the bank to refund the charges. and o more rack gave me credit on their sight to use towards merchandise. This was after probably 30 contacts with them,. and more to [redacted] via [redacted], [redacted], email and telephone. I went to use the credits on their site that day they gave me credits,. and they locked my account stating fraudulent activity that needed investigated. They requested 24 hours to do so. I gave them much longer than that, one email to anther just kept giving me the run around that they could not help me,. email anther address,. I email that address,. they tell me to contact the other. I have even asked to speak with management several times only to be hung up on,. or disconnected from chat. Or NO response at all. I have remained calm the whole time. No raising my voice or vulgar language. I have posted on their social media site [redacted] reaching out publically to ask for help,.. only to I guess make them mad. because they tell me that It was harassment and trying to ruien their business. I made 200% effort to state only the facts,. and also posted screenshot pictures of my order, the [redacted] charges, and my bank account statement to prove it. Now that I have defective merchandise,.. they will only give me credit to use on their site. Which I can NOT order from because they refuse to unlock it. And discriminated. Still seeking resolution. Review: I order a product from Nomorerack.com on December [redacted], 2013. It was supposed to be a red MID google Tablet. It was intended to be a Christmas present to my Son-in-law. After waiting for three weeks for the delivery, it arrived on December [redacted], 2013. I looked at the package and was shocked to see that the package contained not a red tablet, but stated it was pink. I did not trust the wrapper and opened the product and indeed the tablet was pink. There was no packing slip in the package stating what I had purchased or the correct color. Nothing to indicate that I had not ordered pink. There is a contact phone number on the only piece of paper there was in the package. It only states that we needed to send the complaint in an e-mail, which I promptly did. I have received no response to this e-mail. With no solution for a return of the merchandise. After having this problem, I read other peoples reviews of this website and noticed that they were having similar issues. I wanted my issue added to their list of complaints. They did not believe that they had shipped the wrong item and asked me to send a picture of the item? The were not concerned with the return of the item of the functionality of the item? No return tracking number was provided nor was an apology issued for the inconvenience. Since the time of this complaint the item has been malfunctioning and will not hold a charge. I sent a detailed e-mail to Nomorerack.com with the specific nature of the complaint, but I keep getting generic responses to contact them "if I have further issues", yet they provide no telephone number and have an auto-response to the e-mails. I am not the only one who is having these issues with this company.

Worst company I have every dealt with. Everything I have bought is either defective or is dirty or is the wrong size or color. They say "Oh just send it back"!! 3 times!!!! Please dont order from this company. It is really really the worst I have ever encountered and I spend a lot of money shopping online.

Review: Order was "canceled" by company but money was not refunded

on 12/*/2014 I ordered some bedding and a shirt from nomorerack.com. Order number [redacted]. The next morning I saw an email saying it had been canceled due to the [redacted] payment not being completed. I checked [redacted] and my credit card and the charge was on both. I contacted nomorerack they they told me that I had to provide them with the [redacted] transaction number and they would look into it. They finally came to the conclusion that it was "canceled" in error and that the money should be refunded to me. They said it would take 5-7 days for this to be forwarded to their refund department and the refunded to be processed. This is ridiculous. I paid my money and they are refusing to give me my goods or money back. This is fraudulent. It would have been easy to overlook the charge on my statement and they would just have my money. Review: I ordered 3 Google Andriod tablets on December [redacted]. The money for 3 tablets was taken out of my account on December [redacted]. I received 2 tablets in the usps mail on December [redacted]. I never received the 3rd tablet. I've called, tried to live chat, e-mailed several times with no response. for any online store with items in stock. I'm still waiting for you to even

You certainly CAN cancel it (it only takes a phone call) ... and if I have

to contact my CC company to fight this I will be sure to do that.

(the one that says I can reach you by telephone 7 days a week only to get a

I'm going to write one more time requesting my order to be canceled. If you

ignore it, give me another bogus phone number, close my case before it's

resolved to MY satisfaction or tell me you can't completely refund my money

I'm going to take this up with my credit card company and the Revdex.com.

If customer satisfaction is your main goal, I'd say you just did quite the

opposite with this customer who is trying to resolve an issue he is NOT

happy about.

Will NEVER do business with them again. I ordered some items at one time. First was one dress...they sent 2 - neither of which were the one I ordered. I ordered two jogging suits. Weeks later, after numerous emails, they said they didn't have them and it would take 4-6 weeks to see refund. And I am still waiting for sunglasses. My guess, they tell me those never came either.

When they were No More Rack, I ordered all the time, always got my order correctly and promptly. Choxi, never again!

Review: On Dec [redacted] 2013 I purchased an Irola Android Model number Irola DX752from the website nomorerack.com. The item arrived defective. It arrived approximately the [redacted] of December.

The item powers down every 20-30minutes regardless of power or what you are doing.

The item Will only charge to 86%

The item takes 12+ hours to charge to said 86%

The item runs out of power within a very short period of time

The item wont turn on about half the time.

The item has a warranty, but the number that comes with the produce does not connect you to anywhere.

I attempted to call customer service, but because it is Christmas they are only accepting online contact. I sent in two email requests before someone named [redacted] responded. [redacted] informed me that they do not do exchanges and closed my ticket as resolved. he also informed me that I could return the product and to let him know if I wanted to do so. He also informed me that I would have to repurchase the same item at a higher price since the sale price is no longer valid. I have sent four follow up e-mails back to him with no response.

The website has a return policy is 7 days from receipt of your item and you must have their customer service approval first as well as a code that customer service must give you. Also I must pay for shipping again. I can't return it since I don't have the address to return it to. I don't have the code for the return either. I can't even get a hold of the manufacturer to see if they will exchange it.Desired Settlement: I just want a working item that I purchased. This was my Christmas Gift to my wife. I don't want to have to pay for shipping again, because it should have been right the first time. I also don't want to have to wait 14 business days for them to process the order again. I just want to exchange the item for one that works.

Well.. I learned a $24.00 lesson.. the hard way.. Bought a phone from H.e$.N.Junk!..Bought 2sets of Wireless Headphones from TV's E -vines...Junk.. Review: On December *th I placed an order for two pairs of earrings. One of them was, 1 Carat Total Weight Genuine Tanzanite Studs in Sterling Silver. I gave them to my mother as a birthday gift, and as soon as she picked up one of the studs to put it in, the tanzanite fell out. It was advertised as study, and that should not have happened. I have contacted this company several times only to be told I can pay to have it shipped back and then have a credit on my account where I can purchase it again. The problem is they no longer carry this item. Each time I try and continue the conversation to explain my problem I'm given some generic e-mail telling me my case has been closed. By the way, I was never offered any information on how to send the earrings back. What I want is to receive the product I ordered that isn't defected sent out to me. Review: I ordered 6-Pack: Lacy Zebra Print Molded Cup Fashion Bras with Underwire

Size: 42c ... and these are NOT ANYWHERE NEAR a 42C the cup is more like a very small B and the band is at best a 38. Also one of the bras came without a tag, leading me to believe that they were not new!!! I could have dealt with the poor quality and workmanship of these bras, but the fact they obviously just stuck a 42C tag on whatever size bra they had and shipped it off is inexcusable! This item says it is final sale but this is obviously part of the scheme to sell crap bras in the wrong size to unsuspecting customers, I have absolutely no use for these bras now and it is obvious that I was purposefully tricked into buying these! I have laid one of these bras out next to a real 42C bra when I saw how small they looked and its comical how different they are!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and free return! I can't use these and I don't know anyone who could.
