I ordered a gift certificate on line and was informed that the email address for the recipient was not validI phoned them and spent several hours and repeated hang ups before I could talk to a personIt this point I gave up on giving a corrected email and asked to cancel the order sisnce it had never been deliveredThis involved several unsuccesful phone calls , again disconnects and " we cannot do that in this department"Transfers to the Gift card people were met with hang ups when they could not hear meToday I called and got the response that they didn't know if the could cancel the order , but would review this and let me know in or daysI asked what would prevent them from canceling the order and they could not tell me

They will sell "electronic" re-sale tickets that they don't have in their possession a practice which is not made clear during the buying processThey can't guarantee that you will actually get a ticket, only that if the seller falls through they will "try" to find you a replacement or refund youIn my opinion, if they don't have an actual electronic ticket, then they shouldn't be selling it or at the very least have a super big disclaimer

Do not do business with Stubhub! They have the absolute worst customer service and completely take advantage of the sellers! To whom it may concernOctober 23, I purchased three tickets for Hamilton, for the Saturday January 1, 2018, 2:p.m show at the CIBC Theatre in Chicago, ILI received a call on 12/21/from Stub Hubs customer service and they notified us that the seller had an issue with the tickets they sold us and they had to cancel the tickets they sold usThey did offer us alternative seating, but they were not comparable to the quality of seating that we had purchased originally! We feel we have been scammed! This ticket company StubHub has violated their charge policy regarding selling of ticketThe ticket price was $***, and since StubHub did not accept a "Credit-Card entry" ticket for Adele concert, this company charged my debit card $***, even though their policy clearly states that they can only charge 20% off the ticket price (20% off $*** should be $***, instead of $***)StubHub refused my dispute, and only provided refund of $*** insteadI have also sent my charge dispute directly to StubHub, and they still could not provide me the breakdown of the fees they charged to cancellation of the salePer their policy (clearly stated on their website), a cancellation of sale should be charged 20% of the ticket priceThe ticket price was $***, so 20% should be $***, instead of the $*** that they charged!
