On March 23, 2018, I sold a ticket to a concert on StubHubAs soon as the ticket were sold, I uploaded all of the information needed on my end to complete the transaction as fast as possibleHowever, nearly a month later and I still have no payment for my ticketStubhub informed me that both my *** account information as well ad my bank account information were incorrect so I would need to speak with both parties in order to get my paymentI spoke to both *** *** as well as *** and they told me they never received or denied any payment from Stubhub, so they were not sure what the issue wasWhen speaking to a representative on the phone, I asked if a check could just be mailed to my home address, because that is honestly the easier and faster option at this point, and I was informed that that was not possibleAll but one representative has been rude, not helpful, and just keeps pushing my payment date further and further back than what I ever imagined it would be

I was a victim of fraud on *** Someone had opened a new StubHub account under my name and also stole my *** *** credit card numberI, immediately, notified StubHub of the fraudulent accountThey closed that account but, in turn, froze my actual StubHub account, in which I have tickets listed for saleThose tickets are also frozen, so I'm not able to do anything with themStubHub says that I have to prove that I was a victim of fraud by sending them a letter from *** *** that states that I closed the stolen *** *** account number and was re-issued a new cardI have made that request from *** ***, but I really have no idea how long that will takeIn the meantime, while I was the victim of fraud, I feel like StubHub is holding my tickets "hostage"I understand freezing my account until they received the letter from *** ***, but I don't feel like they should have put a freeze on the tickets I have listed for sale with them

On February 23, *** I purchased tickets for the *** concert in October 7, ***On June an empty envelope was delived to my address, I contacted stubhub by phone and tell them that I never received the tickets, the envelope had a tracking number that said it was delivered but nothing was insideStubhub said that they would contact the seller and have them re-ship the tickets, after not hearing back from them, I contacted them again and they said the seller refused to re-send the tickets even though the concert was months away and that because the tracking said delivered they can not help meI paid $*** CAD for the tickets, the concert is months away and they refuse to assist meI don't know if it was a scam or an error but I paid $*** for tickets I do not have and the concert is still a month away and that is more that enough time to get the tickets to me

Last year I bought tickets to a ** *** concert in ***, **Shortly after that, I found out my wife and I would be moving to ***I listed my tickets for saleThere were ticketsTwo pairs and two singlesFive of the six tickets I got in mobile download form from ***, one was in hard formI sold all six on stub hubCome ***, which is when the tickets were uploaded to us from ***, I found no option to upload them as a mobile upload; I also find I could not make a pdf of the ticket myselfThe hard ticket, I sent off to the purchaser- no problem thereUpon realizing I could not make a pdf myself, I contacted a friend who works in customer service over at ***He put the five tickets in pdf format for me and got them back to meI upload them allI got paidI thought everything was completely fineOn *** **, I wake up to StubHub charging my debit card three times for about $*** totalI dispute this immediately thinking I've been sc

Beware as a seller in StubhubI personally was charged for tickets undelivered for a sale that I was not notified about which the company refuses to addressThe issue is that if you are a seller you will not be emailed of a sale, and if you visit your seller account you may not be able to see the sale has occurred unless you vcan be misled by the interface into thinking there are no sales unless you visit a specific tabThis may not be an issue for experienced sellersWhen this happens you will be charged a "mandatory" penalty which is not refundable
Long story short, new sellers may be deceived into possibly fraudulent penalties due to the stubhub seller interface

Stubhub failed to deliver my tickets or acquire reprintsThey have now offered me a coupon which I do not want to use, as they are obviously a scamWhy would I want to re use my money you had to give me on your website when the reason you gave it to me was failing to do your job in e first place?

I purchased tickets to a *** *** concert on July *** for $***The concert was originally scheduled for March 8th, ***OnJuly 30th, ***, I rreceived notice from Stub hub that the concert was postponed (with no reschedule date)On December 26th, ***, I received notice the concert was postponed to an undetermined dateOn January 16th, *** I received notice the concert was rescheduled to August 5th, ***On April 6th, ***, I received notice from Stub hubthat the concert was postponed again to a future undetermined date*** *** postponed her concert due to becoming pregnant,so I called Stub hub today (May 9th) for a refund and was refusedI was told Stub hub is waiting for Janet's representative to call and cancel the concertI asked to speak to a supervisor and was refusedI asked for the name of a supervisor and was refusedThe original date, rescheduled date have both been postponed and with the pregnancy, the concert is postponed indefinitely and I wa

I decided on the game day of a *** *** game that I was going to sell the tickets that I had previously purchased and purchase better tickets (I wanted to sit closer to the field)I posted my tickets for sale on StubHub and they sold within minutesI also purchased new tickets from StubHubAll was goodGame time comes around and the buyers that purchased my tickets claimed that they were refused entry upon arrival to the game due to the tickets already haviing been scannedI immediately felt terrible and contacted the company I originally purchased the tickets from, in which they suggested that I contact the*** *** ticket office to confirm that the tickets had in fact been scannedThe ticket office assured me that there is no record of the tickets ever being scanned and that the buyers must have made this claim in order to get out of the saleI then take my issue to StubHub, fully expecting them to be on my side and help my resolve this issueI did eve

Back in *** ** ***, I purchased season tickets to the *** *** *** *** Season on StubHubI was so excited and to attend these games and have been looking forward to it all yearAs it stands, I have no tickets and just found out less than hours prior to kickoffI made multiple attempts to verify the quantity, section, and row of season tickets I was receivingI have these documented in chat sessions with their agentsI was assured multiple times that I was receiving the purchased Season Tickets and was protected by Stubhub's Fan Protect GuaranteeI made multiple attempts to reach out to StubHub to verify the validity, the row and seat number of these tickets, and to confirm that they would be sitting together (see attached chats for reference)My friends and family have all been on board and have made travel arrangements to go to these gamesAs the days drew closer to the delivery date I started to wonder when my tickets would arriveI reached

I tried to sell student football tickets to the UM vsOSU football game for the seasonThe Stubhub site is not easy to navigate, and as a result, it was not obviously apparent to me that 1) student tickets cannot be sold and 2) that tickets that are not directly next to eachother are not permittedWhen I went to list my ticket, the site reminded me to make sure they were in the same row (which they were, just seats apart which is not an issue in the student section at these games - everyone stands and not in their actual seat, just the correct row)When I went to scan the barcodes, I received an error message, so I contacted customer service who basically told me I was locked into the sale no matter what, and I would be charged up to 40% of "replacement tickets" for the buyerThe first customer service rep told me to relist the tickets as individuals (however, I started digging after realizing there was a problem, and saw a statement in fine print that said that student tickets were not allowed)So not only did I feel tricked into signing into this sale and getting charged money for tickets I WASN'T EVEN ALLOWED TO SELL ON THEIR SITE and when I asked for help, their customer service told me to violate their policy, even after I mentioned the tickets were student tickets and that I saw it wasn't allowedWhen I asked to talk to someone "higher," their customer service rep told me they'd refer me to a special team to handle the request who would email me within 24-hoursThat was a ** way to cut communication ties, leaving me defenseless, and I received an email with the EXACT same information that the customer service rep mentionedIn short, do not use Stubhub unless you would like to lose moneyThey intentionally trick you and try to make you feel bad about itCompletely dishonest and dirty business model

I bought non-existing tickets and they even admit so by emailNo money back, looking for some legal supportNever ever again!

My concern relates to the listing of tickets for sale on StubHubA brief description of my concern is as followsI listed two tickets for sale to a concert on StubHub, as well as on the artist's fan club siteThey sold on the fan club siteWithin hours of that sale, I logged onto my computer to take the tickets off of StubHub and to my surprise, they had just sold on StubHub right before I logged onWhen I contacted customer service to find out what to do, they told me that I could offer the buyer alternative tickets, deliver the tickets as promised, or pay a fee the minimum of which would be 40% of the listing priceI responded immediately offering comparable ticketsI asked if I could contact the buyer myself and was told "no." I asked if they could give the buyer my contact information and was told "no." For weeks then, I heard nothingThen, September 18, I received an email from StubHub saying that my tickets were late being deliveredI responded immediately that I had not

I sold tickets through their website beginning of October and was bought by a woman with no issuesThe day of the event I received an email from stubhub stating that the woman who bought my tickets had canceled my order and now was getting a refund due to the venue having an age restriction being and overNo where on the tickets did this say a 2- and over event so I had no clue it should be listed as this, Stub even agreed on the phone with meSo I am out tickets, and original ticket cost along with an extra $fee to Stub Hub all because the venue had a restriction I knew nothing aboutStub Hub will do nothing to work this out with me and not deduct this money from my accountThis woman basically got free tickets and her money back and I’m left with nothing and overdraft fees nowI know this woman is over the age of 21, I found her on*** So unless Stub Hub wants to go to court and litigate this case I sure hope they will work with me on fixing this because this is not

I just hung up with Stub Hub customer service and this was my first experience selling tickets with them, and also my last They sold sets of the same tickets to different parties and said that I was liable for this error However, I did not list the same set twiceAnd even if I had, why would their site allow such a thing? You cant sell sets of the same tickets!! I was notified that my tickets had sold twice, and I understand why the 2nd buyer wanted a refundI have no issue with that, however, Stub hub charged me a fee for my "error" when there was no error on my part I am out $because their system created mirror ordersI am hoping to get my account deleted as soon as possibleI am very unhappy with my customer service experience

Stubhub has predatory seller feesThey take 10% fees if a seller's sale goes through, but 40% if the seller cancels the sale (no matter what the reason for canceling is)The 40% fee is predatoryThe company is incentivized to have sellers cancel sales because they profit moreThey are not incentivized to have proper safe-guards to protect and prevent sellers from cancelingTheir means for communicating seller debt is unfairThey only email to notify sellers of exorbitant cancellation fees, but reply “as you can probably tell from this automated response, no one is checking email sent to this address” if a seller tries to email themThey do not send a letter or try to call regarding debtEmails get lost in spamDebt and credit scores are a major thing in this society, but stub hub makes very little effort to ensure a seller with outstanding debt knows of his/her debt before sending the debt to a collection agency and ruining their creditThey have stopped communicatin

I recently purchased tickets to a venue, and not even a day later, other business selling at wholsale value (not re-selling) had the same tickets/seats for a significant amount lessI had requested a refund and stubhub advised that was not possible but that I can resaleNeedless to say, I received no help, a bunch of apologies and acknowledgment of the deceitfulness, but no value resolutionI would very much so recommend not purchasing from this site, as they allow for unfair things to go on, and look the other way

Listed tickets for sale on 5/for a music festival, received email from stubhub confirming listing on the same dayAfternoon of 5/received simultaneous emails from stubhub, one saying my credit card would be charged $for failing to deliver tickets on time, second email letting me know my listing had been canceledWhen I called them to let them know I had not received any notification at all that my tickets had been purchased, CSR sent me a test email stating tickets had been purchasedOf course I received the test email immediately but nowhere else in my email could I find the original notificationCSR stated my tickets had sold at around 11am (CST) and I had until 11am today mail ticketsI reiterated that I had not been notified of saleThey would not budge on charging my accountI also don't think it's right that it states you have business day to mail your order but you are not given until the end of that business day

Purchased tickets for the 5/15/game between the *** *** *** *** ***The game was rained out and rescheduled for 7/12/I do not live in *** and so I cannot attend that gameHowever, I was able to go to the game on 5/16/18, but I could not use my tickets, despite the fact that tickets purchased from the *** could be exchanged for any upcoming home game (subject to availability)The reason that I was given, from the *** is that StubHub tickets aren't technically owned by the purchaser, and that I should contact StubHub for a refundHowever, StubHub disputes this, saying they are, in fact, my tickets, and that I can resell them if I can't attend the makeup gameSomeone is clearly not telling the truth, hereIf they truly belong to me, then I should have been able to exchange them with the ***If they don't, then StubHub owes me a refund

I received a notification on my *** of a promo code for *** *** *** tickets before 9/9/The code was ***I purchased tickets on the website, entered the promo code, the code was accepted, then when I hit purchase, the 10% discount was not appliedI called and was told the promo code was for the app, not the websiteI have one log in and one accountI had no way of seeing this based on the notification of the code that popped up on my phoneThe order number was ***

On *** we posted some tickets on stub hub for a game that weekendWithin a half an hour we received confirmation that our tickets were soldThe email showed the price they sold for and informed us the money would be deposited into our account within daysAfter week nothing had been deposited so I called the companyThey told me there was a problem and their security team had cancelled the transactionThey did not inform us of this so we were under the understanding that everything was good and we did not try to sell the tickets on our ownI have since been given the run around by their customer service telling me someone from the security would call me withinhoursThat was days ago and when we call they are very rude and will not let us speak to a manager or supervisorWe would like the $that they said was coming to us
