Review: I ordered a total of 4 items on 12/**/13. I have only received 2 of the items and received a tracking number stating that the other 2 items have been shipped. Well I went to track the number and it cannot be found on the USPS website where it sent me to track the number. I have contacted the company a total of 5 times and was told that they were researching the issue. Well one of the claims has been open 6 days and no one has responded back to me yet. I am at the point now where I just want to get my money back and forget about the tablets for my kids. I would be better off going to Walmart and buying them knowing I have them in hand.Desired Settlement: I would like for the amount of $36.00 for not receiving the product.

Review: I made a purchase for my mother on December * 2013. I have tried multiple times to work with this company I have yet to receive 2 of the items I have been charged for one being a tablet and the other being a rainbow loom set for my daughter. I have tried to call this company who has turned off their telephone and live chat service due to too many telephone calls so you are required to email them. I have emailed multiple times to let them know what is going on and I need a refund or my items (before christmas) and now I am left with filing this complaint I have reached out to them by email and facebook with no resolution to my problem they simply reply with the same info I had already stated to them. Review: The website nomorerack.com offered a product (James Bond 50 complete blu ray set) for an unheard of price of $39. The average price seen on other websites were discounted at $179 or higher. I quickly ordered and after charging my credit card and taking all my information they cancelled the order after about 2 weeks. They claim that the supplier never fulfilled their order, but I feel the company was phishing for consumer information and never intended on delivering the product. They offered a $10 credit for their website which is about as useless a share of blockbuster at this point. The website maliciously puts out prices on products they know they cannot deliver.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would want the company to make good on the deal and not try to scam others.

Review: I went to order a pair of boots from their website. I would put them in my cart and then checkout with my credit card info and the online checkout form would tell me the transaction could not be processed. I tried this 5 times until I realized their website DID in fact charge me 5 separate orders. I opened a case with the support team, the first person told me in 5-7 business days my card would be refunded. 7 business days passed and the response I get is:

"Our records show we issued a refund for order 0rder[redacted] on August **,2015 in the amount of $122.00. It takes approximately 5 - 7 business days (not including weekends) for the refund to appear on your statement. I do realize this has passed the 7 day mark and we apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused.

We ask for you to check with your bank and double-check the refund transaction. Please send us a copy of your statement showing the amount charged to your credit card. We will use the copy to help research the refund so we can resolve this concern as quickly as possible.

Regretfully, the refund has not been submitted yet for the order numbers 0rde[redacted], 0rder[redacted] and 0rder[redacted]. I have gone ahead and manually requested for refund back to the original form of payment. Review: I made my first order from this so called company on December [redacted], they immediately took money out of my bank account, and have yet to send me the item I purchased. My order currently is in the processing stage where it has been since I placed my order. They will not answer your emails with the correct responses,they want to point fingers at the weather or the supplies but always give a general response that they send to everyone else. Review: I placed an orDer Dec [redacted]. I within an hr got to emails with two seperate conformation codea. They processes the SAME orser twice. I emailed them imediatly and told them the issue and had rwquested BOTH orsers to be canceled. Called the 1800 number and it was an automated machine saying they were not taking calls all communicaton was being done via email. After 4 days I FINALLY got an email back and they said sorry it has already been proceases to our 3rd party and cant canacle. Review: I purchased items from no more rack and had to return two velour pant suits and a reversible hoodie. One pant suit and the hoodie was under order number [redacted] and the other pant suit was under order [redacted] My tracking number was [redacted] the post office put alot of packages to this company on tracking number [redacted] on form [redacted]. Which was delivered to there facility on or around Jan [redacted]. Every time I e-mail this company they cannot find that these items were returned. I had the post office put a tracer on my tracking number and that is how I got the one that they gave me. At first this company tried to tell me that I didn't have this order. I just keep getting the runaround with them. Last time I spoke to them they still have to check to see if these items had been returned. This has been going on since Jan I want a refund for these items.

I don't have the original paperwork from No more rack. Everything I had I supplied to you when I complained about this company. As of to date I have never received my refund. I did contact the post office to track it. According to the post office it was delivered to them.

After the second one cracked I emailed them several times and finally was given a return number and was told I would be given a refund. Review: I am having multiple problems with them. I have received damaged products that they are unwilling to exchange. They are storing my credit card information with out my permission and refuse to take it off which resulted in an unauthorized purchase described below that they refuse to take back. [Yes, my husband contacted you for as he had used MY credit card that was stored on your website with out my permission. Now if he claimed to me that could be. When referencing that order and the emails he was told that he could return the mistake item and when I tried to return it I was told that it could not b returned.

The problem I have is the purse that was ordered for my Christmas present had a huge hole in it and makes it worthless. In regards to your credit card number being saved by our billing processor, I was able to contact them and have it removed from their records. Please log into your nomorerack account to confirm the card is no longer available for use your account. I would also suggest that you change the password for you nomorerack account and do not share it with anyone including your husband and also that you do not choose the option to have your credit card saved again. If you husband makes an unauthorized purchase using your account again we will be unable to allow any additional exceptions if the items are marked as final sale or are beyond the normal return time frame.

Review: I bought a cell phone samsung duos android 4.0 3g smartphone with case and screen protector- factory unlocked on 01/**/2014. MY CC was charged for the purchase on 01/**/2014. I received a email on the 01/**/2014 saying my order has been shipped. To date I have not received that order. I went in the direction of contacting the post office who told me according to their records the said package was delivered on 01/**/2014 @ 2:25pm. The date and time given no one was at home to receive the item. I then contacted nomorerack.com via email and informed them about the fact that I never got the phone and sent me another email with the tracking number. I sent a second email same response. I then sent a third email and the reply was to make a report to the police. Now I have several problems with this....the company that charged my CC is responsible for getting the item to me, I should not be running around looking for something that I paid you for. I was charged $205.30 total and would like to have my money refunded in full.
