I purchased eight tickets from StubHub, four were delivered electronically, balance four were due to be printed today (Aug13, 2017), however now StubHub cannot locate the seller and hence tickets are not accessiblePer their customer support line I have to check back after midnight of Augif the seller has uploaded the tickets for concert on AugI have friends coming from long distance relying on tickets I have purchased for about $eachStubHub may refund my purchase if seller does not upload tickets, this is no consolation when you have already paid them going back to April and there is no recourse to get tickets at this last momentThis is the first and last time I will buy from StubHubI highly recommend everyone stay off these brokers and buy directly from LiveNation on Ticketmaster or venue directlyThese guys are con-artist with Ecommerce accounts
Stubhub debited my account for an extra dollars for a sale that was cancelled by a buyerI created a listing for two tickets to a concert: upon creation of the listing I selected the section, seats, and row, but my particular section wasn’t an available option-the only option for my section indicated suite with the row and seatThe tickets listing sold, however, upon transfer of the tickets, the buyer stated that the seats were incorrect and cancelled the saleI spoke to numerous reps at Stubhub who stated that the suite and section 111c were two different sections, therefore, they assessed a fee of $176.00, which is 40% of the price I listed the two tickets for ($440)I explained to them that I was not aware of this fee nor was if my fault that they had the incorrect section listedI have reviewed the seating chart of the venue and their is no distinction between a suite and 111c so I chose the only option that was available, which section
When on their mobile application pricing out tickets for an upcoming event I had pushed a button that I thought would take me to the sale confirmation page and show me the total price but instead it purchased the ticketsI immediately called their number to try and cancel the order and stop the purchase and get the refund for the moneyThey said they do not do refunds that's why it ask for you credit card security code before confirming purchase (that it never did) and that all I could do is re-sell the ticketsThey helped me re-post the tickets for sale but in order for me to receive the full amount I paid back I had to post the tickets with the processing fees already added making these tickets at least dollars over the average going price for this game and sectionThis left me feeling like they wouldn't even sale, and even if they do Stubhub would have earned the processing in ordering fees twice for the same ticketsThe only thing they were willing to offer was the fee waiv
I succesfully created an account at 7:30am, purchased tickets emmediatly afterwardMy *** account was charged, then my account lockedI am unable to print my tickets for tomorrows eventI spoke with customer service and they were unable to unlock my accountTHey asked if they could speak with a supervisor and call me backI informed them that if I did not hear back I would seek every avenue of filing a complaint and submitting a negative reviewI have not been contacted and my account is still locked
