Review: I ordered a tablet the first week of December and requested by email the next day that I'd like to cancel. They stated they'd already sent my information for processing since I was after the 6am EST cutoff (I'd tried calling before then repeatedly, with NO answer on their end), so I'd need to return it and then they would issue a refund. I received the tablet 12/** and have been requesting information on their vague return information ever since, without any correspondence back except for canned emails stating they will get back to me within 48 hours. It has been 96 hours without any assistance. I have called repeatedly again, emailed, filled out the form on their website and attempted to use their "Live Chat" button on the website, as it states to, and rather than having someone available in their chat queue (they use LivePerson, which I was a chat admin for; if there is no one available, the Chat button should disappear from the website), I received the same canned answer stating that they'd get back to me within 48 hours. I have called 4 times this morning, 12/**, without any success and have yet to receive assistance. I would like my card refunded, as I don't trust the business to communicate and assist me in any manner.Desired Settlement: I would like my card refunded the purchase price of the tablet.

Review: Bought 6 of same item and when I got them I didn't get all of the item as described on website, so I contacted their customer care by email several times to get all information I needed to return the items and I have all emails that say they will refund my money and credit my card that was charged to as long as I sent back all items in original packages and I sent back exactly what they sent me , all items unopened, it has been 3 weeks maybe 31/2 weeks and no credit, tried calling, but all you get is computer generated message, so I sent email out today.Desired Settlement: Just want my money back and credited to my card.

Review: On Dec. **, 2013 I order (2) items. First Item was one pair of CZ studded earrings in sterling silver, the second item was one pair of Tanzanite trillion cut earrings in sterling silver. Both items totaled $26.00 with shipping.

Todate, I have not received the CZ earrings and on 12/**/13 I received a very poor quality damaged pair of Tanzanite earrings. The stone was loose and separated from the setting.

I emailed "Nomorerack.com" immediately on 12/**/13 informing their customer service department of the damaged earrings and the fact that I did not received the CZ earrings. The total cost of the items have already cleared my bank account the second I ordered them. I requested in writing a full and complete refund for BOTH items! They have yet to respond to me by mail, e-mail or telephone.Desired Settlement: Full and complete refund including shipping charges in the amount of $26.00

I have emailed them several times regarding my issue and their response is an auto-generated pre-dictated response (same message each time),

saying that they cannot find my order number, tracking number or history of my order. I continually give this information to them including the

information directly from my bank account showing the funds being withdrawn from "nomorerack.com". To date, they have NOT resolved my complaint,

nor have they given me any refund or bothered to issue an RGA to return the merchandise.

Review: I received the same tracking number for 2 packages. I received 1 item, but not the second one. The post office said due to both items having the same tracking number and they show it delivered, there is nothing they can do. I contacted NOMORERACK, requesting my item or a refund and have gotten neither.Desired Settlement: I would like either my product or a full refund.

Now on the outside of the Non transparent package was annotated, "MID M766 (White) Tablet; Which is what I purchased on 11/**/13. I therefore, opened the package. After opening the package I immediately saw that ......THIS WAS NOT THE ITEM (tablet)THAT I ORDERED. The item sent is not the Kocaso M766 Tablet that I purchased (on 11/**/13). Nomorerack sent me a Kocaso M770 Tablet (Silver). The Kocaso M770 tablet has lower processing, battery power etc.; wasn't even the correct color (white). I was sent something other than what I purchased. I also was sent an INFERIOR product than what I ordered. I immediately contacted customer service via email(12/**/13); Unfortunately they have a automated message (when call attempts were made) directing customers to email if contact is desired. On 12/**/13 customer service formally replied to my original customer Inquiry (Ticket #[redacted] made on 12/**/13 which described the problems stated above) with a "standard" email which, explained the Nomorerack shipping practices and potential ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)of the item I had already received; while NOT answering or referring to any of my questions in their response.Desired Settlement: BOTTOM LINE: I want exactly what I paid for. Overnight the proper item to me, at Nomorerack's expense: And ensure that it arrives by 11/**/13 for Christmas. Or give me a $25 Refund for sending an Inferior and incorrect product. Review: My complaint is two parts.

1. Product was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas on 2 separate occasions via email. However, product arrived on the [redacted].

2. This is the main reason. I purchased a pair of boots from the company. It arrived on Dec. [redacted]. They were Christmas presents as well and were not opened until Dec. [redacted]. At that time, it was realized that I was shipped two left boots and not a pair. I contacted the company about this defective item and was told that my 7 day return/refund time was over although they had a grace period of 14 days. Defective items should be replaced if no use of product is determined.Desired Settlement: Just want to make the Revdex.com aware of this companies actions.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company on 11/**/14. My [redacted] account was charged the $19 sales price on December *,but I never received the product. I contacted them on December **, was told my order had been cancelled. Several emails later, I was notified that a refund had been posted to my credit card that had been charged for the purchase. No explanation was offered regarding this unsatisfactory experience.

Ordered product that never worked out of the box. Inform customer service and they only want to issue a 5 dollar store credit when my product costs 30 dollars. I will never do business with this company again. I suggest nobody else does either.

Review: On July [redacted] I ordere a MID Android 7" Tablet from nomorerack.com. When I received the tablet it was defective because there was a letter in the box from a previous customer stating that she wanted to return the tablet for a second time. I contacted nomorerack.com and was told that they would ship out another tablet with a return label to send back the defective tablet. This didn't happen so I contacted nomorerack.com again and they explained that I had to contact the seller ([redacted]) for resolution and if I didn't get any results to contact nomorerack and they would take care of the issue. I contacted the seller and didn't get any positive results. I contacted nomorerack.com and they explained that I had to follow the return orders that were given to me by [redacted] in order to receive another tablet, which were to return the defective tablet in order to receive a new tablet. What was explained to me by both companies was that I would receive a new tablet with a return shipping label and to send back the defective tablet. Neither of the companies honored this request so I'm filing this complaint. They wanted to pass the complaint to each company giving myself the run around. Neither ccmpany wants to be held accountable for sending a new tablet which is waht I was told. They didn't explain to me that I had to send the defective tablet back first before receiving another one. After speaking with the companies I'm reserved about sending the tablet back without receiving another one due to the lack of professionalism.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement ASAP or a full refund immediately. I will no longer be using this company to place anymore orders due to lack of profesionalism.

Review: Someone used my debit card to make a purchase of $370 on their site. It showed up in my online banking statement. I contacted my bank immediately and they confirmed the transaction was on my debit card to nomorerack. Com. My mortgage is due soon and this unauthorized transaction leaves me short. So I emailed their customer service at [redacted]. They asked for card number, I gave.. They said they couldn't find a purchase made on that card number which they also said it was invalid. Well it's invalid now because my bank cancelled the card, however, the purchase went through and was staring me in my face as I reviewed my bank balance! Then they asked to see the bank balance, I took a screens hot and sent to them, still they said they couldn't find the purchase! I called their customer service at ###-###-#### they also couldn't help get my money refunded! It is ridiculous that they cannot give me my money back! I also want it to go on record what a scam this is! A company should be able to identify a purchase that was made and if it was illegal, give the money back. Review: I purchased an Irola MID Google Android Tablet on December **, 2013 (order #[redacted]) which I did not receive until December **, 2013. The tablet was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my 15 year old daughter however 1 week after Christmas the tablet stopped working. The camera never worked & front cover came completely apart from the back cover. I went to the website where it states that returns are not allowed after 14 days of ordering the item. On January **, 2014 I contacted Nomoreracks & received this reply on January *, 2014.

Review: I placed an order on December *, 2013 for 2 android tablets. One black and one silver. Order #[redacted]. I paid them $118.00 for tablets ($59.00 per tablelt). I received and email 2 weeks later saying my order was being shipped and I received the order several days later, but there was only one of the tablets in the package. The package shipping receipt listed both tablets. The package was in good condition and was handed to me by our mail carrier. I have attempted to contact thier customer service via phone and email. The phone gives an automated message saying they are only accepting email inquiries. I have emailed multiple times and get the same generated response saying all orders place before Dec. *, 2013 are guarenteed to be in time for Christmas and have been shipped and that I should have received a tracking number via email. I have NOT received the second tablet nor an email saying it's on it's way nor have I received a refund for the tablet that was not delivered as promised. The web said if I placed an order before the [redacted] it will be guarantee before Christmas, really? My items are not even in transit! Review: I went to purchase a cat tree this year for a christmas present. All was well until I received the incorrect item in the mail. I reached out to nomorerack and got a customer service representative (CSR) who told me in order to get a return slip I would first have to assemble the cat tree and take pictures. I advised the csr that this was kinda strange and that I was certain it was the incorrect item. They still wanted me to pull the peices out of the box and assemble send pictures before they would allow me to send the item back. I advised the csr that this was a christmas present and I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible. When I received no response from this particular csr I reached out again in hopes I would get someone who could help. The next csr was more understanding and advised no need to assemble just tell us why it is incorrect. I did this and they advised they would send out a pre paid slip to mail the incorrect item back. They also mentioned this could take up to 48 hours. I check my email after the 48 hours and did not see an email, so I reached out again and advised no email received. They then said they would try again and check spam box in email. Again, I waited 48 hours checked again and still have not received the email. Today is now 01/**/15 well past christmas and the problem is still ongoing. I am now trying to get some kind of supervisor who might be able to help with the resolution of this problem. My original purchase date was 12/**/14 according to my records.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item I purchased, and an appology for not attempting to have an item delivered on time for christmas.

Review: Ordered Irola tablet for a Christmas gift for my 10yr old daughter...Charger will not work..USB that came with it charged it to 2% screen started acting nuts flashing white lines all through it then froze up...will not turn back on..She got to play with it for about two hours and now will not work..sent them emails with no response..I would like my money back but every complaint I HAVE READ stated that they will not refund after 7 days but there are numerous reports on this product being defective and most experiencing the exact same issues I am..I don't understand how with this many complaints something cant be done. I attempted to call nomorerack during this time but all the lines were down.
