Review: I ordered an iRola android 4.2 tablet on November [redacted], 2013. After being assured and reassured that my product would be delivered between 2 weeks and no later than 3 weeks, a delivery was made on December **, 2013. The products received were of significant difference and lesser value than what I paid for when ordering. I was told that I would need to send it back and that I would be required to pay for shipping. This was told to me the day before the gifts were to be given.Desired Settlement: They should ship me the correct tablets for free.

Review: I ordered three tablet computers on 11/**/13 from nomorerack.com. The nomorerack.com online order confirmation reflected that the three items were sent together under the same UPS tracking number. I received the package with that tracking number, but only two tablets were in the package. The nomorerack status page shows all three as delivered. No one from nomorerack has been available by phone or their online "chat live" function all day, so I am left hanging in the lurch for Christmas gifts.Desired Settlement: I want the third tablet before Christmas!!!

Review: I purchased Egyptian cotton sheets for $29.00 on Nomore Rack website. This was my first time shopping on their site.When they arrived they were not even cotton but 100% polyester! I contacted them and they said that they were "Egyptian cotton feel". This was not stated in their advertisement. I returned the item and requested that my credit card be credited. I never received a refund, so I contacted them. They stated that they never received the return. After much back and forth they said that they would give me a credit to their website. I did not want this but said ok. At a later date I tried to use the credit amount of $29.00 and I couldn't. I contacted them again and they said since I changed email addresses it was considered a different/new account and that they could not transfer the money into a new account. I explained that I am the same person that was originally issued the credit of $29.00 all that changed was my email address not me. I think this would be a common issue considering you are a web based merchant. They refused to give me the credit to use on their site. My original complaint with their product/advertising was that it was advertised as Egyptian cotton sheets and arrived at my house as 100% polyester sheets. I contacted them and they claimed that it was "Egyptian cotton feel" So, it started out as deception at the beginning.

Review: I ordered six necklaces for presents for my bridesmaids because they were represented to be a dark pink color however when they were received they were an extreme pale pink which is completely different than the color shown, I contacted the site but they refuse to resolve the issue and except the return because they stated it was marked as a final sale but that was no where on he site nor was it reiterated on the receipt. I contacted them the day the necklaces were received to inform them of my intentions.Desired Settlement: I just want to return the six necklaces that cannot be used due to their color.

Have defective merchandise. was seeking to get a replacement/exchange and the company will not allow me to proceed. They are claiming "account security"; but the issue is not account security. The issue is taking care of the defective product by replacing it or refunding it. My wife's name is on the account but it's my email address. She is at work and is not available.

Review: Ordered 4 Android tablets on Dec. [redacted] though Nomorerack. Was given the same tracking # for all 4 tablets but received 1 package containing only 2 of them by USPS. I spoke to Nomorerack who said that items do not always ship together. When I confronted them about the bogus tracking # and complained of the shortage they replied with universal comments and failed to explain where our other 2 were. After posting our complaints on their facebook page they deleted our Nomorerack acct and blocked me from being able to message them as they are doing with several others. They hide all comments about people not receiving items within seconds of being posted on their facebook page but leave positive posts and comment on them. I have several screen shots of my comments and others before they were deleted. I was finally able to contact them by phone where they deflected blame to the vendor the vendor has now had me on hold for 41 minutes as I type this. Review: I ordered an item from nomorerack.com that I have not received a month after ordering. They sent me an email saying this was delivered when it had not been. I contacted the company and they said it had been sent to the wrong location. At that time the company declared the issue resolved. There had been no further communication from them and no delivery of the item, more than a month later. The amount paid was not refunded. Review: On 2/**I ordered a dress shirt from Nomorerack. I noticed after I checked out and paid for the item that the wrong item was purchased. As I look to see what I did wrong I noticed that there are NO IDENTIFYING NUMBERS to categorize the style of the shirts. Meaning I chose a royal/white shirt, not knowing there were 3 more of the same color. I looked in my cart, hoping that I would see some kind of identifying number, nothing was there other than the size and color.

I did a live chat with an agent shortly after I realized this issue. I tried explaining to her what happened and how Nomorerack is at fault for this error due to the options not being specific (displaying the product #) in the menu when you choose the style of shirt. I told her that when you choose to look at the shirt it has an identifying number but when you choose to put the shirt in your cart it doesn't have anything to identify the shirt other than the name. I clearly explained to her that I did not want the shirt that I purchased if it was not the shirt that I thought I ordered. I told her the product number I wanted was #**but it was #**that I believed I purchased. I told here there were at least 3 more shirts that are identified as royal/white. We went around and around ultimately she was no help. She also did not offer to cancel the order. While looking at what other options I had, I noticed that the order was able to be canceled until 9am the following morning (I found this out after the fact).

This morning (2/**) at approx 915am my girlfriend called Nomorerack on my behalf. She spoke to an agent who was able to confirm to me that it was in fact shirt #**that was ordered, not #[redacted] as I had hoped. The agent explained to my girlfriend that there is no way I could see what shirt was ordered because the picture of the shirt in my cart was a default picture, that shows up for any style of shirt that was purchased and the ONLY way to be 100% certain of the shirt you ordered is to call back AFTER you purchased the shirt. My girlfriend asked her again, to be clear, that no matter what style of shirt that you choose, the same picture comes up and the only way to know what shirt you purchased is to call AFTER you paid for it to double check. The agent said yes. The agent then advised she can cancel the order, which was OK'd by me to cancel. About 10 minutes later she tells my girlfriend that she WAS NOT ABLE to cancel the order because the cut off time to cancel the order has passed. Which it did. 9am is the cut off time, but the issue that is at hand here is the girl from the live chat was not able to tell me which style shirt was purchased, so ultimately I had no choice to wait until I spoke to someone to verify what style shirt was purchased. The agent who my girlfriend spoke to today said that the order has been sent to the vendor and that's why its not able to be canceled at this time. The agent said they cannot contact the vendor and the only course of action at this point is to refuse the package when it is delivered or to return the shirt. The agent was advised that it is NOT my fault I ordered the wrong shirt and their web developers need to be more diligent when creating the menus to order products. She said that she will forward the suggestion.

My girlfriend then spoke to a supervisor who said that the order cannot be canceled at this time and I can refuse the package or return the shirt. It was explained to her how no one was able to help me until this morning and its not fair how the cut off time to cancel an order is the same exact time they open and the web site is basically advertising without disclosing specific information. My girlfriend demanded this situation to be rectified and the supervisor stated they can contact the vendor but the vendors don't typically get back to them until 5-7 business days and by that time the shirt is most likely sent out. The supervisor was advised to send communication to the vendor. The supervisor told me that I could have emailed their 24/**customer care center to cancel the order. It was again explained to her that no one was able to confirm what shirt was purchased until today.Desired Settlement: I want shirt style #[redacted], not #[redacted]. I will not pay for any shipping costs when I have to ship back this shirt

CHOXI FKA Nomorerack has consistently refused to address a complaint asking them to give a reason for blocking my wife and I from purchases. We have spent thousands of dollars over at least 4 years without any issues. My wife was recently blocked with the excuse that she made a chargeback (to cancel an order) 3 YEARS AGO!!! THEY HAD NO PROBLEM SELLING HER ANYTHING FOR THE 3 FOLLOWING YEARS!!! When I joined with my credit card, once again there was no problem taking money from me over several months. I recently ordered a laptop computer that was stated on their site as delivered on May [redacted]. When it didn't arrive I questioned their customer service, I too was blocked. After questioning the justification, I was told that I have the same IP adress as my wife and could not continue purchasing any items. I have several items on order and can not access their site to see the tracking information. I STILL have not received the laptop computer sent to [redacted] on May [redacted] and cannot go to the site to see the status of my other orders. Since I had these problem, I have noticed several customer complaints about wrong shipments, not taking back items and no refunds.

This company is a disgrace and should not be allowed to do business. Also, after I insisted after several email complaints on a phone call, I was given the same excuse over and over again for why I was cancelled. I told them I was reporting them to the Revdex.com but they didn't care!

Despite the company's policy, this product (a set of bedsheets) was defective. The defect didn't become obvious until the sheets were washed once, which was after their stated two week return window. Given that these sheets were defective, their return policy is unreasonable. Their offer of $10.00 on a future purchase is unacceptable because we have no intention of shopping with this vendor again.

Review: We have been in contact with NoMoreRack through email since December [redacted] 2013 in reference to the issues at which point the company continues to redirect us back to the vague receipt transcript stating that we just order any tablet and not a specific brand. The order was placed November **, 2012 for three IRola android powered tablets. We were directed to the specific tablets through an advertisement posted my nomorerack on facebook. We order three in three different colors. The first tablet arrived about a week an a half after the order was placed and the tablet was the wrong brand. The brand received was a Kocaso M736 runs on Android 4.1 where as the one we ordered was the IRola that runs on 4.2 Jelly Bean. The second one arrived about a week later and it was the wrong color and the plastic was removed from the outer box. Lastly the last tablet arrived a few days ago and the plastic was also removed from the package but at least it was the right color. We have contacted nomorerack about the issue of the color and brand errors and in respond the customer representatives continue to redirect us to a vague description of an invoice that merely states the order was just of a android powered tablet. We have told them that we can deal with the color error of the one, but we do not want the tablet that is a completely different brand. The response is the same that the order was for a android tablet and that is what they provided to us. Our order number was [redacted]. and this is the description provided with no brand specified: Google Android 4.1 OS 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Tablet PC with Accessories Lastly, the tablet that we did receive does not even work properly. Review: Ticket # [redacted] I ordered refurbished lg hbs 800 wireless headset from Choix when it was called NoMoreRack inc. I ordered the headset on 4/**/15 and received order confirmation by email dated 4/**/15. I received the item on 4/**/15. Please note, no receipt accompanied the item.

By 4/**/15 the item stop working so I contacted NMR. ON 5/*/15. I received a reply from [redacted] with Customer service. The email gave return instructions and said to use the attached lable. No lable was attached to the email. However, it did list a return address. I replied with a request to attach the lable since it was not in the email.

After filing out a customer satisfaction survey on 5/*/15, I received another e:mail from [redacted] with customer. The email contained a Web link, and the word "attachment" in the body of the letter. However, no attachment I filled out another survey explaining I was not satisfied and received a reply 5/*/15. This e:mail said to return the item to the following address which is what I did:

I also included the tracking number for the lable I never received [redacted].

On5/*/15, I asked about the status of this order and advised that the post office said delivery would be made on 5/*/15. I received a reply asking for a Tracking number. I explained I didn't have one. But it was returned to the address in the email.

ON 5/**/15, I received an email indicating that I would not be refunded since they could not confirm return and they were not responsible for items lost in the mail. At that point they closed the ticket. I have a problem with that conclusion since I followed their instructions and returned the item to the address listed in the email. Also, they indicated that non working items could be returned on nomorerack.com.

Please note this item was not returned to me and the post office verified the address prior to me shipping the defective item.

I want full refund of $46.00.Desired Settlement: Refund.

Review: I placed an order 6/**/2013 for $49 worth of merchandise. On 8/**/2013 I contacted the company via email to ask where my package was. I was told that the package had been delivered. When I asked for delivery information I was initially asked, "What do you mean?" I asked for address, tracking number, and method. I was then given a UPS tracking number that had only my state and no address. I contacted UPS who told me that nomorerack contacts with them to deliver packages to USPS for delivery (thus the lack of address). My husband works at home 5 days a week and we receive at least 3-5 packages a week. I requested a refund and the nomorerack representative resent the UPS tracking number. I once again requested a refund for a package that was never delivered. Every subsequent inquiry is answered with the UPS tracking number.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: I purchased several items from www.nomorerack.com and was not pleased with the quality of the items once I received them. The clothing that I ordered was way smaller than "normal" sizing for clothing, the material was so thin it was see-through, and the sheets that were advertised as "1600 thread count Egyptian Cotton" was most definitely not Egyptian Cotton and was certainly not 1600 thread count. When I called the customer service telephone number to express my displeasure with the product, and ask for a refund, I was told I could not return some of my items; however, I was given an address in [redacted] for the items that I could return. I sent ALL items back to the provided address, and made a complaint on Nomorerack's Facebook page. A representative e-mailed be back,and told me they would resolve the issue, and make an exception for me and refund me all of my money to my original form of payment. After TWO weeks I have yet to get my refund, and when I inquired about it today I was told that I would NOT receive my full refund as promised because I sent some items to the wrong address.
