This business has risky dealingsI was sent the wrong order but it is up to me to send back the item for review of their mistakeThe postage is paid but a refund does not include the original shipping cost of their error

I ordered a Bluetooth car device from choxi and paid $for it, but I haven't received it and I can't seem to reach themThey seem to be out of businessI want a refund

This Company {Choxi} customer service and management suck. I order some Haynes Brief and the Coleman pet stairs from this company in March of 2016. I was told that it was going to take two weeks for delivery. A month went by and I still have not received my package nor a phone call telling me something was wrong. So at the beginning of May I called to see what had happen.I talked to a CSR of Choxi and she told me that they didn't have the Haynes Brief and they was waiting to get then from somewhere else. I was made because they didn't let me know what was going on with my order. The CSR told me at that time they did have the Coleman pet stair and they would send me an e-mail when it ship out. I got an e-mail on May [redacted] 2016 saying that they was going to give me credit because they didn't have the Coleman pet stair , it's going on two month and now the won't to give me a credit on there company for the money that they took off of my credit card that is unacceptable.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I had contacted the immediately when they emailed me the order was going to be canceled and that they were going to issue a refundThe email stated that there was going to be a refund posted in to daysI emailed them back within minutes of getting their email telling them of the situation that the card used to make the initial purchase was a prepaid gift cardI told them since the card balance was completely used the card was no longer useable that the acct was closed after the balance was used on the cardThat the card was disposed of and I could not get a refund to the cardI told them to either refund it to my debit card or that they would need to issue me a creditThey did not respond at which time I sent that email againThen days later they sent me an email telling me it was too late that the pre paid gift card was issued the refundWhen I told them that I wanted the information who the refund went to etcThey said that information was not availableAfter they had told me I would need to contact the bankThe gift cards clearly state that once the card balance is used up that the card is no longer an open accountThere would have been no acctfor them to issue the refund to!! I did not want to take a credit with their company but expressed that I would accept that Then a few days later they were saying it was too late that the card was creditedBut would not give me information as to who was refunded or the card number which I no longer had as I disposed of the card once the balance was used upWhere did the refund go??? I just got off the phone with one of your representative named [redacted] and her superior [redacted] I am irate to say the leastAfter checking my account today I noticed a change from no more rack for $I made my initial order for a phone in the amount of $on 1/ [redacted] and cancelled it That $was returned on 1/**On 1/ [redacted] I ordered a ring in the amount of $The was a change to my account for  $for a ring and a phoneAnd another for $for the ringI wanted the ring but not and surly not the phone I didn't want to begin withI discovered this because I went to pay my light bill and couldn'tWhen I called customer service I was told there was nothing they could do because the system wouldn't make an order I didn't want so I had to have placed this orderAnd if I wanted my money back then I would have to pay around $to send it back then a refund would be processedI was told that I should have checked my order soonerHow was I to know to check on something I didn't orderAnd at no point did I receive an email telling me anytime about the ring I did orderThis is going to cost me a reconnection fee on top of my original light bill and I have to pay to send the product backThis is unacceptable!  I need the entire order cancelledI dont want any of it!
