I purchased tickets to * *** *** game on 8/24/through StubHubI selected tickets and proceeded to check outThe total cost was shown as $and changeAs I was keying in personal information to purchase tickets the price updated to be $and change (increased $for no apparent reason)I purchased the tickets and immediately called to gain an understanding of the change in price during checkoutThe representative I spoke with indicated the Seller had changed the price while I was trying to purchase the tickets so it was a "misinterpretation" on my partThen indicated we received a discount of $overallI questioned why a discount would cause the price to increase $An increase in price is not a discount and if said "discount" caused the price to increase, I was not interested in the discountAfter spending several minutes on the phone, StubHub agreed to pull the session of the call to see exactly what happened and I would receive a call back (provid

I recently sold some Cubs tickets for a game my family couldn't attendI sold a set of using the website and since it was a MLB game, it required me to enter the barcodes into the system to get them listed These tickets sold and I was given the money quickly (Despite the huge fee -- although explained -- they charge) So I went back to sell more tickets to the same game (I had bought and people couldn't go) I did this through the App and I was again required to submit the barcode to list them Problem is this time is that it didn't save the barcodes and I was getting emails to say, make sure you enter the barcode Since I had done the same process and saw a result that worked, I assumed it had my barcode and it was an email issue My mistake I guess because the day of the game, they cancelled my sale, charged me for not delivering and I wasn't able to subsequently able to sell them They said that I never went back into the system to enter the barcodesAfter an hour on the phone and a lengthy twitter DM conversation, I wasn't able to get an answer I was told they would forward it to the "tech" department and they'd get back to me Its been days and I have the charge on my CC, no response from Stub Hub and I still ate the cost of tickets I never used!!

Buyer beware if Stubhub issues you new tickets for problems at an event they will come after you for the price of all the tickets even if it was not your faultStubhub came after me for the cost of concert tickets based on an error of the ticket scanner person working at *** *** *** *** concert on June 2- who scanned my original ticket and told me it was invalidStub hubs customer service said they were doing me a favor by not charging me for tickets because it’s was my fault the tickets were not scanned correctly

I bought tickets on StubHub about four months agoI sold them because I thought I couldn't goI did this by calling customer serviceThe girl I spoke to listed the tickets for sale and I downloaded the pictures I received from the original seller and uploaded them to the new listingWhen I found out I could go a few days later I bought new ticketsI received a call from StubHub the day before the concert telling me that my tickets were not available and that I would have to accept different tickets from the sellerI acceptedI called the next day to ask if the tickets I had printed out were the correct tixketsI did this because there were only two sets of tickets on my profile(all in the same place.) According to the girl I had printed out the tickets that I had soldAnd she told me that the new tickets I had to get had not been sent to me even though I had received an email saying those were my tickets and the person I spoke with the day before said my tickets would be uploa

I am having a problem with StubHubI purchased tickets a couple of months ago for a show, but we ended up selling the tickets through StubHub in JuneI have the confirmation e-mail of the sale and of the payment to me for the ticketsPer StubHub policy, the seller only gets paid once the buyer confirms receipt of the ticketsI received that confirmation on June On the day of the concert, July 14, I received an e-mail saying that because I had not in fact delivered the tickets to the buyer, StubHub was reversing the saleThey have now charged me $for the tickets and another $as a penaltyMy long telephone conversation with StubHub on the 14th led nowhere, they were not helpfulI have confirmation that StubHub paid me once the transfer was completed, their e-mail saying I didn't deliver the tickets, and confirmation from *** of the transfer of the ticketsI look forward to your help

As a seller at StubHub, I expect, at a minimum, that it operates a functioning marketplace correctly displaying prices, sells tickets without deficiencies and errors and notifies sellers of sales in a reasonable timeUnfortunately, during a specific time frame, none of these occurred leading to significant financial damagesWhen communicating these concerns in writing with a manager, it appears this individual thinks my story is fabricated, despite multiple data points and screen shots indicating otherwiseWhen furnished with additional time stamps, in less than an hour and without actual investigation, the manager replied their position had not changedNevermind, I have a multi-year track record with StubHub without issueApparently StubHub would rather hire an attorney in my jurisdiction and get sued in small claims court where it will cost them 20x the amount of settling this matter than to deal with its complete failure

A friend of ours had a problem with her stubhub accountThis issue was resolved however ever since anyone associated with her or associated with someone near her is getting locked out of their accountsI personally have tickets I can’t access, even though I’ve paid for them, and they refuse to unlock these accounts! We’ve shown proof we’ve fixed the problem but they won’t acknowledge itWe can’t call them because customer service says they don’t have phones that take incoming callsWhy am I being locked out because I know of someone who had an issue? We’ve done nothing wrong and we are should not be held responsible for someone else’s account! I am DEMANDING *** AND *** get unlocked ! If I can’t get the tickets I paid for or if any of the tickets I now have become void they are in essence stealing from me!

On *** *** *** I two purchased tickets to Hamilton from Stubhub.com which after taxes and fees cost $eachThe website did not state that the seats contain an obstructed view and the website provided a photograph with a clear view of the stage to demonstrate what seats would be likeOn November 16, I picked up the tickets in person from Stubhub's office on *** ** *** *** ** *** less than minutes away from the theaterI checked with them to make sure that these were not seats that had an obstructed view and an employee and a manager both provided me with assurance that the seats did not have an obstructed viewI can provide you with both of these employee's names late, but I realize this specific statement may be posted publicly online and I don't want to invade their privacy in this mannerThey stated that if I got there and my view was obstructed, I could call the office and they would provided me with new seatsWhen I arrived at the theater the

My daughter never received tickets to a buffalo bills gameshe spent an entire first quarterif the game calling stub hub and staying on hold to report it and they said they would call back in hoursWe called back after that since they did not call and they have put us on hold for almost an hour now not letting us talk to a supervisor or have resolutionWe are being charged $for something we did not receive and even though we have done everything as protocol

Hi there, I posted tickets for a concert for sale on Stub Hub's site in *** of this yearApproximately two weeks later that time, I changed my mind and decided not to use them for the resale and removed the ticketsIn ***, I received an email from them saying the tickets were soldI knew this wasn't possible so I called them and spoke to one of their customer service agent who confirmed with me that the tickets were NOT listed for saleI asked her to kindly double check and she said they were not listed for saleThinking everything was find, I thanked her and hung upLast week, I received another e-mail saying that I owe Stub Hub **% of the ticket prices (which equals $***) and that of I don't make payment arrangements, they will send the bill to collectionsI called in again and their agent said the tickets WERE on the site and they did indeed sellI shared my confusion and frustration with the new agent and she said there wasn't anything she could do regarding the payme

Absolutely awfulI use Revdex.com to get information on businesses but never have I left a negative comment about oneHaving an absolutely horrible experience with Stubhub just to find that I'm in the majority of people who are going through the same thingI've shopped with Stubhub many times before, with issues, but none as extreme as my most recentI have to relocate for work and will be relocating the same time as the game I'm supposed to be going toI called as soon as I knew to let them knowI was told a refund was impossible and I was responsible for selling the tickets on my ownThe woman I worked with was extremely short and after I asked if there was by any chance a supervisor I could speak with, laughed, and put me on holdThe next gentleman proceeded to interrupt and talk over me countless timesTold me it's impossible to do a refund except for if the event is canceled or the seller doesn't give the tickets (which means its possible but anyways)I asked what if someone passed away or a baby is being bornHe told me well they are allowed to do refunds out of compassion for a customer.....I'm being relocated for work and having to move miles across the country...he proceeded to tell me over and over that its not their fault if I make a mistake or just don't want to go to the game...not having any options at this point I had to sell my tickets and hope they sell before the 12th of NovemberIn order to do so I had to supply them with all of my bank account information which made me extremely uncomfortableHe told me I could just sell them and get all my money back that wayWhat's even better, is I have to sell the tickets for more than I purchased them for to even come close to getting my money back because I don't get the taxes and fees backI asked that I have to still be out money because of this to which he said yes and that's just how they do business while laughing and saying I don't know what to tell youI had hockey games I was going to this year and football games next yearWhatever the loss would have been to give me a refund I'm sure it's not close to what losing that business is plus all of the other people they've pissed offI will NEVER do business with them againAbsolutely, hands down, the WORST customer service I have ever experiencedI'm appalled that they are allowed to work this way and treat customers so poorlyPLEASE do yourself a HUGE favor and go elsewhere or you will incur the same nightmarish headache or worse loss of a lot of money with not help or aid in sight

Terrible company with terrible customer serviceMy tickets never made it to me so they found me replacement ticketsHowever, the replacement tickets were in pdf form so I had to print them the day of the gameThe lady on the phone told me they could not contact the seller to try and send them soonerShe told me "go to a public library and print them"I am traveling for an event and I need to find a public library so I can print my tickets out? Really? She could have cared less

I was comparing prices on stubhub and when I wen to swipe up he app froze while I was swiping up then made me make a purchase I didn’t want to I contacted customer service and they told me I’m not protected as a buyer and it’s not fair I contacted them less then minutes of purchasing

Stubhub has charged me $in the form of an illegal liquidated damages clauseI listed tickets for sale on their websiteI forgot to remove them when they became unavailable and were soldI advised stubhub that I did not have the tickets anymoreThey advised that they would replace the tickets for the buyer and may charge me a feeThey then found the buyer replacement tickets for a lower price than what I had been selling mine forThus the buyer got a better bargainNonetheless, stubhub charged me $representing the cost of the replacement tickets (rather than the difference between the tickets purchased by the buyer and the price my ticket were listed for had the buyer had to pay more for replacement tickets)In essence, everyone was made whole again but stubhub is charging me a penaltyThis is an illegal and unenforceable liquidated damages clause

SCAM! Random expensive fees onto your credit card! Thank god I have American Express to dispute the charge

Ordered seats, received tickets to worse seats in wrong sectionStubhub's only recourse was providing me with seats in the same section, rows worse than what I paid forZero additional compensationTo add to it, they pushed through an additional order that was also listed in the wrong section! So they paid sellers and charged me the same amount I agreed to pay for better seats - all one day before the eventBad for customers, good for sellers (due to the company's incompetence)!

I purchased SEASON tickets for the ** ***, however the pre season was left out of the tickets package which was not specified.I spoke with Customer Service timesTwice via chat, and once via phone callThe first time on chat the person was very nice and told me that the language in the ad was very misleading and that they would contact the customer via email (because their mailbox on their voicemail was full) and would get back to me in hrsWhen they did not get back to me, I contacted them again via chatThis person was unwilling to do anything, so I closed the chat and called customer serviceThey stated that they only facilitate the sale, and that they are not responsible for anythingI asked if they could just exchange them for a full season and I would pay the difference and they said no

I sold a pair of show tickets on stubhub*** and followed their instructions to ship the tickets via *** to the buyers using a label they provided*** unfortunately lost the package, so I called, and they said they had no idea where the package was, and that they would open an investigation, which would take about daysThe show was the next day, so I panickedI called Stubhub to ask what I should do, and they said because *** was at fault, and I had done everything that was asked of me, they would still pay me out for the ticketsI asked if they wanted me to call the boxoffice so that the couple could pick up the tickets at will call, or I could go to will call to print new tickets and deliver them to the couple themselvesStubhub told me that they would give the couple new tickets, as stubhub doesn't deal with will callThey told me not to worry, as this issue was not my fault, so I would still be getting paid outI then received an email from stubhub that said, "** ***, Un

Order #: *** | Order date: 05/07/*** *** *** at *** *** *** at *** ***, *** ***, ** Tue, 06/14/***, 7:p.mPDT (Event time subject to change - Check local listings) Lower Box | tickets Row | Seats 7, StubHub refuses to give me access to these tickets that I have purchased because I disputed other fraudulent charges made on my other accountStubhub sold me tickets to a *** *** show but changed the date on the show then they did not cancel an order to tickets I sold on a different siteStubHub can be great but also has HUGE IT issues and blames them on the customerI want my tickets that I paid forTHIS IS FRAUD!!!!

Ordered a parking pass two weeks before the event and received confirmation of the order and was chargedTracked the order online which said the mailing label had been created and to expect my tickets from UPS on a given dateTickets never arrivedWhen I contacted StubHub about not receiving my pass they checked with the seller and that the pass was no availableNow it is too late to get a replacement pass, which were available the day before and even for a lower price, because I had not contacted them in timeI have no way of knowing I would not get the pass until after the delivery date had passedWhy did they not contact me when the pass was not shipped at least hours before it was deliveredThe agent was polite but kept giving me the excuse that they could not control the seller although their website showed the UPS symbol, stated "We Are On It", and "Delivered by UPS" on the date shownExtremely poor performance and appears fraudulent since they have the capability of electronically tracking everything but the sellers delivery
