On March 23, 2018, I sold a ticket to a concert on StubHubAs soon as the ticket were sold, I uploaded all of the information needed on my end to complete the transaction as fast as possibleHowever, nearly a month later and I still have no payment for my ticketStubhub informed me that both my *** account information as well ad my bank account information were incorrect so I would need to speak with both parties in order to get my paymentI spoke to both *** *** as well as *** and they told me they never received or denied any payment from Stubhub, so they were not sure what the issue wasWhen speaking to a representative on the phone, I asked if a check could just be mailed to my home address, because that is honestly the easier and faster option at this point, and I was informed that that was not possibleAll but one representative has been rude, not helpful, and just keeps pushing my payment date further and further back than what I ever imagined it would be

Last year I bought tickets to a ** *** concert in ***, **Shortly after that, I found out my wife and I would be moving to ***I listed my tickets for saleThere were ticketsTwo pairs and two singlesFive of the six tickets I got in mobile download form from ***, one was in hard formI sold all six on stub hubCome ***, which is when the tickets were uploaded to us from ***, I found no option to upload them as a mobile upload; I also find I could not make a pdf of the ticket myselfThe hard ticket, I sent off to the purchaser- no problem thereUpon realizing I could not make a pdf myself, I contacted a friend who works in customer service over at ***He put the five tickets in pdf format for me and got them back to meI upload them allI got paidI thought everything was completely fineOn *** **, I wake up to StubHub charging my debit card three times for about $*** totalI dispute this immediately thinking I've been sc

I was a victim of fraud on *** Someone had opened a new StubHub account under my name and also stole my *** *** credit card numberI, immediately, notified StubHub of the fraudulent accountThey closed that account but, in turn, froze my actual StubHub account, in which I have tickets listed for saleThose tickets are also frozen, so I'm not able to do anything with themStubHub says that I have to prove that I was a victim of fraud by sending them a letter from *** *** that states that I closed the stolen *** *** account number and was re-issued a new cardI have made that request from *** ***, but I really have no idea how long that will takeIn the meantime, while I was the victim of fraud, I feel like StubHub is holding my tickets "hostage"I understand freezing my account until they received the letter from *** ***, but I don't feel like they should have put a freeze on the tickets I have listed for sale with them

I put tickets to sell in StubhubThey were purchased by a third personHowever, *** *** (the event that the tickets were for) did not properly inform me that the tickets were on will call and not shipping (their website said my order was shipping, no mention at all that it was will call)I contacted *** *** and was able to change the name of the person picking up the tickets to the Stubhub's buyers nameI talked to a Stubhub's chat agent and he guaranteed me that it was fine, since I had a confirmation e-mail from *** *** saying that the tickets were under the buyer's nameOn the next day, Stubhub cancels my sale, without any warning, and charges me a fee for not being able to ship the ticketsIf Stubhub's warned me that they were going to cancel the sale, I could have contacted *** *** to try to make them ship the tickets to meFurthermore, the tickets are already under the buyer's name, and I'm not sure I can change the name again to try to sell to another pers

I purchased tickets to a Premier League soccer match in London from my home in NJThe tickets were sent to my hotel upon my arrivalOn the day of the event we were barred from entering because our tickets were invalidWe were told to go to the box office and repurchase the tickets for the face value of the ticketsThey indicated that this problem was fairly typicalThe two tickets were reprinted and given to usWe were then able to enter the eventWe bought the tickets online because we thought they were valid and as the stubhub website indicates we felt reasonably confident they wereI paid a total of $for the two tickets plus the face value of $each at the stadiumBUY TICKETS WITH CONFIDENCE: Get valid tickets to any event or your money backWe go out of our way to find replacement tickets if there is an issue with your orderA full refund if your event is cancelled and not rescheduledI have the reprinted tickets as proof and will provide if needed

Stubhub failed to deliver my tickets or acquire reprintsThey have now offered me a coupon which I do not want to use, as they are obviously a scamWhy would I want to re use my money you had to give me on your website when the reason you gave it to me was failing to do your job in e first place?

I purchased tickets to a *** *** concert on July *** for $***The concert was originally scheduled for March 8th, ***OnJuly 30th, ***, I rreceived notice from Stub hub that the concert was postponed (with no reschedule date)On December 26th, ***, I received notice the concert was postponed to an undetermined dateOn January 16th, *** I received notice the concert was rescheduled to August 5th, ***On April 6th, ***, I received notice from Stub hubthat the concert was postponed again to a future undetermined date*** *** postponed her concert due to becoming pregnant,so I called Stub hub today (May 9th) for a refund and was refusedI was told Stub hub is waiting for Janet's representative to call and cancel the concertI asked to speak to a supervisor and was refusedI asked for the name of a supervisor and was refusedThe original date, rescheduled date have both been postponed and with the pregnancy, the concert is postponed indefinitely and I wa

I purchased tickets online from StubHub to a *** *** Baseball game at *** Filed in *** ** on 7/30/***On the online listing of the tickets, there was "NO" disclosure that the tickets were a "limited/obstructed view" seatThe tickets were purchased and printedWe arrived at the game and went to our seatsThere was a pole clearly obstructing the view of all seatsI contacted StubHub twice, via their online support the very next day and explained the situation to themThey said that it was clearly noted in their description/receipt that was sent out via e-mail to meThey would not discuss it any further with me and both times the online chat was ended on their partI did review my email that was sent to me "after" the tickets were purchased, and it did note in very small print that the tickets were a limited/obstructed viewIt also stated that it was printed on each ticketNothing was on all three tickets about a limited/obstructed viewThis was in an email "a

I purchased two tickets on Oct 12, I never received my tickets electronically my tickets were suppose to be ready on Oct 20, I called Stubhub on Oct 20, the representative did not resolve this issueI went on the website on Oct 21, my tickets are still on hold I want my money back

Beware as a seller in StubhubI personally was charged for tickets undelivered for a sale that I was not notified about which the company refuses to addressThe issue is that if you are a seller you will not be emailed of a sale, and if you visit your seller account you may not be able to see the sale has occurred unless you vcan be misled by the interface into thinking there are no sales unless you visit a specific tabThis may not be an issue for experienced sellersWhen this happens you will be charged a "mandatory" penalty which is not refundable
Long story short, new sellers may be deceived into possibly fraudulent penalties due to the stubhub seller interface

I sold tickets through their website beginning of October and was bought by a woman with no issuesThe day of the event I received an email from stubhub stating that the woman who bought my tickets had canceled my order and now was getting a refund due to the venue having an age restriction being and overNo where on the tickets did this say a 2- and over event so I had no clue it should be listed as this, Stub even agreed on the phone with meSo I am out tickets, and original ticket cost along with an extra $fee to Stub Hub all because the venue had a restriction I knew nothing aboutStub Hub will do nothing to work this out with me and not deduct this money from my accountThis woman basically got free tickets and her money back and I’m left with nothing and overdraft fees nowI know this woman is over the age of 21, I found her on*** So unless Stub Hub wants to go to court and litigate this case I sure hope they will work with me on fixing this because this is not

My concern relates to the listing of tickets for sale on StubHubA brief description of my concern is as followsI listed two tickets for sale to a concert on StubHub, as well as on the artist's fan club siteThey sold on the fan club siteWithin hours of that sale, I logged onto my computer to take the tickets off of StubHub and to my surprise, they had just sold on StubHub right before I logged onWhen I contacted customer service to find out what to do, they told me that I could offer the buyer alternative tickets, deliver the tickets as promised, or pay a fee the minimum of which would be 40% of the listing priceI responded immediately offering comparable ticketsI asked if I could contact the buyer myself and was told "no." I asked if they could give the buyer my contact information and was told "no." For weeks then, I heard nothingThen, September 18, I received an email from StubHub saying that my tickets were late being deliveredI responded immediately that I had not

Sold tickets on December 23rd, Selected to have a check mailed to me and updated my mailing addressI then noticed December 26th they were sending it to a paypal account that I don't even have! I then contacted them via live chat to let them know and the guy said he changed it to send a check and made sure my mailing address was correct - which it was since I had updated it when I selected to have a check mailed to meI then contacted them again about a week or so later to check on the status, I was informed my check was mailed January 3rd and it takes daysI patiently waited my days and then contacted them once again where I was told it should arrive any day nowThen two days later I get an email stating they've reissued my check and the mailing address was my old one which isn't even on my account anymore! I then contacted them via live chat yet once again where I was informed they would let the payments team know to change my addressThen today I get an email stating to call them because my checks have been returnedHow was my check returned if the one mailed out January 3rd had my correct address? I call them like the email says to, which I'm then informed my check is processing to ignore the email and everything should be fineI have faith in this company at this pointI think that they gave me the run around on something that was an easy fix and I am so annoyed after this experience that I will never use StubHub again or recommend them to anyoneYou're better selling your tickets literally anywhere else! A month later almost and I still don't have my check and the tickets I sold will be used prior to me actually getting my check and that's if "everything is fine" like I was told on the phone tonightI feel as if I were almost scammed by them because whoever received my tickets will be enjoying a concert while I am still out of a couple hundred dollarsHorrible business, customer service wasn't rude - but they weren't helpful at all, I don't recommend ever using them

I received a notification on my *** of a promo code for *** *** *** tickets before 9/9/The code was ***I purchased tickets on the website, entered the promo code, the code was accepted, then when I hit purchase, the 10% discount was not appliedI called and was told the promo code was for the app, not the websiteI have one log in and one accountI had no way of seeing this based on the notification of the code that popped up on my phoneThe order number was ***

In October of 2017, I attempted to sell some Michigan Wolverines home football tickets via CraigslistI posted pictures of the tickets along with the listingI was unaware that thieves could steal the barcode from these images and sell the tickets to themselves using the Stubhub platformtickets were stolen from me, Michigan vsCincinnati ticket valued at $and two tickets for Michigan vsMichigan State valued at at $I contacted Stubhub's Trust and Safety division and told them about the theft/fraudThey identified at least one of the individuals who perpetrated this fraud but only removed them from their platformI asked Stubhub to reimburse me for the tickets stolen using their platform totaling $They told me to file a police report which I didAAPD File * ***I have attempted to contact Stubhub via phone and email to settle this matterTheir system for filing a complaint with their Trust & Safety division is not at all user-friendly as mul

I purchased two tickets to the Vegas knights vs flyers game scheduled for 2/11/The person advertised two upper VIP tickets selling for $We were able to get into the event but was denied access to the VIP area in that sectionOther tickets not listed as VIP were much cheaperWhen I called Stub hub to report the fraudulent posting and asked for 50% of my money back, stub hub recognized the advertisement was listed as a VIP ticketThey also recognized the tickets that printed did not have VIP anywhere on the ticket(I kept the ticket and purchase info) Stub hub offered to pay me 20% of the sale priceI informed them the ticket price was $a piece and even if the tickets are sold at sellers asking price, the VIP that was mentioned was never on the ticket and we were denied entrance into the VIP area of that sectionI was also informed that had it said VIP on the ticket, we would have been allowed to enter the areaTo me, this is advertisement and Stub hub should b

Please note that the nature of the complaint includes multiple discrepancies to include fraudulent advertisement, scamming, etcOn 20th February 2018, around 7:p.meastern time I visited www.stubhub*** to purchase tickets to a local concertI proceeded to search the database on this website for Portugalthe Man showtimes near meI found the following: Portugalthe Man, Athens, GA, Tuesday, February 27th, I was content with this date and location and continued with a purchaseAs I entered my credit card information, the date, time, and location aforementioned was reflected as confirmationHowever, after I proceeded to make the purchase, the tickets I received were for February 26thI contacted support for this company after noticing the post-payment discrepancy but they were quick to do nothing for meI verified the tickets before paying represented the dates I preferred (February 27th), yet after being charged $127, I received tickets for February 26th, a date I can

I have an outstanding issue with stub hub that I need help resolving On January 5th, 2018, I listed College Football Playoff Finals tickets on Stub Hub The ticket seats were in section C Row seats 5,When I listed the tickets, I was provided a chart of the stadium and you selected your section and seatsThere was only section C on the chart not specifying whether it was regular or suite sections so I selected Section C which is lower level with access to club On January 7th, 2018, I was notified that there was a purchaser for the tickets before the tickets were delivered I made sure to call StubHub since this was my first time using StubHub to make sure everything was ok and the purchase was ready for deliveryThe representative confirmed the tickets, the section, and the listing, on the site and the Ticketmaster asked me to send him the link for the tickets for him to deliver to the buyer He confirmed everything was in order and did not need anything from our side Wh

I paid a total of $each for *** *** tickets for Saturday *** *** *** *** *** announced weeks before the concert he was changing the date to 10/25/17, Wednesday nightNoone in the group could go on that day as we all work or go to schoolAirline tickets and hotel rooms bought and paid forStubhub says no refunds unless concert cancelsWell for most people it is a cancellation because changing from a Friday night to a Wednesday night is usually an unacceptable changeStubhub says we can resell them...I have my tickets listed, and the value has gone down to half of the original priceThey are severely devaluedI NEVER would have bought these tickets for this nightThe "reschedule" is due simply to a "scheduling conflict on the part of *** ***, not for a any reason that would be understandablei.e., weather, tragedy (Route 91, hurricane), or illness

I bought *** *** tickets in***After three concert date postponements, the tour has been indefinitely postponedOther companies have issued refunds, and Stubhub has issued them to certain costumiers who have threatened to sueThey have a policy that they only give refunds if an event is cancelled; however, they have made exceptions to this policy in the pastAlso, this policy opens up a precedent of events being indefinitely postponed for years in an attempt to extort money
