Back in March I’ve sold two tickets through StubHub (see attachment record.pdf)According to the information provided by StubHub the payment was processed on March 29th but unfortunately, as of today, I didn’t receive the amount of $ on my Bank of America’s accountI have been talking with the stubhub's call center for over eight hours without having them able to provide me any proof of deposit aside of a document that doesn’t show the full inserted bank account and can’t be considered as proof of paymentAmong the several phone calls I have had with StubHub, my Bank of America branch manager also contacted the call center in order to try to clarify the issueThis was unsuccessful due to the fact that Bank of America doesn’t have any track of this payment and the only thing that stubhub's call center has been able to say is that the payment was submitted and they no longer have it so they can’t do nothing about itLast time I’ve called stubhub the supervisor named ***

I sold a ticket to see "Hamilton" in San Francisco in July of Stubhub closed my account and refuses to pay meThey have, in separate phone calls with them, told me: 1) The order was cancelled and the buyer of my ticket was supposed to send my ticket back to meThey do not know why that happened2) They can confirm that the seller used my ticket and that I deserve payment3) My Paypal account was incorrect and that simply updating it over the phone with them (which I did) would result in payment within business days 4) That my account is locked for an unknown reason and there's no way for the person helping me to know why without conferring with the Trust and Safety department 5) Tonight, they told me that my account is locked for "information that doesn't line up" and that they will not be paying me for my ticket they soldI have never been allowed to speak to this Trust and Safety departmentThe representative will put me on hold and tell me what T&S dept says but re

On 6.30.*** I listed ticketsOn 7.02.*** I received an email from stubhub stating that my sale was cancelled " Because you let us know that you couldn't deliver the tickets you sold, this sale was cancelled." And...."As a seller, you’re responsible for delivering tickets on time and as promisedWhen that doesn’t happen, you may be charged an amount generally equal to 20% of your ticket costTherefore I was charged: Charge Amount: $*** I immediately relisted the tickets because I wanted to sell themI got my credit card statement and sure enough I was charged $***I contacted customer service and they said that the sale because I did not deliver the ticketMy problem is that I did not even know that I sold the ticketsI was never notifiedThey were electronic tickets and of course I could have sent them to the new buyerMy other problem is that when I contact customer service they do not listenThey keep telling me that I was charged because I did not deliver the tic

Purchased *** *** tickets through stubhub.com for $Arrived to the game and gained entry to the venueUpon arrival at my seat another patron was sitting in my seatCalled security who then told me my ticket was a duplicate seat meaning mine was invalidThe patron who was in my seat had a ticket purchased through *** I Was asked to leaveCalled stubhub as soon as I left and was guaranteed a refund by which they confirmed through emailI figured I would just be out the time spentHowever, their investigators did their own inquiry and deemed there was no refund to be given after I was already promised a refundI was promised a refund but not told there would need to be an investigationI would have gathered more info from the venue in writing if I knew this ahead of timeI was guranteed a refund and have proof of that

When on their mobile application pricing out tickets for an upcoming event I had pushed a button that I thought would take me to the sale confirmation page and show me the total price but instead it purchased the ticketsI immediately called their number to try and cancel the order and stop the purchase and get the refund for the moneyThey said they do not do refunds that's why it ask for you credit card security code before confirming purchase (that it never did) and that all I could do is re-sell the ticketsThey helped me re-post the tickets for sale but in order for me to receive the full amount I paid back I had to post the tickets with the processing fees already added making these tickets at least dollars over the average going price for this game and sectionThis left me feeling like they wouldn't even sale, and even if they do Stubhub would have earned the processing in ordering fees twice for the same ticketsThe only thing they were willing to offer was the fee waiv

I purchased (3) tickets for over $through *** for an NFL game on *** I searched through many tickets and sections on the Stubhub websiteEach possible ticket selection had a picture attached to it, which showed an 'approximate view' of the seats you were looking to purchaseThe picture for the seats that I ended up selecting showed no obstructions either in front of the seats or above and were much closer to the field than the actual seats wereWhen I arrived at the stadium and looked for my seats, I was very disappointed to see that the seats were crammed so far under the upper deck framing that you could barely see the filedAlso, there was a 5' wide concrete column right in front of us blocking the field even furtherIf this was disclosed properly, I would have never bought the tickets, especially at that priceIf the picture was a close match or if I had gone the cheap route, I would not be as upsetHowever, the picture was no where near the actual seat

Stubhub debited my account for an extra dollars for a sale that was cancelled by a buyerI created a listing for two tickets to a concert: upon creation of the listing I selected the section, seats, and row, but my particular section wasn’t an available option-the only option for my section indicated suite with the row and seatThe tickets listing sold, however, upon transfer of the tickets, the buyer stated that the seats were incorrect and cancelled the saleI spoke to numerous reps at Stubhub who stated that the suite and section 111c were two different sections, therefore, they assessed a fee of $176.00, which is 40% of the price I listed the two tickets for ($440)I explained to them that I was not aware of this fee nor was if my fault that they had the incorrect section listedI have reviewed the seating chart of the venue and their is no distinction between a suite and 111c so I chose the only option that was available, which section

NYC Broadway TicketsDO NOT BUY FROM STUBHUBBought amazing tickets to see Harry Potter and Cursed Child Traveled to NYC just to see this showPaid 2X+ facePick up at Stubhub outlet hours before the showTalked direct to Stubhub at least times in advance to make sur ethe tickets would be there, including stopping into the outlet the night before the showLater that night I got the callthe seller didn't really have the ticketsBut the seller was 'willing' to offer me crappier tickets at the same price After hours of escalating and complaining to Stubhub, they gave me a discount But I still had crappy tickets (by that night, no more seats were available) No more Stubhub for me

I listed concert tickets for dollars each, I sent the tickets with the ups mailing lable stub hub sent me, a few days later I get two emails saying the buyer received the tickets and anther email saying the sale was cancelled and they were applying a fee of dollarsI called stub hub and they said I was late with the tickets, nothing online when I listed those stated there was time constraints and since the concert was months away I would not have thought it a problemthey proceded to charge my credit card 64.00, I told them I wanted the tickets back but were unable to produce them from the buyer who got the tickets, I then asked if other tickets were listed and I checked the website under sellers tickets and the site said I had no tickets for sale, I asked the lady I talked to to remove my tickets because of my disatisfaction I get my credit card bill and they have charged me again, now 64.00, and a credit of 32.00, when I called them they said a late fee for the othe

I was not let into the event for a ticket purchased from StubhubTickets were deemed already used or "invalid" by the person scanning the tickets to allow me into the event by the venue and confirmed by the venueStubhub claims the tickets were valid and the situation is not under their 'FanProtect Guarantee'They are claiming that the evidence they have does not provide sufficient information to authorize my claim and refund me, but I was at the venue and denied by the venue myself

Im the seller in SG, sold my ticket at Stubhub for amount of $The event taken place at 8th Jan But I yet to receive my paymentStubhub claimed they have paid to meWhen I raise the question to my bank, bank said there is no incoming transactionBank mentioned if Stubhub can provide the MTSwift transaction detailsThey will be able to check from MTBecause MTis a proof of international money transferWhen I asked Stubhub customer service, they mention finance team will provide the proofBut since months passedNo one from Stubhub contacted me and provide the proofEvery two weeks I asked customer service, they only have one standard reply that their finance team will get back to me

I purchased tickets on *** *** *** *** *** *** Beyonce concertI never received those ticketsI called on the 25th to get the ticketsStubHub could not locate these ticketsThey gave me tickets for other seats at the same venueI went to the venueGot inWent to the section and the seats were covered with a tarpWe moved from seat to seat the entire concert without ever being given permanent seats from First Energy Stadium or StubHubThe seats that were given to me were not available to be sold and should have never been soldI want a refundStubHub wants s to give me a couponI wish to never again in this lifetime purchase another ticket from StubHub

I purchased five tickets from Stub HubAfter receiving the tickets I noticed that the tickets can only be used by current Ohio State studentsThe ticket clearly states (Valid Ohio State ID required)I am not a current studentIf I would have know this fact, I would have never purchased these ticketsStub Hub clearly state their 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on their web siteI have attempted on numerous occasions to resolve this issueStub Hub has refused to work with me to resolve this situationI have contacted Ohio State University, concerning this matter and I was told that students are NOT allowed to resale their tickets to ticket brokersI feel that Stub Hub is being unethical, selling student tickets to the general publicMy purchase number is ***

They charged me*** dollars for a sale of tickets I did not post on my stubhub account and never didThey claim I had tickets up for sale on my account that I did not post on my accountI notified stubhub once I received an email saying the tickets were soldI notified them so someone wouldn't get tickets that don't existThen they charged me *** dollars for cancelling the order, there was no order and no ticketsIt was either a computer glitch or fraud but they did not seem to think soThey need to be concerned with possible fraud or computer glitches so they can fix them instead of accusing a customer of something they said they didn't do

I've purchased a ticket by mistake and tried to cancel in less than an hour after I purchased, they don't allow it, don't let me contact seller, and send tickets days before the even so I can't resell easilyThat is awful

I bought a day pass for the Essence Music Festival from Stub Hub and on the 1st night of the event learned that the tickets weren’t any goodStub Hub could not replace the ticket for the first night of the event so they decided to refund my money for that night and told me they were issuing me different tickets for the next nights, I hung up the phone with them and checked my email to discover that they refunded my money for one of the tickets and then charged my Paypal an additional $for of the other tickets that I had already paid for, cancelled the other ticket (with no refund) and then locked my stub hub account........after an hour long conversation and the representative assuring me that everything had been straightened out I hung up againI then checked my email and discovered that I was issued tickets for night instead of 1ticket for each nightI also received an email from someone claiming to be in possession of these tickets and asking me to meet them somewhere to get themI called Stub Hub back and asked to speak with a customer service supervisor and was denied, the rep was very rude when I told her that I was entitled to a full refund due to their untrustworthy practices and insisted that she was going to fix this problem with the ticketsI told her I didn’t want the tickets I just wanted all of my moneyAfter being on hold forever she came back and told me she issued my refund, when I asked how much did she issue she had only refunded what amounted to the price of ticketI had to tell this rep that she needed to pull up the full order and subtract what she had refunded, what was refunded the night before, and the balance that was left still needed to be refunded to meWhen she finally understood this simple mathematics problem I was refunded my money and all orders were canceledI again asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that no one was available and I would be placed on a call back list(That was hours ago) hours later I received a phone call and an email stating that the seller for my tickets was trying leave my tickets at the event’s will call window and needed my permission to do soWhat tickets? Wasn’t the order canceled and my money fully refunded? This business has horrible customer service, incompetent employees, and untrustworthy people that are being allowed to legally scalp bad tickets on their website

I purchased two tickets to a show from the StubHub websiteThey charged me over $*** in fees (nearly 20% of the ticket value), with no explanationTheir fees are not clearly marked on the website, and were not clearly stated upon purchaseIt was only after purchase that I received an itemized receipt, though they were just listed as "fees" with no additional explanation for why they are so highThe amount is unreasonable and predatory

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a ticket purchaseMy event was postponed over a month agoWhen I called Stubhub, they informed me the event would be moved to a year laterWhen I expressed I couldn't let them keep my money for a year, they offered to give me a credit for StubhubThis is robberyI paid for tickets for a specific event for a specific dateThey are going to steal $from meI do not want to see another artist or wait a year for an eventTina D in East Gramby informed me I could write a letter and mail it to the corporate officeThis is ridiculous that I have to go through this much trouble just to keep my moneyThe money is not going towards what I originally purchasedIt is going in their pockets & they are trying to force me into something I do not want, like purchasing tickets for another eventMy next step is to seek legal counsel

I am very disappointed with stubhubI have been a customer for years and always buy my tickets through stubhubI tried to sell some tickets (which this is only the second time I’ve sold any) and apparently listed them in the wrong format and am now being charged an outrageous feeOn top of that, the buyer has a copy of the ticketsSo not only have I possibly lost my tickets, I’m also getting chargedI called customer service and the manager I spoke with was extremely rudeI explained that I did not intentionally post my tickets in the wrong format and ask that the fee be waivedShe said that she couldn’t do that and then said she would reduce it by 50% bc stubhub also made a mistake, but that was itShe admitted that stubhub made a mistake as well by telling the buyer they would get the tickets Friday, but the email said that I could deliver them by SaturdayThat manager would not give us her name again when we askedI believe it was *** from when she first introduced herself
