I've ordered several times from them. I've always received items faster than expected, and always in excellent condition. Only once did I need to return something, a cellphone battery & charger set that didn't work with my phone. Although not their fault, I was treated politely on the phone and promptly received all I needed to return it, including pre-paid postage. I have recommended NoMoreRack to friends and will continue to buy from them.

Review: We have done Business past 2 years with Choxi and we had no collection issues, now we have been dragged

for months by accounting when they owe us approx $50,000.00, which before we take legal action, we were advised to open a complaint here through Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: we would like payment in full asap, whats owed to us we have dro shipped, took care of all customer issues 100% and that money was collected by them from customer for products we have shipped, so its 100% rightfully our money.

Review: I ordered two tablets from this company on 12/*/13 The MID Google Android 4.2 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Dual-Camera Tablet PC & Accessories and the Google Android 4.1 OS 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Tablet PC with Accessories. To this date I have not received the MID Google Android 4.2 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Dual-Camera Tablet PC & Accessories. I did receive the Google Android 4.1 OS 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Tablet PC with Accessories on 12/**/13. The reason I only received one of my products is that the person that processed my order put the same tracking number on both boxes, the post master in my town told me that they should have been different numbers and never the same. the tracking numbers on both boxes are the same I cant give you the tracking number in the complaint because your system wont let me but can provide it in email if needed. the U.S.P.S. scanned the one I did get and because of the fact that both tracking numbers are the same it shows that I got both boxes when in fact I didn't . I have been in contact several times by email with nomorerack they don't take phone calls and I keep getting the same thing wait 5 days, or we show you got your package. I have asked several times for the refund so that I can go out and find her a different tablet.Desired Settlement: I want the money for the MID Google Android 4.2 1.2GHz 4GB 7" Dual-Camera Tablet PC & Accessories priced at $59.00 plus $2.00 shipping fee a total of $61.00 put back on my card right away. this was a Christmas present for my daughter and they ruined Christmas .

Review: I ordered my merchandise on 11/**/2013 with a guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Well after a couple weeks I call and they said rest assured it will be there. Well the Monday before Christmas I call and told them it still was not here. Do not worry it will be there by Christmas Eve. Well of course it was not. So the day after Christmas I called and talked to someone on their [redacted]and he said since they did not fulfill the guarantee they are going to refund me my money and I will still recieve my merchandise within the next couple of weeks. I even repeated, So I am still getting the stuff since the guarantee was not met, and your still refunding me the cost? He said absolutely and apologized. So I call today, Jan **, 2014 and talk to them and the lady said we refunded you the money and it is not up to us to get you the merchandise, it is up to the distributor. If you want the merchandise you can go to the website and reorder the products. I asked are yall still going to cover the property and she said no sir, we refunded you your payment.Desired Settlement: I expect to get the product that I ordered with a guarantee and what was promised to be sent to me even after the refund.

I was told by YOUR customer service reps and a supervisor that since I did not receive the product before Christmas that I would get a refund and the product would be shipped when the distributor gets more items in stock. They even explained that nomorerack does not carry the stock, that its a distribution point. But they guarantee the merchandise will still be delivered.

Review: I ordered 2 tablets on November [redacted]. I received the same tracking number for both items but only received one tablet. I have contacted them and they said the second one will be at my house in 3 days, then after 3 days they told me 24 hours...3 days after all that I still have yet to recieve my product. Now they are asking me which color tablet did I receive and which tablet am I missing. Here we are so close to christmas and I now have a child without a present. When I call the customer service number it states that they only accept emails due to the high amount of calls for the holidays...I guess so if they aren't delivering the products that people are paying for!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund

Review: I made a purchase in mid Dec. The item was weeks late (and Only arrived when I started researching it and asking for an explanation) and in poor packaging. I was informed that I would receive a credit to my account since it was so late and then someone else a few days later sent me a return sticker stating I would have to return the item. By this point, I told them I was returning nothing and then I would just take the loss and never do business with them again for any reason. I unsubscribed from the site and continue to get harassing emails from them daily. I have asked them to leave me alone and stop contacting me and they refuse.Desired Settlement: This company sends repeated form letter responses touting how dedicated to customer service they are. They have poor customer problem resolution and will not stop contacting a customer who has repeatedly asked not to be bothered by them again. I don't want to hear from them again.

It is impossible to respond to this message. Each time I submit the message is dropped. It is in keeping with the poor quality of service I received from the company in question. Review: I ordered a coffee mug from this company (www.nomorerack.com) back in December, it was never delivered to me.

They (www.nomorerack.com) claimed it was, but fail to prove proof of delivery.

I checked with the U.S. Postal Service and in its database it says: "in transit"

I never got it

Review: I purchased a pair of boots on 10/*/13 as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. The boots run small and when she opened them we realized they were way too small. I attempted to return them because of this size issue and was then told that this company has a "14 day" return policy. This was not stated on my order at the time of the purchase, only when I attempted to return them. The boots were a very good price and I could accept their return policy if they were not still offering the exact same item on the website as of this date.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the boots and either get a refund or a credit.

Both my account and the confirmation email I received for my order reflected a $10.00 credit on my account. But the $10.00 was not deducted from the amount that my credit card was charged. I have since received several emails about the $10.00 "credit" on my account that will be "expiring soon." Since they won't issue refunds for items that are returned--they will only issue a credit against a future purchase--it seems that once they have your money, they have it and there's no way to get it back.

They have issue with removing customers from mailing lists. I have requested removal through their "unsubscribe" button on every email for the last 6 months. Last week I emailed their customer service to remove me, and received a "Warning" response... that the email was not valid. Today I called customer service, although the representative was friendly, he didn't not make me feel like my request will be processed.

Review: I ordered merchandise from NOMoreRack and immediately returned the package to sender when this company got the order wrong.

I have exchanged numerous emails begging then demanding help.

I have sent the Tracking number and information proving the have it in their possession but they refuse to refund my money. And say they have not received it, closing my case.

Review: I ordered tablets for my children on December *. This company states that their items will arrive in 10-14 days. After this amount of time had passed, I started contacting the company. Then one tablet arrived, but the second did not. I have contacted this company one to two times a day for a week, and have received only automated responses saying that due to high volume, they are experiencing delays. They did not take my package to the USPS until December **, and shipped it 2 day mail, but the package is still not here. I have asked them to overnight me another tablet since this is a christmas gift for a child. When I tried contacting them on their facebook page, not only did they delete my posts, but they blocked me from messaging them or contacting them at all. They charged me yet never sent the product. Review: I purchased a tablet for my wife for Christmas from Nomoreack on November [redacted] 2013. On Christmas morning she opened product from sealed box and could not get tablet to work. I also tried to operate tablet no response. I looked at product to see if it was damaged; no damages. I looked closer at tablet and noticed a small stick in the back : This item has been refurbished. Immediately I jump on the computer to submit a claim. I took them a week to respond and the told me my 14-day return policy had expired and there was nothing they could do. I have been in contact with there customer service through emails for the past week and half trying to get some resolve but I feel I'm getting no where. The product also came with a 90-day Manufactures warranty but when I ask them about the vendors info. nomorerack resorts back to the same statement; this item can not be returned.Desired Settlement: I would really like to get her an operational tablet, pay the difference if they would allow but at this point I really don't want to deal with this co. ever again.

Review: I purchased a. singer Pixee plus sewing machine to do basic sewing. I opened the box and started setting it up according to instructions but was disappointed when the bobbin thread was not functioning as expected. I tried a few times but no change. I asked a few friends but no one was able to get it done. So I decided at this point I should return the item for an exchange at least. The company will not exchange because of their return policy which is 7 days. I have written a few email to them and I got the same response.
